The prices are quite good and the staff very kind. For anyone who has studied here, a souvenir is a must. I highly recommend it

Vanessa was extremely cheerful and pleasant to deal with, even with me annoyingly calling just as they were opening this morning. My 7 year old son even happily said "she sounded really nice! " after I was off the phone. The world needs more of that!

Went to buy ILM’s for plumbing level 2. I asked one of staff member to help in finding the right study material and he helped me out which is great but when I was checking out, I asked about returning policies and I was told that we won’t refund if it’s open package. So, how would I know if it’s the right package I am buying? I trusted them and came home. After opening the package I found there is nothing that’s relevant to syllabus.
It’s completely unfair, waste of money and time.

The staff is friendly and helpful, I get everything required for my courses here. Have only had one experience where a text book shipment was delayed, so instead of having it for the first day I had it for the third, every other experience has been quick, easy, efficient and comparably priced.
