So I have been waiting for months for this review. My experience with the laser spa was first in June for hair removal on my underarms and Brazilian. I was amazed at how informative Ella (the laser technician) was. She is very detailed oriented and made me feel so very comfortable with all my special parts. I was throughly impressed with the results as well. I booked my second appointment in July and again Ella greeted me at the door. I was very pleased to see her after my last visit. Again tonight I went in to finish my package. This time only booking Ella. She remembers the spicy parts and she talks you through it. So very comforting and so professional. I started with a underarms, then Brazilian and have future plans as well. Ella is so wonderful as I’m sure the other techs are. Just a very welcoming spa. Thank you, see you again soon.

Went for first laster hair treatment today. Ella was amazing and explained everything before hand. Was nervous at the start but she's very gentle and communicates with you the whole time. So happy with the service

I got laser hair removal done with Ella and she was absolutely amazing. She was very understanding and flexible with rescheduling and always made me comfortable. She made sure I got the absolute most out of my treatment. By far the best experience I’ve had with a cosmetic treatment! Request Ella!

From when I started to come to Sherwood Park Laser clinic I was always greeted with great front end staff, Sylvia and Janelle, they were very welcoming with each visit. I started doing laser treatments, and have done four so far and noticed a great reduction! My laser technician, Noha was amazing! She was very thorough and explained how the process worked to me. I was aware that I needed to stay consistent with my treatments, which has made me have more noticeable results. Overall, I am so pleased with Sherwood Park Laser Clinic and I would recommend it!

I’ve had 6 consecutive (approx 4 weeks apart) treatments for legs, Brazilian, and under arms. Customer service is amazing - Noha has been my technician and is fantastic! She so friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable every time- we chat the whole appointment. I’m still needing to shave weekly but some have patchy areas of no hair- I have fair skin with dark hair. I was hoping for better progress but will update again after more treatments!

The staff here were always very helpful and friendly. The service is very quick and painless which is awesome. I used the 6 treatment groupon to get my underarms done. Can't say I'm ecstatic with the results. The hair definitely has grown back so I guess I'm back to shaving regularly. Thought it would last a lot longer than 2 months after my last treatment.

I don't have enough kind words to say about the lovely Esther. I have had an amazing experience so far with her, she is kind, informative, gentle, caring, AMAZING. On top of that, I have seen amazing results already.
Highly recommend you see Esther if you choose to go with Sherwood Park Laser Clinic. I'm sure all the girls are great, but I just can't believe how wonderful Esther is.

I had laser hair removal in a few different areas and even had extra appointments on top of what is recommended due to the staff suggesting I should do a few more than what is normally recommended. Was happy at first but 3 months after my final session, the hair started growing back in all the areas I had laser done on and now I would never know I had done anything. I’m very disappointed considering how much I paid for services and than buying extra sessions. Now I feel like I was upsold just so they got more money from me instead of what was actually best for my situation.

I will say though. The lady who I booked with (I can’t remember her name) was always so polite and friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. The facility was also very clean.

But I just can’t give anymore than 2 stars due to my terrible results.

I had my first appointment on Friday afternoon. I am very impressed by Amanda. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and nice. She explained me how Laser Hair Removal works even though, I have got laser done in the past but somewhere else. I have never had anyone explain it. I am looking forward to my next appointment in 4 weeks.

Been going here for a couple of months now and every time has been great! I’ve only seen Noha for my laser treatments and she always does an amazing job. By now I am almost done my treatments and have noticed a huge difference since starting. I would definitely recommend her! They’ve also been great through Covid, and have been cautious and sanitary as well. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I’ve gone for 2 appointments and I am booking my third soon, got my laser done by Noha and I couldn’t be happier. Noha was very sweet and nice and I appreciated that especially since this was my first time. I am looking forward to my next appointments and I am very pleased with the results so far, thank you so much Noha!

Had microblading done by Kim today she was awesome! I actually made 3 appointments and cancelled them because I was so scared but finally today I plucked up the courage to go and get it done, and am so glad I did! Infact I wished I had done it sooner. Kim was so good she made me feel so relaxed explained everything in detail and was super efficient. Will definitely be going back for my free touch up. So ladies if you want a professional service go to kim I can absolutely recommend her.

I have had an excellent experience at Sherwood Park Laser. All of my appointments have been with Esther and she has been wonderful. Very friendly and communicative, she made sure I was informed about what to expect for results and took her time when administering treatment.
I am very happy with the results as I could see a noticeable difference after only one treatment. I do have dark hair and light skin though. Be sure to ask about how your hair and skin tone will affect your results.
Definitely recommend inquiring directly with the clinic if you have ever thought about getting laser done.

Esther is AMAZING! I bought a groupon for 6 treatments to a small area. I can say after 4 treatments that it is working so well and I have so much less hair. Esther is professional, informative, and her equipment is brand new! I find the process is virtually painless - on lower settings I couldn’t tell she was doing anything, and when she increased the setting as treatments continued, you can feel a very small pinch and she blows cool air across the area to help with that feeling.

If I could give Esther 10 stars I would!

Noah is absolutely amazing. She is not only very knowledgeable and professional, but she is also engaging, kind, and goes above and beyond for her clients. I have never had such an amazing experience or results as I did with Noha. She has 15+ years of experience and it shows in her demeanor and in her work. I cannot recommend her enough, and I am very pleased with the results I have achieved with her thus far.

I just went for my first service less than a month ago. Already seeing some results and Esther was fantastic.

Lisa at the spa takes excellent care of her clients! She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and pampered! I go to Lisa for microdermabrasion and varacose vein removal! This place is very clean and all the staff were amazing! I also had an eyelash and brow tint done by a student who had hands on help from her instructor - for a student she was very knowledgeable and confident! I highly recommend this place for Microdermabrasion, lash and brow tints and varacose vein removal! Can’t wait for my next sessions!

My experience so far: the 2 out of 6 treatments have been quick and effective. The process is quick and painless, the lady who has been doing my treatment is kind and welcoming so far.
As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a smile from the receiptionist and feel peace while listing to the music that is placed throughout the clinic.

Also, it is a pretty small place.

Downfall: the clinic is in desperate need of a remodel, in my opinion. It just simply looks plain and outdated so the place needs to be revamped to be up to par with other competitors. Majority of clients that I have seen are “older” The atmosphere in general seems “older”.

The room I am placed in is not the greatest, I envionsed the room to be more welcoming and peaceful, but my first impression was “meh” and kinda disappointing.

Again, in general I think the places needs a new face.

With that being said, the service and staff are awesome. Considering the price I paid, it is definitely worth it to get treatment here. I’m getting my moneys worth here:) so far it’s worth it!
