If I could give this company a 0 stars I would. I ordered a bouquet for my grandmother in honour of my deceased grandfather. They delivered them, they did not phone ahead, they left them on her front step and the next day when she found them they were dead. I tried calling to arrange a refund, and was told they would call me back. Instead they phoned my grandmother, told her that they did phone but no one answered. So they left the bouquet anyways? ! They then told her she would need to bring the bouquet in herself and they’d replace her flowers. When I called them back, the staff member hung up on me after I told them that this was unacceptable, and that I wanted a refund. I have never seen such atrocious customer service. I don’t know if this is a new owner or what, I’ve purchased bouquets for my mother and grandmother for delivery from here before as I live out of province. Never have I been treated so disrespectfully or had such terrible customer service. I do not recommend you use this business.

We've been using Panda for years to get a quick gift for special occasions, and we've never been let down. The staff are kind and helpful, and exceptionally patient when my son starts to talk their ears off.

Called them late on a Friday and they managed to get a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to a friend before the end of the day. So kind and friendly on the phone.

I see many fantastic reviews which is great, but I felt differently after getting home and looking at my ordered arrangement.

I was made aware after I got to the store that they did not have what was needed to make what I ordered a few days ago and now that I look at what I got I feel like I paid a lot of money for a pretty simple arrangement.

I was hoping for something with a bit more life. I could have bought this anywhere for a fraction of the price.

Another quick trip to the Safeway florest (and some more spending) and now this looks significant enough, but that should have not been necessary.

Such an amazing experience and the owners are beyond wonderful. During my sister: ‘a graduation her date didn’t know to get her a corsage and she wanted one, so in between their ceremony and dance I called here! They were extremely helpful and were able to make it happen. I was a bit overwhelmed and they gave me oranges and chocolates while we waited. It was absolutely gorgeous and she was so happy! Thank you so much. We will be back in the future.

Bought birthday flowers for my friend last minute, and the lady was so sweet and understanding and the designer made it in 15 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service, don't waste your money. I ordered (and paid for) an Orchid bouquet for my mom in hospice, and they delivered carnations without a word of apology or explanation. Not exactly an equal trade. Then I received a bereavement bouquet with the wrong name on it! I have tried multiple times to get a hold of someone to discuss my concerns, but no one has bothered to return my messages, or even acknowledge their mistakes. Very disappointing, I certainly won't be returning.

Update: in response to your reply, this is definitely the correct flower shop. I tried to contact you via email, Facebook, your contact us page and phone. All of my messages went unanswered (though I could tell they'd been seen). You did not respond until I posted a review. Very disappointing

Additionally, the longevity of their pieces is unparalleled, and their staff is super friendly and willing to help with anything you need!

We have ordered flowers From Panda Flowers Sherwood Park over the past two years. We have never been disappointed. Arrangements are always at or above expectations. Recently we had a 50th Wedding anniversary and wanted an arrangement to match as close as possible, one seen in the introduction of a British TV series, 'Rosemary and Thyme'. They provided us with a spectacular rendition. We highly recommend these florists.

Ordered bridal bouquet, a bridal hair piece, two bridesmaid bouquets, three boutonnieres. The bride absolutely loved her bouquet, the bridesmaids thought their bouquets were so pretty and the men looked dashing with theirs. A great job overall.

Came in needing a bouquet for my wedding very last minute and they were incredibly helpful! The bouquet was gorgeous and they made sure I was taken care of even though it was so last minute. They even lent me a vase for the day. Would absolutely recommend and use their services for events in the future.

Picked up from here a few times. Both the service and the flowers have been outstanding. I know nothing about flowers, they always help me find the most beautiful ones and I never go over budget. They focus on the quality of your order, and make sure they do everything they can to have you leaving satisfied. Always appreciate that I’m told very simply how to keep the flowers fresh and healthy. After a week, the flowers still look fresh and brand new. Awesome shop with even better people working it. No complaints.

Flowers were beautiful and I was very pleased. However, I ordered 2 arrangements online for the same address and there was 2 delivery charges. They outsource delivery. A slight mix-up with that but Panda Flowers added more flowers to my bouquets for the trouble. Thank you! Panda flowers called me to make sure I was satisfied with my order. Online ordering portal and selection was awesome.

Fantastic customer service every time. They replaced a bouquet which died prematurely. Received a replacement bouquet that last almost 10 days at no cost. So glad to have this business here in Sherwood Park!

This is the first time ordering flowers from Panda Flowers. After 35 years of marriage I have spent a great deal of money on bouquets throughout the years. Some of them were good but the rest poor value for the money. The bouquet from Panda Flowers incredible and provide extreme value for my dollar. Shilpa at Panda was amazing to deal with and hit the mark perfectly. My wife loved the arrangement. Panda Flowers Sherwood Park is my new go to for flowers. Thank Shilpa for everything.

So my husband bought me flowers on Valentine's and there was a mix up but nothing says great service like making a problem right. The owner is the nicest lady and not only made it right with my husband but also just sent me a beautiful bouquet today and it's stunning. They truly care about their customers and make stunning arrangements. 10/10 would recommend.

The ladies at Panda Flowers in Sherwood Park were wonderful to work with. Shilpa took our pintrest ideas and combined them with her expertise to make beautiful one-of-a-kind wedding bouquets and boutonnieres. She also made sure that we got exactly what we needed when we ordered additional bulk flowers to create our own centre-pieces and they turned out perfectly. Shilpa handled our last minute request to cancel one bridesmaid bouquet with ease, she offered us a solution to increase the size of the other bouquets using the flowers from the cancelled one. We couldn't be happier with the results. It's been a week since the wedding and we are still enjoying my lovely bridal bouquet.

The location of the shop is perfect. I walked in the store and the owner Shilpa greeted me. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I told her the occasion and he helped me to choose best possible flowers. I was able to walk in the cooler and select exactly the type and color of flowers. The price was perfect.

The arrangement she made was perfect and loved it. I will go again and recommend my friends/family.
