Sherwood Park Goodwill Thrift Store & Donation Centre

I got served by the absolute gem of a women. Her name was Barb! She went above and beyond for everything I needed. She will be THE ONLY reason I return to this goodwill. Her smile needs to be taught to everyone because it’s amazing.

Always able to find something in my size and the people who volunteer there are very friendly

Just tried to go shopping at this store. I had my 13 year old blind small pup with me and was refused entry. NO SIGNS ANYWHERE STATING I COULD NOT BRING MY PUP IN. We can go in other goodwill stores in Edmonton and St Albert with no issues. I carry her always. For this rudeness i will not donate nor shop there again.

I used to love going to this store. But now I refuse to shop here. I have a 9 lbs chihuahua that goes everywhere I do. This store used to allow her but now have changed their stance. I'm sorry but if Winners and Marshall's allow pets why can't Goodwill. The way I look at it is if my clean and quiet dog is not allowed then I have no need to shop there. I will find another store to do my shopping in. Honestly how hard is it to put signs up stating "NO PETS" It seems that putting signs up or a tiny sticker on the entrance door is to complicated for these individuals.

Had to edit this after reading the reviews that have been left over the past year. I went back into the store minus my dog and looked at their prices on quite a few items and then we went to Salvation Army after and Value Village to look. I don't think anyone in our family will come back here. Their prices are crazy and yet the person responding to reviews constantly states they price check. Which is obviously not true. I am sorry but you need to change your go to response because you DON'T PRICE CHECK. For a second hand store that gets EVERYTHING FOR FREE to charge more than the original price for some items doesn't show that you price check.

Way over priced for cloths that have been used, its messy store, rude staff, retarded parking
So if u wanna go spend a arm and a leg for used cloths this is the right place for you to go

New clothes! I don’t know what they’re doing recently but there is so many cool clothes!? So many racks kept coming out with new items!
I came in to buy a couple of things and walked out with a bunch of cool stuff. Will definitely be coming back!

I really liked this store up until today when I was accosted by a staff member over my boots!

I was called a thief and ordered to return my footwear!
After I explained myself she reluctant to apologize and brushed me off.
It was extremely humiliating and embarrassing because I came here regularly and when this happened saw familiar faces.

I really didn’t deserve the disrespect.
Not sure if I’d ever go back again.

I’ll highly recommend given this experience that people properly check in with the front desk so they can take photos of the clothes that you are wearing and so when you exit the store they have a reference to check back on.

It’s better they know your not a thief because that’s a serious incriminating allegation!

I went here on Sunday for the first time. I was extremely happy with my finds and the lady was extremely friendly when I asked her if they had changing rooms available.

Rudely kicked out because I'm carrying my toddler. What store kicks out a single parent for having a child with them. Ignorant.

Tons of stuff to pick from. Staff is very friendly! Love when they have 1/2 off of certain color tags. It all goes to a good cause to.

Awesome selection of clothing and other goods! The store is set up nice. It was organised and clean. Also, the lady working cash was cheerful, friendly and talkative. We had a conversation and a few laughs. Great place to shop! I also urge anyone reading this to donate to Goodwill. They take clothing, household items and decor, handbags and purses, footwear and even books! I purchased a quite large printed canvas hanging for my living room for only $8! Would have easily cost me $60+ elsewhere. Seriously, check this store out!

First time going to this Goodwill. It's decently organized. You will see a lot of higher quality brands here but selection is smaller then what you would say find in Edmonton.

They do have a few things you find more so then in the other Goodwills, like rollerblades of all sizes.

This is such a welcoming family environment. The store is so neat and organized. Lots of stock and clean as well.
I met Kelly here 1st and then Aurora. They were both so amazing to meet and converse with. They treated my wife and I with such respect and warmth. I simply cannot recommend this location enough.
We found bike brake lights, suitcase locks, personal alarms, mini water bottles and marble orbs and eggs.
The prices were very reasonable and its nice to be able to make a donation to albertans with disabilities. A wonderful cause.

Big store, we'll organized. I could spend hours there. Grabbed few more things then should of but some had a red tag on it, assuming Red meant half off or some discount. When I got to cashier I wanted to double check the red tags "discount" but nope red means nothing it's just a tag.but Green on the other hand was half off. I had no time left so kept the item I went for, one other and look at that 1 green tag.kept that. How do I Feel? How was this experience? ️‍

Sometimes over priced BUT mostly great. I stop in weekly to check out what’s on sale for the different color tag days. Here are some of the things I have found at this location. The ducks went home with me!

I live in Edmonton but willingly make the trek to this Goodwill in Sherwood Park. It's a small store, but I always find unique and interesting clothing here. Lots of stock to choose from. Never very busy so it's a calm browsing experience. Friendly staff who are easy to talk to. I've found a few cool housewares here, too. My only complaint, and this is about every Goodwill, is that the books are now organized by the day of the week they came into the store, which makes it really hard to browse. I understand why they can't be in exact alphabetical order (hard to maintain), but even if they were grouped by A, B, C, etc, that would be much nicer.

A great place for a through check and repair on your vehicle. The owner will also recommend products and services based on your driving habits. For example, I came in for some tires, and had a complete conversation on the amount of plies per tire which gave me complete knowledge on the product the owner was recommending giving me the best choice.

I was disappointed, I thought I'd get better deals since it was away from the city.pricing is high like all the other second hand stores in the city.waste of gas on my part.im low income couldn't buy anything.

I've only gone twice, so maybe this is an anomaly, but the atmosphere in this store feels weird. Not sure if it's the people or music or layout or what, but it feels awkward and uncomfortable. I'll keep coming back because Good Will is such a great non profit, but it's not my first choice for second hand shopping in Sherwood Park

I can always find treasures here. They have a good selection of everything. Staff is nice. Store is small but good quality items.

They're stuff was so awesome and the service by the guy putting stock away was second to none awesome. The cashier was awesome as well.

Amazing store! It's a little smaller, so it's a bit less overwhelming than a lot of the other goodwill stores in the city, and the staff are, for the most part, amazing! I was helped by a few associates and the two ladies were wonderful and super friendly! They were very patient with my questions and had no problem directing me to what I was looking for- the taller one with long blond hair was especially kind! The young, tall, male associate had a bit of an attitude, and he seemed to be a bit snarky to some of the other customers, but otherwise this is a wonderful location! Very organized, and it was easy to find what I came in for! I was especially impressed with how organized the women's clothing section was!

It's small but ok. Couldn't find what I was looking for a jacket for a 10 year old boy, there was nothing not even close. But I did find a few other goodies. It's ok
