Ever since they added the 'clinic' setting to the pharmacy, it has been running slow and the staff are very unorganized. Getting help has been harder and harder. Staff is nice, but too busy to really do the best job. Terrible service and I'm disappointed.
Every staff member that I interacted with during my visit to the pharmacy was incredibly pleasant and helpful, from the pharmacy staff to the cashiers at the front checkout. I was offered help finding items multiple times by the floor staff and the pharmacists offered great advice and products for upcoming travel.
Very careless when taking passport photos. Did not even show me before printing. The photo was rejected because looks too different from my previous ones. Had to retake. Waste of money.
The pharmacy here has improved a lot since I started going there over a year ago, as they now answer their phones. The only difficulty I have with them now is they are often out of stock on at least one prescription nearly every time I go there. It's caused me to even miss work on a couple of occasions.
They really should consider having an increased base supply on hand, or at least have a pharmacist immediately willing to prescribe an alternative until it arrives.
Awful experience with the Pharmacy. Not organized. My doctor had sent in my prescription and was it confirmed they sent it. The pharmacists say they dont have it and this isnt the first time. Wont be using this location ever again. I would reccomend going elsewhere for your pharmacy needs.
I always receive excellent service here. Everyone is always personable, from the Post Office to the Cosmetics Dept to the front Sales Service. They are polite and very helpful. I would also like to give shout out to their Pharmaceutical team, especially Rachel, so helpful, proactive and kind. I cant say enough good things about her.
Not once but twice has the store tried to charge me for weeks of my prescription but only give me one week's worth. First time they said that was all they had. Second time I argued it and they reluctantly filled the six weeks that I was paying for, what the? I have transferred all of my prescriptions to the co-op pharmacy (pharmacy calls and takes care of that) and I won't deal with this Shoppers again. Have not had good service in the store itself. I recall showing the staff a package of expired crackers that was on sale/clearance $1.99 with a $2.00 off now sticker on it. Clearance or not I don't believe they should sell expired food items. When I pointed it out to her she removed the $2.00 sticker but left the couple of expired boxes on the shelf for sale. I will not shop here anymore.
This is a decent Shoppers. Compared to other locations, it's pretty small and doesn't have too much to offer. Other Loblaws stores are way better and less expensive - everything here is overpriced and sometimes literally identical to what you can get at Superstore.
For your pharmacy needs, you may want to go elsewhere. I went to pick up my order and was told it was already picked up. The employee insisted I check at home for it and /or ask family members if they picked it up. "Are you kidding me"! Plus if they refill it, insurance won't pay for it again. I left outraged and upset! Hours later the employee calls to tell me it was a computer glitch. Never, ever will I be back there. Incompetent, rude and unapologetic staff! Would have liked to give it zero stars if I could.
