The Financial Manager Cheat and fraud customers from adding coverages without telling. The financal manager is a bad aggressive person. I just bought a new Toyota Camry 2021 and cost too expensive because they added many useless coverages while my English is second language, didn't understand what was including and not. They took this advantage to rob money from me without detail explanation. I believe this Karma will fall into you and your family someday. Even though I asked them to remove all useless coverages which they added, they said no. Anyone who wants to buy cars from Toyota Sherwood park, just be careful with being cheating and frauding. Very bad place I ever known. It hurt my feelings and I sweer I won't go to buy anything there again. They said they will give me Toyota appliances for free but they didn't give to me. Lying and cheating place, Karma will come to you someday, cheater, financial manager.

I came into Sherwood Park Toyota to buy a car. Brayden Norris was of huge help the entire time. He was very friendly and informative. Brayden made sure I came out of this experience happy and with a vehicle I was sure to love.

Additionally we booked our Nissan Juke in for some cosmetic body work. The workmanship was perfect. Not only that, in my opinion they went above and beyond with their service. The front windshield has some minor scuffs in the driver's line of sight, what impressed us was when our Juke went in for the cosmetic work, the took the initiative without being asked and at no charge to us to repair the front windshield.

Hello, My experience with them is not up to the mark. During my purchase of Highlander 2020 they increased the interest after finalizing the deal. In pre service contract for 4 years it's just money grabbing thing. They mentioned 6 service but out of 6, three are just inception only but no oil change. I would recommend to keep your eyes open while finalizing.

This is the smoothest and easiest deal I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Brayden took his time to talk about the trade in on my vehicle and spent time to go through everything with my new Venza. I love that they recognized my own work schedule and worked around my schedule. This was honestly the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car.

Poor service.
Never get any service or any policy from them. I got protection plan on tires. When one tire was damaged they said you need to change the other tire as well otherwise if there is any future damage to the vehicle due to this we will not cover it.
Never buy any protection plan.

Shawn Collins, Shop Foreman went over and beyond with my service the other day. He came on a road trip to ensure I was comfortable with my issues. Plus found out why my service maintenance was not being removed as a notification. This was not one of the items I actually did not have a maintenance call on. A super, caring and friendly person. ***Updated 3 months after. Still waiting for parts that were supposed to be installed prior to delivery. Would be nice to get a straight forward answer instead of hearing "it is coming in this week" for 3+ months. When I called looking for refund the parts magically appeared.
Pro tip: no matter how good the sales guy is don't take vehicle unless it has everything it's supposed to.

Just bought my new 2021 Venza from here! Zak Ahmad my product advisor really educated me on the trim levels the RAV4 and Venza had to offer before guiding me towards the Venza as it met my criteria! I contacted Sherwood Park Toyota through their website regarding a remaining 2020 Camry AWD they had on their lot.

Today morning I drop my car for service in Sherwood park Toyata when I drop the car that time I specifically told the service advisor my engine coolant is low make sure please check & refilled it but when I came at home & check it my engine coolant it’s still low I don’t think so you guys did my service properly I am very disappointed with your service.

I bought my vehicle in March. I'm happy with my vehicle but there was an issue after the purchase. Before I got my vehicle, I was confirmed that there is a block-heater installed in my vehicle. I really needed it because I live in a remote area and the cold weather could easily kill the battery. Last month I brought my vehicle to maintenance and figured out there was no block heater installed. I contacted them and SP was willing to work out and resolve my problem.

Very bad experience with sales manager Charles and sales person sastri udit. We had some concerns after we bought vehicle they were not able to clear that. Will never choose this place in future.

My wife and I had attended two other Toyota Dealerships in greater Edmonton, and were a bit put off: One being pushy, the other rather apathetic. We then found Sherwood Park Toyota. Our experience was very positive.
Our salesperson Blake, unlike the other sales people at other locations didn't draw us in with false expectations, only to find out that the cars we were interested in wasn't on the lot or a push into another vehicle. We had our eyes on a hybrid, the Prius or Camry. Blake made sure both cars were ready for us to test drive. In the end we ended up purchasing a 2018 Camry XLE Hybrid. Yes, the dealership was nice, yes, they had the stock, but the main reason we purchased our car was our salesperson Blake. I don't leave reviews, but this time I had to really acknowledge this particular sales person. If you do find yourself drifting into a dealership, go here and ask for Blake.

Wow. No better dealership could be found. Blake worked a miracle to fine exactly the truck I wanted, both features and colour. Blake and Charles were amazing in giving me a great price on my trade in, (and of course the Tacoma I purchased) thanks to Charles for explaining again all the ins and outs of the pricing. Stephanie made all the paperwork smooth and easy. There were several other staff I met who were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Having purchased about a dozen vehicles I have to say this was the best. Honest and transparent, determined to give the customer the best.

If you are at this dealership, make sure to have a copy of the deal. Or else they will deny you of the items that are suppose to be free for the buyer. Winter tires and rims was part of the deal, after i got the car, i was being charged for an extra $12 bi weekly on top of my payments. $12 bi weekly for 84 months is $2184. Wow! And also the deal was with zero down, but I was asked to deposit $500 to hold the deal. When i signed the papers, they asked me to put the $500 as downpayment, which at first I did not care but then I realize it shouldn't be. My review under my real name was reported and deleted.

Update Nov. 9: my friend who referred me to this dealership is promised to get a referral fee, but 2 days ago when he went there to pick up the referral fee, he was told by the sales Manager Ayman Eldoueik that he will only give the referral fee if I take off this negative comment or I put a good review about their store. Wow another false promise failed to deliver.

Purchased a Rav4 Hybrid XLE and the salesperson was Sastrit Udit. He was very responsive vis email and in person, patinet as we considered our options (gas versus Hybrid and trim levels). I made my expectations clear in relation to the negotiations process and he was responsive and folloowed my expectations. Overall a five star expereince with a very staright forward salesperson.
