One of the assistants was locked out of the vehicle system so it was a bit slower than usual today.

But the ladies working were very friendly and patient.

Also this registry seems to generally have a shorter wait time than most in the area.

Great experience. Helpful staff who were quick to point me in the right direction. Short wait times too!

There is one lady working in the sioux road registry is literally rude and not ready to work at her job at all. When we asked about which documents we need to bring with my daughter for class 7 driver's license test, she replyed just a passport or birth certificate the other day when we went with passport she asked for my daughter's study permit so for just one class 7 test we had to go there twice and both the time she replyed rudely and still we came back without giving test. The service is worst and poor. This is not the way registry employees should behave. I am really disappointed.

4 people Literally Lined up out the door. 5 wickets. One person working. Everyone is very frustrated. This outfit is not concerned about it's "customers" what so ever! Stsy away from here!

I went to the registry to register my car and get a customized number plate. When i told her i wanted a customized number plate, she made a face that she has to work extra. The number i gave her she said was not available at all (we tried few options of them back n forth) she said there is nothing available. I paid almost $90 for the plate thinking nothing is possible. Today i went to a different registry they said it is available and all other options i gave them was available. (i got the plate number i wanted) its sad that i had to pay so much extra plus pay even more to get it changed all just because of somone who was lazy to do their job and say lies just so they dont have to work extra. I m very disappointed

Was in to renew my registration, while I was standing in line observed the receptionist talking to a elderly lady who was waiting to see someone from the branch. She was rude and unprofessional, as she walked away from the lady she was she was still talking and be rude in general. No professionalism and lack of respect towards the seniors!

Not very organized - at all! I have to stand in line to get to the front of the line to find out that I need to continue waiting to be served because only one agent actually does everything. When I arrived I asked the only available person if there was a line up specifically for somebody special and she told me she works for another business and has no idea I would have to ask them - the people I have to wait in line for.

There should be some sort of specific line for people needing more advanced registry service agents. Such a waste of my time and I am sure I am not the only person that's happens to.

I get treated as if I was less of a priority than someone who is just renewing their drivers license and watch many people go in and out of the business while I continue to wait in the long run, got absolutely nowhere. I am not sure if this is every registries works however they're definitely could be a way to organize people's time better.

Pathetic service not here to judge but think the requirement to get the job at this location should know how not to smile and greet the customer. Should treat someone by their skin and accent.
This guys will not treat you well give you half information and rip you off.
My bad should have read the review and than chosen to get service here or not.
Feel like robots are working here and made to seat for the work they doesn’t want to do.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not helpful, not friendly, 3 times returning with more documentation to switch a BC drivers to Alberta and 3 times not good enough. Well 3 strikes n ger out! Went to another registry and completed the change win info provided on 2nd visit to this place. The Alberta government should monitor and pull licences from places that operate this way.

I have pathetic experience there, she was really racist lady, did not even great me when i was there. I asked if she can check if my license qualifies for class 5 full her reply was why do need full license (THAT IS NOT HER PROBLEM WHY I NEED) She is doing cx service job and she should know how to treat customers. If not in mood to work probably should sit home.

Just passed my class 6 with Leif! A huge shout out to Leif - made me comfortable before the test - clearly explaining the requirements and then discussing the results afterwards. This is a great place to get your test done - as Leif is par excellent!

Lief was an incredibly professional, personable, and helpful motorcycle road test examiner. I highly recommend people looking for a road test to book at Sherwood Park Registries.

This place is awesome, the staff are nice. I got my driving license and car registration done here. I totally reccomend this place.

Whenever visited The Registry staff is very friendly and cooperative to your queries.

The service at Sherwood Park Registries is fantastic! I took my class 4 road test today and just wanted to give a shout out to Leif! He was very kind and an all around pleasant fellow, after the test he showed me all the places where I went wrong, how I can learn from these mistakes, and how it can improve my driving for the future. He is easily the best examiner I have ever had for a road test! Keep up the amazing work Leif!

Always rude and not feeling comfortable

I do not know why I came in to this place again, but for sure it’s gonna be my last time. Period!

Staff have always been friendly and professional despite some frustrated visitors who think laws should bend to their needs.
