Ok, here’s the thing:

I wanted a beautiful ring to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday- we have been together 42 years and y’know I felt she deserved a little momento. She’s artsy and I needed something different, subtle and unique.
We decided to try Shimoon’s and the minute my wife met Haik her dream began to be crafted. The two huddled over sketches and ideas and bounced ideas off each other.
Then it came down to the stone. We wanted something special. It took a while. Haik searched high and low for extraordinary quality and beauty. He found it. He was so excited when he found what he knew Vicki would love. Vicki cried.
The final product was magnificent and special- subtle and unique and very beautiful.

I had an old delicate puzzle ring repaired and soldered so it wouldn’t fall apart anymore. It was in rough shape when it went in and was in perfect and brilliant condition when I got it back. Thanks to both Haik and Barbara for the quality craftsmanship and excellent friendly service.

We had my wife’s wedding ring in to get the claws reinforced and it came back looking better than I recall it looking new. The cost for this incredible transformation was minuscule. Fantastic service. Haik is a true expert in his field and takes great pride in a job well done. I needed my antique pearl necklace restrung, as well as the rebuild of a pearl bracelet. Both were expertly repaired. He also solved the problem of my wedding and engagement rings spinning around without me having to have them soldered together. What a wonderful experience! I inherited a ring that needed sizing and cleaning- it is a fragile emerald that was caked with years and years of … hand lotions, etc.
Haik explained how he would clean it to safeguard the stone. He did a beautiful job, it looks fantastic, and the goldsmithing on the re-sizing is perfect!

I had a very bad experience dealing with a jeweller in Victoria BC, he did quite a bit of damage to my engagement ring. Haik at Shimoon Jewellers not only fixed the problem but made other recommendations to further improve both the look and comfort of the ring. I'm delighted. I was sad to see the family jewellery business close that was in this space prior to Shimoon Jewellers moving in, but was more than pleasantly surprised to learn that this is a family member of the prior jewellery store owners (who retired). I had a small repair needed on a piece of jewellery and it was quick, efficient and great quality. This is truly a master goldsmith at work and you will not be dissapointed. The only jeweller we ever shop for either for new or custom made jewelry. If they don’t have, they will order it. They can modify and repair all jewelry as well. One stop shop with wonderful service and great prices. Nice people. No need to go elsewhere, because odds are you’ll jus be disappointed.
