Great customer service is normally hard to come by… but not here…
I always have excellent service here and the staff are actually knowledgeable about their products and home maintenance/Reno’s.

If could give a 0 star I would. Was just there today and the manager by the name of Angela was extremely rude and condescending towards her employees. This employee was bringing heavy boxes to the front counter with a cart, as myself and my family were coming up to pay. The manager (Angela) snapped at the employee to not put the cart there and stared the employee down with intimidation and ignored the explanation from the employee. No employee should get this kind of a reaction from a manager. It is unprofessional and a very negative environment. Even the cashier helping us spoke up and said that the manager (Angela) treats all the employees like that! Unacceptable! Someone like this should never be in a managerial role and it’s honestly just sad that she (Angela) feels entitled to treat others poorly.

Love these guys, staff is awesome, really go the extra for their customers! We keep going back

This is my favourite HH, it's so big and has so many sections. Does not carry much for gas fittings. A special shout out to Aaron for helping us solve our gas fitting issue. He listened to the problem and offered a couple different solutions that work for us.

I like home hardware but I can never find what I am looking for though. Always nice people just my bad luck.

The only place in edmonton that seems to sell a wide selection of window wells. Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Picked up a lawn mower set from there over the weekend. The staff was exceedingly friendly and more than willing to help me get what I needed. They loaded the set into my vehicle very carefully and were very professional.

Been awhile since I was in a home hardware. Dropped in to pick up an alberta flag. Had a bunch of seasonal stuff on sale. I also picked up a BBQ mat that let's you grill shrimp, fish, veggies without them falling through. Was $3.00. Had a bunch of Wasp and Mosquito devices for limiting their numbers in the yard. Will come again.

Very helpful staff, really friendly.lots of variety and organized well. I like it because you dont have to walk 1000 steps to find one thing.

I forget about little Home Hardware and usually end up at a big box place but that is so wrong. The best service is found here and they always have what I'm looking for. Within minutes of walking in a friendly face greeted me and offered help and I had everything I was looking for quickly and efficiently. Then I got to browse in the decor sections which I always love. They've got some really cool and unique things there.

I had an absolutely wonderful time shopping here (for the first time) today! Very friendly staff members and they even helped me carry my purchase to my car. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

This is the nicest Home Hardware I’ve ever been in.

Amazing staff, and a very full store.

Tried to buy a rain barrel, stand and some roofing nails. Left without anything. Customer service was terrible! Girl working the till had such a bad attitude, instead of helping us, she sent us to look up another code (we wrote down the code on the box rather than the shelf) then didn't save our place in line 10 people were lined up by the time we got back. She was so cranky. We left and spent our money at Rona.

Love this store. Such friendly staff. Thanks to the front till gal who pointed out the smoking great deal on birdseed! Went home with 3 bags yesterday

Tight floor plan but friendly staff, and I usually find what I was looking for. I enjoy perusing the eclectic decor options they carry.

I continue to keep coming here because of the service - very personable, and knowledgeable staff. They might not always have what I want, but it's still worth trying - at least I will get some free popcorn out of it!

Mar/2023 update: Need a sheet of 3/4" OSB. I looked up 'Big Orange' pricing and decided that I'd spend up to $5 more at Home Hardware. I was pleasantly surprised by the Home Hardware price actually being $4 LESS than the big box store.
