After brief communication via text, I decided that the car I was looking at was over priced compared to what other dealers were selling them for. When I told the guy this, he bullied me into sending pics of my car cause he said he could get me the best price for my trade in. After the pictures and VIN number were sent, he ghosted me. Never heard back.

Aaron was amazing on the time he helped me find what I was looking for. Zach fired me with the financing options. Highly recommend and will be back for my next set of wheels

Just bought a 3500 hd from this dealership. Roman was our salesman and was a gentleman of a person. He really expedited things to gets us in a truck we liked and wanted. He was also super patient with us. He made sure we felt welcomed in the dealership. You want a vehicle to buy ask for Roman I bet he would be helpful to anyone just like he was for us.

Excellent staff, good people, will go back for my next truck. Josh and mark are great to work with.

Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. I’ve had the worst experience with this place. I got custody of my 4 nieces and needed a bigger vehicle so I went here to find one. Ryan was my sales guy, I stated I have dogs and kids so I wanted 8 seats and them to be black leather, he told me they don’t make the traverse with leather for 8 seats, therefore I settled for black interior…. So I thought. Waited 6 months for the suv to come in, once they called me to go pick it up as I opened the doors the seats were chai coloured (almost white) and then he said “oh yah damn you wanted black seats” when he seen my disappointment and that I didn’t want these seats he offered to throw in good quality black seat covers, I agreed since I had waited 6 months and couldn’t wait longer for a bigger car as I was driving a Honda civic with 4 kids now. It’s been almost two years and I still haven’t got seat covers, I’ve called to talk to the sales manager Derrick a million times and no one ever returns my calls. Not to mention I ended up with a much higher interest rate after being promised a low one, and then it was stated they would lower after 6 months of payments being on time, which I have never missed a payment and they still have not answered my emails about lowering the price and still no seat covers:) they seen a young girl at 23 and took full advantage of me thinking I had no knowledge, which I at this point will never recommend this place to anyone. I got ripped off.

Our vehicle broke down on the highway and we had it towed to the dealership. Charlene at the dealership was very helpful and accommodating. Our vehicle was repaired in less than a week, so great service! I only wish that when we had picked up our vehicle that the dealership could have brushed all the snow off for us instead of making us do that, just saying.

The service has always been great and really enjoy the staff there. Faith was really excellent, and took care of me. I always go to Sherwood park Chev to get my car taken care of.seasonally.

I experienced excellent service from all of the staff especially Wassim. I definitely recommend this place to everyone I meet who is looking to buy a car from a dealership.

Not a great experience this time. Lots of staff standing around playing cornhole right beside sold cars in showroom. Nobody offered help at all. Overall Not a good.

My amazing experience with Sherwood Park Chevrolet started with Jordyn in the service department. I had called other dealerships, even other Chevrolet dealerships, and they would not answer any of my questions. Jordyn took the time to answer my questions and to be nice. Nice is very powerful. She was so friendly and helpful, when my grandson offered to take the car to the dealership where he works, I said, "No, way. I am going where Jordyn works". When I arrived at the dealership to get my Corvette serviced, I talked to Alice. She was very courteous and helpful. I asked her to let Jordyn know I was there, and Jordyn can out to say hello. She was just as nice and friendly in person as she was on the phone. She even introduced me to Bella, the puppy. Bella was sooo cute. The next day, Ryan, the technician called me. He talked to me and asked me some questions about the issue I was having with the Corvette's fob. Ryan let me tell him about the car even though most of it was not even relevant. He was so kind and respectful. The corvette is just a car and is not particularly joyful but going to Sherwood Park Chevrolet and getting the chance to meet Jordan, Ryan, Alice and everyone else was a joyful experience. One doesn't expect a joyful experience when you take your car in to get it fixed but that is what I had at Sherwood Park Chevrolet. From Jordyn, the first person I spoke to until I drove out of the dealership, I wasn't just a "repair" job. I was a person and they cared about me and my car! Wassim was extremely helpful when trying to find a used truck within my budget and got a few extras thrown in to sweeten the deal.

The experience I had was top notch, went in for a winter service, Sandra from service was #1, I then went in to have my battery for my key fob replaced, the gentleman there was aces, the lady I paid was aces. To me this all goes back to your management team, good manager happy staff.
