Amazing service and excellent expertise is all I have to say for Shine orthodontics. I was so nervous about the process for braces for my 10 year old but they made is seamless and stress free process for us. My child found it a nice experience despite not liking having braces. The reward system helped keep them motivated to take care of their brackets and keep up with the extra cleaning. There was nothing my child would improve. I liked the consistent monthly billing regardless of the number of appointments or fixes when brackets or wire broke. It made budgeting easier. The staff are kind and welcoming. My dentist even takes her children here. Highly recommend.

We were new to the phase system of braces and were worried about 8/9 being too young but the results were amazing! Dr. Lo and her team are amazing and made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole process.

I have serious deep bite problems. So it needs to be corrected. I was lucky to meet Dr. Lo, she is a very professional, patient and lovely doctor. Every step of the correction process was carefully adjusted for me. I am very satisfied with the result of my orthodontics. The staff here are also very friendly and professional. Every time there is a question, they will reply in time.

Great staff and overall very positive experience. Called Dr. Loh for emergencies and she was kind enough to respond promptly. Thankful for the Alyssa and the many helping hands that made our smiles brighter.

Both my teenage sons had their braces done by Dr. Loh. It took longer than anticipated and we appreciate the patience from Dr. Loh and the entire staff. The assistants are very diligent and did their best to educate us so our boys could be successful. Long journey but we're so grateful for the excellent care we received.

Great experience. Both our kids went through the process with Shine and it was a positive experience for both. Both kids stared young (8 years) and the staff really worked hard to make the process as easy as possible. They also always went out of their way to make sure to be available if there was issues or problems and resolved them quickly.
