I went to shoe solutions today to get some shoes for work, and it was one of the greatest shopping experiences I've ever had. They were so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The foot mapping was very informative, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Shoe shopping made easy, instead of having a sales associate toss some shoes at you to help another customer, he was there from start to finish in the fitting process. Will definitely be suggesting them to everyone I know in the future, and coming back myself!

I have been going to Shoe Solutions for years, but this is my first review. This is my go-to footwear place. Always excellent service, especially because I have many foot complications and they are so knowledgeable. Today was no different, I explained what was bothering my feet, Tim listened carefully, brought me some options and I left satisfied and wearing my new footwear. I'm so happy your store exists! Charged $70.00 to polish a pair of shoes. They did not do as they said they would nor do what I paid for. Will never go back

We went to Shoe Solutions to look for a pair of shoes that might relieve my wifes foot pain. Tim exceded our expectations in service. He did a very thorough analysis of my wife's feet and gave us his undivided attention. From his analysis he was able to offer a number of shoe options to try, and kept working with us until my wife found the best fit and support. He did not make us feel rushed at all. I believe he worked with us past closing time. Very refreshing, good old fashioned service. The prices are totally in line for the high quality of the product.

My feet are very wide, tall and I have bunions. This is the only local store I have ever found with shoes that fit. No more hours searching the internet only to get shoes that don't fit mailed to me a month after I need them.

I have hard to fit feet at the best of times. They are shorter than average, wider than average, thicker than average etc. Add in fluctuating swollen ankles & feet from recent health issues and finding shoes that fit comfortably becomes a frustrating and unachievable task unless you go to Shoe Solutions. I was assisted by Laurel who was friendly, listened to what my issues and needs were, had great product knowledge and presented me with a few different options to choose from. I needed a couple modifications made to my selection and was pleasantly surprised and grateful that these were completed a week earlier than I had expected. Wonderful service! I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this local business.

The 3 dimensional electronic measurements are exactly what I needed as I have two different sizes of feet.

Great staff that take the time to assist you in finding the shoe with the "right fit. " Solutions & are provided in store to make necessary adjustments to the shoe if needed, to ensure proper fit. Prices are high but you pay for great quality.

If you want someone to help you find a great pair of trail runners this is the place to stop. They took the time to take care of me and made sure I found what I was looking for. No rush, very patient and made sure I found the right pair and the right fit. They knew what they were talking about when I said I wanted a good trail shoe and could recommend a great pair of shoes. I used them the next day and am very happy. Will definitley be going back here from my next pair.

Ryan made modifications to my shoes for a brace from an injury, he had every type of materials on hand to make my own shoes comfortable. I came back later for a pair of shoes that not only fit my new orthotics but were wide enough in the toe box and narrow enough in the heel to get me the best fit for my injury and comfort. Wow. I was absolutely blown away by this store. The staff are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Tanille answered all my questions and then found the exact pair of shoes that I needed. Everything about the whole experience was impressive. I had to drive an hour to get there, but I would gladly drive three hours to get that level of service and expertise.

Cant say enough good things about Shoe Solutions. Ryan and his staff are the best in town with a ton of knowledge. I was recommended by my podiatrist to check S. S.out as I was needing a better/wider steel toed work boot. A staff member did a full exam on my feet, introduced me to Keen and their line of work boots. Gave me a few options to pick from and then fully explained the in and outs of each boot. I was very impressed with how educated I became on what boot would work best for my feet. Needless to say I’ve just recently purchased my second pair of Keen’s and also picked up a great pair of Salomon shoes.

I was referred to them by a couple people so decided to check it out. Glad I did, I had an ankle surgery and needed better support in my shoes. Ryan was awesome made sure the shoes fit me properly with the brace I now have to wear. Will definitely recommend this place

We visited this store for the first time last week. I agree with what other reviewers have said but have an experience I think must be shared.
An elderly gentleman came in during our visit asking to buy a new pair of shoes. The clerk, confused asked why because he had just bought a new pair the month prior. He explained that they felt tight and were rubbing. The clerk could have sold him a new pair on the spot and made another couple hundred dollars off another sale. Instead she asked if he could put his shoes on the stretcher for several minutes and that would cost him nothing. He complied. As he put his newly stretched shoes back on he asked to purchase a new pair of insoles, she gently reminded him his were brand new and that would be unnecessary. The integrity and respect this clerk showed to a confused elderly customer was remarkable and heart warming.

A gentleman helped me by scanning my feet and telling me what he saw and how they could help with insoles and a good shoe. Love my new shoes! Can’t wait to put many kms on them.
