Best experience at a dealership I was home for Christmas and had been in contact with Erica Simms throughout the week she worked hard on my trade and had everything ready as promised when I arrived the whole process was done in 40 min while they looked at my trade me and Karn went for a little test ride in my new vehicle he was super helpfull and a very nice person to deal with.

Purchased a vehicle from Nizar back in September, sadly I experienced issues with it that were out of the dealerships control. Sherwood Dodge made the process of dealing with these issues easy, communicative and worth while.

Nizar likes to say "Service does not stop at the sale" and I 100 Percent believe this statement. The whole team at Sherwood Dodge isn't looking to make a quick buck and cut you loose, they want to make a customer for life and at this point I think they earned one for me.

If you are debating on purchasing a vehicle from this team or even just want to stop by and look at there products, just start heading down there right now! You'll have unlimited latte's for free and they have the patience to allow you to try a plethora of vehicles (so sorry Nizar for making you do the test drive circuit over 5 times in different vehicles lol!). Most car dealerships feel predatory and impatient, Sherwood Dodge is the opposite; Patience and no pressure.

I just recently purchased My fourth vehicle over the years from Nizar. I'm a long time customer of his, and will always return to him. Nizar isn't your typical salesman, he's not a fast talker and is very friendly and approachable, and genuinely excited about meeting you and getting to know you. As my car went through the process of getting winter tires and paint protection he sent me updates. The entire process from meeting with Nizar and then Ricky who was great and Andrea in finance to picking up the car went smooth as ever. If I could rate 10/10 stars I would. Sherwood Dodge wanted to charge $86.00 for a windshield washer nozzle. Absolutely outrageous, taking advantage of customers when the weather requires a working washer nozzle. Went to Canadian Tire and got the nozzle for under $20.00. Moral of the story, do not go to Sherwood Dodge unless you want to get ripped off!

I have had less then good luck when it came to purchasing vehicles in the past. But from the second I started dealing with Corey and his sales team all of my stress and anxiety went out the window. I can not express to the people reading this review enough how absolutley amazing it has been for me. He is open and honest with you, you can tell right off the bat he isn't a regular salesman that just wants his commission he truly truly cares about his customers as if they were his own family he was putting behind the wheel. His finance girl cass was just a dream to work with I hardly had to lift a finger she did everything for me and was fast and efficient even with the holidays being on the go! I know it's a review and some people read them and think " wonder if this is fake" I am here to tell you this review is 10000% real I am beyond impressed with their buisness and over the moon satisfied with my purchase. I came here to look at a Compass (ONLY TEST DRIVE) a few months back. Our salesguy was fine. But when the "co-manager" came in, he brought us a sketchy bill of sale, whited out on spots and handwritten in with random fees I was not informed about before. This was when I was NOT READY to purchase anything and had never purchased a car before. He was really pushy and disappointed, talking down on me and questioning as to why I wouldn't go through with it. Later on, I did more research about the vehicle to see they were charging me thousands above cost, and the vehicle didn't even have everything I was looking for. Buyer beware!
For context, I recently purchased a vehicle through a decent dealership and I discussed my options, warranty, etc for OVER AN HOUR before the bill of sale was brought to me to sign, and was straight from the printer and not whited out or sketchy looking.

I purchased a new truck yesterday and it was an amazing experience. Salesman Tommy West met all my wants and needs with my trade in value and with my new truck, professionally and flawlessly.
The dealership has everything you need while waiting and everyone was very friendly.

My wife and I went to many dealerships before coming into Sherwood Dodge. We knew when we walked into this shop it was the place for us. Nizar Ossais had sent us a few photos and details of vehicles that we were interested in and we decided although we looked at many trucks and visited many dealerships that day that we didn’t want to miss out on this just in case it was the right fit for us.

As soon as we got to the dealership we were welcomed by Nizar, he showed us around and discussed all of our options. He was more than accommodating as was the entire dealership.
