Others have complained about the pharmacy but I’ve never experienced any issues. When I switched to a new drug the pharmacist was very kind and helpful with teaching me how to administer it. Mazen has also been very helpful with answering some questions I had with by benefits plan.

I would like to thank Amy who is the beauty expert working at this location on September 9,2023 for her help. I rushed in looking for a new foundation when the one I had put in my travel bag seemed to show every fine line on my skin. I had a wedding to attend in 1 and a half hours! Anna showed me a more moisturizing foundation with the correct color for my skin. When I told her I was going to a wedding, she wasn't going to let me leave the store until she gave me a mini makeover! She made me glow and I felt great! Anna is the sweetest and an expert in her field. I wished I lived in Calgary to get beauty tips from her. I have to give thanks to Val who noticed I was purchasing a lancome foundation and night cream, that I qualified to buy the Lancome Beauty Kit for $125 with products worth $750. Anna said I came at a good time because it was redemption weekend! Had the best experience with these two ladies! Thank you both for your help!

Worst pharmacy ever.
Slow, don't update the meds on health link, and I requested a transfer for my vaccine from another location and they never got this done. Definitely regulators should investigate and look into their process and act accordingly.

Convenient location, has most of what one would need. But the neighborhood has become quite sketchy in recent years unfortunately.

Garbage pharmacy place! Initially said wait 40 minutes. Asked to wait another 10 minutes again and again. What a joke!

Zero rating. Absolutely, and hands down - the worst customer service I have ever encountered in any cosmetics department store - or ANY store for that matter…The cosmetic ladies are all extremely rude.

I have never had a bad experience at my preferred Shopper’s location (not Country Hills!), for over 20 years with different gals and they are always happy to see you again and help with any questions and mention new product lines or other brands that they have a GREAT knowledge-base on. It’s also very apparent that they all like their job. Very pleasant and also take a lot of pride in being able to help people.

Not at this place! (Country Hills). It’s like you’re wasting their work time and interrupting by asking for help in the middle of their little personal chitchats before they notice you. I only stopped in there twice because I had appointments in the location area. Never again! It’s very apparent that they all hate their job (in my personal opinion), and they they should all also retire. Miserable and disrespectful on top of it. Avoid and go to a different location or other store where you will be treated respectfully and leave a happy and satisfied paying customer after spending over $250.

We went to this Shoppers knowing it had a decent selection of perfumes. It was supposed to be a fun experience for my teenage girls. It was not. The representative watched us like we were going to steal something, repeatedly asked for the coffee back (that we had to request and we were the only customers in the area), and rudely said to one of the girls "can I help you? " when she touched/looked at something that was "not for sale" even though it was on the sales floor. We bought a perfume and did not receive a single tester. The woman ahead of us did and she spent a fraction of what our purchase was. Smh.customer service was not this woman's strong suit. Thanks for ruining a special experience.

The Cashier/Self-Checkout associate (missed her name) was behaving as if I was getting everything for free! So rude! If you don’t like customers asking questions and want help, better find another job, than showing attitude!

I get all of my prescriptions here and I have for years Rebecca has exceeded all of my expectations and continuously shows great customer service and a great attitude towards her job, her upbeat positivity Keeps me coming back! Thanks for all the years of great service Rebecca!

The pharmacy staff has gone downhill since the change in ownership. Terrible service and attitudes.

This store is AMAZING! Especially the pharmacy. They have been amazing at explaining all the unfortunate drug shortages that have been happening. I have interacted with Rebecca and Veronica in the pharmacy and they are absolutely amazing at what they do! They greet everyone with a smile and are so patient. I needed help with an otc item and Kathy (Spelling?) And she was super quick to help and knew where everything was! 10/10 LOVE this store

Terrible customer service with extremely rude staff. I went to get my passport photo done, and the staff was rude, unfriendly, uncouth, and lacked customer service etiquette. I've been to better shoppers drugmart locations with friendly staff. But this was the worst. We got yelled at and told that she felt pity for my family and I which was why she was attending to us because she had more important things to do than attend to customers. My partner had to tell the lady that she was raising her voice and she needed to calm down.
I would not recommend this location for anything. If there was a star lower than a star review, I'd give that.

I called to ask when I could come in for passport photos and the lady was sooo rude and then before I could ask another question, she hung up on!

Robin at beauty counter was the most unprofessional person I have encountered. She was rude and short tempered to my husband and I and refused to help us process a simple exchange. Her exact words “I do not want to engage with you”. We had the unopened product, the receipt and, it was purchased a few hours ago from Creekside. She tried to insinuate that my husband and I were being unreasonable for asking a question about an exchange policy. She told us that we needed to bring all the products on that receipt for her to process the exchange for that one item. We told her we didn’t have all the products as we just thought it was appropriate to only bring what we needed to exchange. Plus the other purchases were not linked to this purchase. We never said we weren't willing to comply with a refund/exchange policy of your company. However, we failed to understand why we needed to bring all the items on that receipt for an exchange. Instead of answering our question, Robin responded disproportionately by telling us that this is store policy and that we can take our business elsewhere as she is not willing to engage with us. Robin was acting as if we had stolen product from your store. Disgusting!

We will not be coming to your shoppers again and be treated poorly by your incompetent staff who is incapable of answering a simple question with respect and professionalism. If you want customers, you will need address the disrespectful treatment we received from your staff. Feel free to review the camera footage at your location.

Just sending out one parcel and this lady made a scene about it.telling us that the parcel is overweight but it’s just one uniform.it weigh around less than 5 pounds measurement is 11.5 w 14.5 h.as i was leaving she even raised her voice at me telling that other shoppers won’t allow me to send the parcel as a letter/mail but i ended up going to other shoppers and they allowed me to ship it. I’ve never been treated poorly by the other shoppers/canada post that i encountered. She is charging me too much for the shipping and for sure if i were you i would just go to a different shoppers location because this lady will humiliate you for sending your parcel.worst customer service ever and i will never go back to this place ever.

This pharmacy is closest to me hence the 1 star but the ladies that did my prescription when i first used their services had very poor rapport and are arrogant.they are very slow and dont care if you waited more than the time you were told to.would not recommend this location.

Staff is very bad. They follow around and stare at you even though we just came to grab some things for movie night and some prescriptions. When i asked for help with finding a item the lady following us around said well ill have to look through all the items so you can try to find it yourself. What great service she continued following us and when she finally went away we had others follow us in total 3 workers took turns staring at us. Stop being so racist we will not return here again.

Spoke to a pharmacist today about my father. We were worried about different pain meds. And had a general question about 2meds. The first girl who answered was rude and short, but the second girl showed compassion, took the time to talk and gave her best advice. Thank you. Compassion goes a long way in times like these.

We had to get a prescription late and Mina made it a very pleasant experience. He even laughed at my bad jokes. Love this shoppers and love the area:)

Save yourself time and money 5$ cheaper at staples for your passport photo

Heard bad stories from the pharmacy and now i have one to tell myself. I work as a vet assistant and today i was helping take blood and a needle that was inside a dog, and her vein with her blood went into my thumb. When i called after it happened the pharmacist on duty said he would wright a note for me to have a shot. When i got there they told me no, and there wasnt a note but be didnt even look. He told me to go to emergency for a prescription. Im not impressed at all.

When i went to the doctor he was shocked the pharmacist said no to the shot! He couldnt believe it. This pharmacy clearly doesn't care about people.

We just got out booster shot (Pfizer) at this location this morning (me and my husband) we are so blessed that the person who gave us our shot are so kind, knowledgeable, and very very good in injecting the vaccine.we didn’t feel anything it seems like noting touches our skin! I moved to Calgary June 2021. This location has always been friendly and helpful. Great at advising when prescriptions will be ready.

Talibar working at the cash register needs to be fired right away. The way he talks to customers is completely unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t be treated like this he should be fired right away.

For the second time this year, I feel as if I am being watched and followed around the store. This is not a good feeling and I won’t ever be going this shoppers again.

I got helped by this amazing lady name Val. It was my first time buying foundation and concealer she did great job helping me to get the right color that suits my skin tone. Thank you so much Val. You made my day so much better.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 15 years. It was great, but ever since the new owner took over the pharmacy its been chaos. There is no organization, prescriptions take forever to be found and most times prescription medication isn't in stock. A guy named Moe is terribly rude. Will be changing pharmacies.

I have been a loyal customer for well over a decade because when I first started using the pharmacy I really enjoyed the staff and the service was excellent but that has changed.
Generally decent in-store service but as of late the pharmacy service is pretty much pitiful. The one male attendant in particular answering the phone in the pharmacy has absolutely zero phone skills.ie: Putting someone hold by just putting the phone down for 5 minutes, heavy breathing, chewing etc.
Why is it more often than not that you cannot fill the prescription completely because there is some kind of shortage…
The drug that I use for part of my pain management is one of the most common used today and please tell me why you would run out just before the weekend or for any time for that matter.
As a handicapped individual some days it’s a painful day just to make it to the store… One more trip is not what I need.

Pharmacist Moe needs to go. So rude. I was going to change pharmacy and after the 3rd time I asked if all had been changed over that's when Moe rudely responded that they are to busy and it would be done when it's done. I'm now at the Coventry Pharmacy and what great service.

Cashier is very rude. She is doing customer service but does not have any manners. Brought it to the supervisor/manager's attention and he was not apologetic. Will never go back there. Cant spend money where you are not welcomed. Such a big company but very little class.

I arrived at this store and was greeted with very helpful staff! I came especially for my Covid-19 vaccination and was graciously helped by one of the pharmacy staff members named Mina. He did a great job administering the vaccine and explaining any questions or concerns I had.

Went here once and the security guard kept following me around. A lot of other reviews says the same happened to them. Never bothered going back even if I’m in the area.

The pharmacy gave my prescription pain pills to someone else and tried to cover it up. They also take double the amount of time they tell you. They wouldn't even take my new address and information when I asked if they needed it. Maybe if they asked for address confirmation for pick up they wouldn't have had a mix-up.

The pharmacist and team have been amazing for myself and family. They go above and beyond to help.

I always shop here for little things I need. Great prices and I love getting points with my optimum card.

The 1 star is for the nice lady who answered the phone after lunch today and found my second prescription not put on my file on the fax from my doctor resent today at 8am this morning. And who also apologized. I would like to give zero stars for the attitude I received last night, the hang up, as well as numerous other times in the past for the exact same mistakes, lost faxes that were clearly sent found later or having to be resent, half of what was on the prescription fax page filled, and lack of attention to putting refills on files that were clearly there to begin with and made to find the originals just to prove myself that they were there. These incompetent people are filling your prescriptions. The drugs you need to stay alive or well. I won’t be trusting them with anything moving forward. Oh and nice touch showing me the fax that was sent “THIS” morning to some how validate the one lost yesterday as it just pointed out how incompetent you really are to have missed the second prescription on the SAME piece of paper you are now waving in my face when I called at lunch to make sure you got them only to find out “sorry there was only one sent”. No they are always sent together. I take the same two every time as a pair please go look for the fax. Nice lady finds it and has the second prepared for me as well.
I don’t like leaving reviews like this but the lack of accountability and disrespect behind that counter was appalling last night, today and previously.

Very happy with the service provided by Nora in the cosmetics department, she's the only staff that gave me sample after before check out ever in every Shoppers even I purchased over $150. I requested to get some samples but they were not willing to give me. Others staff in this shop provide poor / even no customer services at all.

Nobody answers the phone. Calling for over a week to refill prescription.

Edit. They answered the phone. And delivered the medicine fast.

I dont normally post reviews but hopefully this will make shoppers train their employees. I have lived in this area for years now and I have been going to this shoppers whenever I need something quickly and don't want to go to superstore. I have been treated with disrespect before in the perfume or make up department and I have always ignored it, because I know that there is a reason some ignorant people have certain jobs. Lately though, I have been followed through the store or I have had security or a cashier watching me use the self checkout. This is very uncomfortable and I know that some shoppers locations are notorious for this types of things but I don't think the colour of my skin should be a reason I am being followed or watched. I assume it is the colour of my skin because I don't see any of the other shoppers being followed or watched. Today I went to pick up some snacks and the cashier watched me from when I walked past her till I ended up at the self checkout then she came and stood behind me to watch me scan cookies and ice cream. When I asked her if there was something wrong. She shrugged and said no.

I went to pharmacy for covid vaccinations.
They are very rude.
I don't want to go there again.

A family member broke his shoulder in a bicycle wipe out. The pharmacist filled his prescriptions right away. Excellent service!

I've been going to this pharmacy for many years now. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and professional. These guys know their trade and have looked after me and my family well. From common issues to moderate injury, they always have great advice and are actually concerned for me personally. It's a refreshing change. They got me on board, they've won my loyalty.

Against what they are promoting on their website, This particular pharmacy decide to go against that. A friend is in a mandatory self-Isolation and her Dr faxed them the prescription. They refuse to do any delivery, so I volunteered to pick the meds up. They again refused to get the meds ready ;unless, i show up! So I have to drive half- hour to their location and wait another hour to get the meds ready MUST BE KIDING ME. Their customer service over the phone is rude, arrogant and ignorant.
Their lack of minimal common sense empathy adds unnecessary challenge to me and to my friend.

The pharmacist is nice but most of the people who work for him are extremely rude, especially one of the men. Definitely will not be coming back for any prescription refills as I felt like it was a waste of time and that they didn’t care.

We just moved to the area and have always used Shoppers, so I had my prescriptions transferred there, as did my husband. We both tried to fill our prescriptions today. My husband's meds were not ready in spite of him calling several hours ahead. I got a call to say my meds were ready, but when I went, they had only filled three of the four prescriptions. The person serving my husband also had his mask down and was touching his face. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years now and it has always been efficient and quick. My last two experiences were absolutely horrible. I am not sure if this is because of new management or ownership. My first bad experience started when I went to pickup two prescriptions that I haven't taken in a few years. I called early in the day and was told it would be ready in about two hours. I received a phone call back saying that my prescription was ready, so I headed to pick it up. When I got there it was not ready and I was told it would be another hour. I asked why they called me and told me it was ready and the pharmacy assistant was very snappy and said "I said one was ready. " So I waited. Once I got my medication I requested to speak to a pharmacist as I hadn't taken this medication in a while, the pharmacy assistant who had snapped at me before decided to come over instead and said I think I can answer for you and read me what the prescription says on the bottle. I can read, that was not my question, and when I asked my question he was very short and rude. When the pharmacist finally came over at the request of the other assistant I was frustrated and said it was fine and left.
For my second experience I called in to get a prescription filled. Once again I was told two hours, so I decided I would give them an extra hour to fill, and went to pick it up after three hours had passed. When I got there, the store was very slow so I requested them to fill two more prescriptions. The pharmacy assistant let me know that they hadn't even started the prescription I filled three hours before. I explained my frustration and she said she could get it all done in 30 minutes. I waited again, 1 hour passed, I was almost at the two hour mark when they finally said it was ready. Turns out, they couldn't even fill my very first prescription as they apparently needed more information from my Dr.even though she sent a prescription with her signature on it. Leaving shocked and very frustrated I took this prescription to a different pharmacy and they filled it within 5 minutes no issues. I have never wrote a review before as I am not that kind of person, however, how I have been treated by this location recently is absolutely unacceptable. I warn everyone to give at least a day, maybe two before you pickup from this location. I have now moved all my prescriptions elsewhere and will never support this location again.

I'm a regular customer of there pharmesy (but no more) i would appricate if they are more friendly, proffessional, more knowledable.
One night i was there and talking to this lady (Supervisor) she was lacking even the simple questions and it was impossible to understand what she was saying due to her heavy accent.

Horrible customer service at this locations post office, I heard the girl talking with a customer on the phone telling the person to shut up really loudly, while the person who was dealing with me didn't have any customer service skills, the b. Couldn't even say hi or bye. Who hires these unintelligent fools that work at the post office? They make this location look really bad.

I am actually here to get baby food, I am trying to buy enough amount of formula for my kids. When I went to check out front end supervisor told me that I can not get these much formula so I asked her that I have 3 kids. I will go grab different kind of formula but she said I won’t let you take any other formula (does not matter what kind). I asked to talk to manager but manager said come back after half an hour. I wonder what kind of customer service it is. I will never come back to this store ever but I want to talk to head office about it. I called them but they are closed. I will call back again during regular hours but I want to talk to head office. I am not very happy about it.

I am adding this after talking to manager, she was very understanding. She understood my situation and found a solution. I am happy customer after this. She of course did not let me have all the baby food but my a mid way. This is what I call a good customer service. Thank you for the solution.

Pharmacy staff are great. Beautiful dark-skinned cashier was so nice! I don't know where she went, but she was awesome.
Judging by the comments about profiling, the rude cosmetic staff, and some personal observations I've made while there. I would not be surprised if she was dismissed with racist undertones. Hope I'm wrong.
There is a sweetheart who works in cosmetics.
On another note, there is a very disturbed employee there that provided me a very unsettling experience last month, but I'd rather report that formally.

I rely on the staff here every month. I usually only have a few hours a month in the city between flights to do banking, get mail and get prescriptions. The staff at the Pharmacy and at the Postal Office are amazing and always go above and beyond to help me. I am very Grateful and appreciate their efforts.

Today I stop by at the shoppers and get some lottery tickets and the black lady at the front of the cashier she was really rude. I felt like she has no patience for any customer or maybe just me. Hope I can win anything with that face for the early morning.

It's alright really. I wish the pharmacy staff were a little more user friendly.they think we have all the time in the World. Products are good. Staff are nice.
