Sheshu’s Sizzling Tandoor

Whenever we go Grand Prairie we have our breakfast over there in Sheshu’s best service, clean environment, polite staff, delicious food.once a lady I think she is the owner she gave extra treats to my son for no cost and when she came to know it’s his bday that day she also offers ice cream for no cost. Such a kind and good gestures. Highly recommend.

Always super yummy! Butter chicken and naan are top notch. Desserts are interesting and good too. Strongly recommend!

Ordered the butter chicken combo medium spice and it was amazing! They delivered all the way to Clairmont and the delivery lady was an absolute delight! Great tasty food and wonderful service! I’ll definitely order again when Im back in the area

Omg, simply the best! The other indian restaraunts in town arent nearly as authentic as Sheshu's! I'll be back, over and over again. Thank you for bringing this to our region and best of luck in the future!

I’ve gotten food from here twice based on the reviews I read on Google and both times have been nothing but bad. Let’s start with the prices, their food is so painfully expensive, you almost wanna ask for your money back. The portions are so small for the prices- you literally get 5 pieces of lamb/goat meat (mostly fat and bones) in your curry or biryani. I understand people have different ways of making their food but their food has no flavour, just smells good. I love Indian food and I’ve tried quite a number of dishes at various restaurants to be able to compare and this is not even in top 5. I wish I could give more stars but that would be a dishonest review.

I like to think I eat healthy so when your always on the go its hard find something that fits the bill. I think I did well with this place. The naan bread was chewy by the time i got back to my room saddly. The samosas and curry chicken were great. Looked great, smelled great, tasted great. I ended up only rating 3/4 of the food. Soo id say thats a win. Sometimes when I eat out its not even a filling meal.

The butter chicken was not very good. It was more like tomatoe soup to me and the chicken was very dry. The veggie pakora also seem like it was deep fried to long. It wasn't all a Knock, the Garlic Naan Bread was very good and it wasn't expensive.
To the owners I would contact The Black Pepper in Martensville for lessons on what good Indian food is.

We order from Sheshu's at least once per week. The food is excellent. The business is honest and the team of people who work there are courteous and thoughtful. Want some chicken biryani? Eat here. Veg pakora? Eat here. Anything off the menu? Eat here. I heard from a friend that a rival restaurant is offering a free dish if their customers leave a one star review for Sheshu.what a sad way to behave when there is room in Grande Prairie for both restaurants. Royal Curry.stop this shady business practise. It is dishonest and disrespectful. You are probably better than this. Focus on providing beautiful food and great service the way that Sheshu does.

Probably the best place for indian food in the city. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Decent menu with a lot of common as well as unique style Indian dishes.
This was the first time i was having vada pav ever since i moved into canada. It tasted exactly like the ones you get from small shacks in India. The appetizer has hit the sweet spot leaving the best first impression possible.
For the main course, i ordered garlic naan, saffron rice, lamb korma and saffron chicken tandoor sizzler.
The naan was superb with crispy edges and very soft texture.
The saffron rice was cooked to perfection with very nice flavour of saffron, the rice was very fluffy and non-sticky.
The lamb korma was a delecious spicy (not hot) Indian curry with chunks of lamb and potatoes.
The showstopper was obviously the saffron tandoor chicken sizzler. Im not a big fan of tandoor chicken as most of the times the meat becomes dry. But this one, was another level, the sizzler style was treat to eyes, ears, nose and obviously the tongue. The meat was so tender and juicy.
I also tried a few indian sweets which also turned out really good.
Looking forward to go back to GP to eat at sheshus.

Mouth watering, perfection with spices and service is outstanding, definitely would recommend to seekers wanting to try Indian food, can order as mild as you want and or order as hot as you desire️

We hired them as our wedding caterers recently and they were excellent. Everyone praised the food and service. Their setup was beautiful. Excellent with communication and professional, Sheshu took care of everything and made the day memorable for us. Highly recommended!

We ordered take away. Butter chicken, tandoori grill, briyani rice and garlic naan. All was very good. I’d give it 5 stars if I actually had a lamb chop with the mixed grill. But I would still order it again. Yum! Oh and it had large portions!

Sheshu's food is great. I keep going back for the veggie samosas. They're delicious and the price is fantastic.

I will also choose something from the lunch quick serve counter because I usually in a hurry, but I'm going to make it a point to go in for sit down so that I can explore some of the other menu items.

Went there for lunch today and as always the food was so fresh! The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable about their food choices.

I ordered a mutter paneer with very spicy. The mutter paneer tasted like pepper water. They had pepper powder floating on the mutter paneer entirely. It tasted so bad and also I ordered garlic naan and normal naan, garlic naan was missing I complained about it no response from them. Definitely not going there again

Delicious and authentic Indian food if you can handle the heat. The spicy food will clear up those nasal passages real quick.

One of my fav restaurants in town. Good food, I’m never disappointed at all, always tasty food… The girl Infront, Arsh is very sweet and makes it very easy to order:)

I visited today. Always like I love the food & service. I really appreciate their food. Totally Indian taste. Specially thanks to chief & owner. Place is also very clean.

I've tried all the Indian restaurants in Grand Prairie, a lot are good but this place is GREAT!

The food tastes great, the brick oven naan is quite good. However the portion of butter chicken I get with the rice is less than expected. For $20 I would expect to have more of the main dish, instead of 80% rice and 20% butter chicken. It seems the portions have gotten worse as time goes on. Hopefully once they get established I can get a little more value for the price.

Worst place for Indian food. Delivered only one piece of naan when I ordered three. And asked us to pick up the rest when called. They won’t apologize, they should atleast have the courtesy to offer delivery as I live other end of the town. Very frustrating and disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a good Indian restaurant in Grand Prairie. It is located in the newer strip mall. Ambiance and searing arrangements were good given the Covid restrictions. Menu was well rounded and I selected fish curry with naan bread and masala chai and I was not disappointed. It was made fresh and tasty. Service might need some improvements and attention. They also have an Indian grocery store attached to their restaurant and they sell sweets and savory snacks as well. Overall, I would definitely go there again!

BEST Indian food in town! The goat curry with rice and a garlic naan has become one of my go-to picks for take-out! Love this place!
