Needed an emergency prescription at 11: 40pm for severe pain due to a bad strep infection. Pharmacist M. Hana assessed my needs in a quick manner and provided great quality care for my needs and was able to prescribe for me. Even though it was very late, I appreciate all her help and great patient care. Thanks to her I finally had a good nights sleep after 5 sleepless nights! Thank you pharmacist Ms. Hana!

I had the worse experince at beauty shop on Nov. 29.2023 around noon with somone who interduce herself as a Manager of beauty. She was disrespectfull and rude. So disappointed.

Pharmacy team is excellent. You always feel like they go a step above regardless of who you deal with there.

This place is actually terrible,
Me and my friend who are teenagers take a liking to fragrances. Sometimes after a day of school we come to smell and some occasions we buy. Yet they have a “security guard” who harassed us every-time. Honestly do not come to this place

Went in to smell some colognes and buy a few things, and got harassed by the “security guard. ” I believe this is racially motivated as the guard was a breathing distance from me everywhere I went. Terrible shoppers with terrible service. Do not recommend at all.

March 6 at 3: 20 pm buying my stuff lady from a cashier is so loud and keep complaining about of not taking her break she is Asian going back and forth passing at my back while am shopping and when am paying she said lots of words and comment that sounds rude.

Worst experience ever. Got an item with sale price tag only to scan it at regular price. When I asked the cashier why there is a difference in price, she went to the beauty section and brought a lady who could explain the why the sale price tag is not corresponding with the price at the til. She wasted my time looking for barcodes of all the items. After 5 minutes, I asked them what was going on and they couldn't explain a thing. The cashier asked if I was still interested in buying the item at the regular price. I looked at her shook my head and just walked away. Please train your staff on scan assurance.

Always can find what I need, except for the last few months. Can Not find Endure and Boost, Enough that would last for 1 month. But that is not Shoppers fault.
Store is clean. Staff friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable

We visited this location and had the worst experience at any shoppers ever.

We brought some medicine and was waiting for a human staff to check us out.

First this staff name Ash B pretend didn't see us at the check while he was working for passport photo. I had to wait 3-5 mins to call his attention, he asked us to wait.

We wait another 3-5 mins he has finally called someone to help who doesn't have the permission to work the cashier.

We ended up checking out at self checkout anyway after wasted 10 mins.

I provided the feedback to this Ash B he could have just told us he can't help us in the beginning or he should have called someone right at the start.

He called me rude as he insist i only waited 2 mins instead of 10 mins i claim.

Worst customer support ever.

I'm done with shoppers. Pharmacy tends to sell the higher priced drugs as opposed the the lowest. So they can charge more for them and your health plan will not cover it. I guess loblaws isn't making enough money! Perhaps the tax payer should fund more fridges for them!

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Today I went to this shoppers with my kids to drop off a package for the Canada Post, and along the way, decided to buy two items. The cashier was busy with a long line, so I went to self checkout services. I scanned the items, PAYED by tap, and it asked me if I wanted a receipt, an email receipt, or both. I chose both, it showed my email, I confirmed, and was about to leave, when a Asian cashier named Jo Ann (so-called cashier manager) came to me and told me I didn’t pay. She ignored me and didn't ask about the situation, and very rudely and strictly, told me I hadn’t payed, since apparently, the screen hadn’t changed back to its home screen.
My kids were scared, and worried, while I was fuming mad, since no one should have an attitude like so. The WORST experience.

There is one mid aged chubby Asian lady works at the post office from time to time, got some strange attitudes and gets angry easily. I suggest the management look into get rid of her from this location. Not sure what she is going through, but every time I interact with her, she seems to be problems with the customers. The rest staffs there are pretty easy to deal with. Just one stinky staff there needs to let go.

The pharmacy here is absolutely horrible. They want to charge you for consultations and make it super hard to get medications prescribed by family doctors just to get more money. I wish I could give less then one star because it’s actually really upsetting how awful these medical “professionals” are. Honestly should be ashamed with how they talk to people and their lack of customer service.

A lady staff offer a bad service for me today at 12.00pm of the 10th of November 2021.
I drop of my prescription to her and I was told to come back to pick up in 20min. Unfortunately when I come back to pick up my medicines, I found the paper of my prescription was still in her desk and was not processed!
This lady is stick to the phone for a long long time and don't care any body who are waiting for. So a staff on the desk of pick was looking around and could not find my file. I had to wait another 20min for my prescription with terrible teeth pain. Soalmost any time I have unhappy experience ant his pharmacy.

I have not seen my Mom in over a year and My Grandmother pass away in 2002. I walk in to this location to pick up a few things and walk in to the Perfume aisle and the Beauty advisers are Awesome, when I pointed out that my Grandmother use to wear Chanel #5 she allowed me to smell it on a sample ooh it brought back memories and when I spotted poe'm she also did the same reminded me of my Mom being right there. Happy and sad It was just these moments I was very greatful and they we're very empathetic and helpful. Best shoppers ever thank you for making my day!

Worst post office worker I have ever encountered.
She was yelling at us about going online and submitting a form. We had no idea about these new measures but she was laughing at us because we weren’t educated on the new measures. How should we know about it when we don’t work there like her?
I went there on January 11, around 3: 00PM to send an international package. The asian lady didn’t explain much about how the package will be delivered but just said there were two options.
Every time we asked her a question she just laughed at us and asked how we didn’t know.
And I asked her about tracking number and she yelled at me to read the receipt. She could have told me about it before hand and I wouldn’t have to listen to her yelling at me for not reading.
I really don’t appreciate her service at all and I don’t want to ever go back to this post office ever again.

I talked with 2 employees about getting some Eska water 12 packs.
They added some to their weekly order and 3 days later I went back and picked up few cases.
Also had great service with cashier Joan.

My husband & I stopped by this location last night around 6: 15 & were surprised to see the young lady at the cosmetic counter wearing only a face shield, no mask. She came around the counter to help us find an item down one of the aisles, but again it felt very uncomfortable for us since she was not wearing a mask? Everyone else did that we noticed.

I expect high hygiene standards from a pharmacist if you know what I mean.if not you will when you visit this location next time.

Very rude cashiers at the front tills zero customer service, I will make sure to avoid this shoppers even though I love the beauty boutique at this location.

I love the beauty boutique here. The ladies are always helpful and very friendly.
The cashiers at the front are terrible. Rude, zero customer service and always seem to be frustrated with me for making purchases at this location. Will only shop at the beauty boutique to get the points - for all other drug store items I will go somewhere else. There are so many drug stores around that I will give my business to them.

The reason I shop at shoppers drug mart because it’s under Loblaws and I like their PC optimum program. On Saturday night, I came to this location to purchase items that PC Optimum added an offer into my account for a specific price. So when I went to pay, the price did not come up as it was on my Optimum account. The lady at the cashier told me that they had a couple customers with the same offer in their account and it did not work. So she called the supervisor, when the supervisor came and she scanned item#1, price still show as regular instead of the price that in my account. Then she scanned item# 2 and same thing happened. I asked her to offer me the price that show on my account as that’s where I received from PC Optimum program. But the lady refused and her reason was “because this is your personal offer, we don’t offer you this” Then I explained to her that I received this offer from PC Optimum and I did not make it up as my personal offer, so I asked her to offer item# 2 which is lower price than item#1 to the price in my account. Then the supervisor lady said that “because this item is on sale today, I can not give you the price in your personal offer. This is your personal offer, we don’t offer “personal offer” price”. So I asked her why I receive an offer from PC Optimum Program and you are shoppers drug mart and you don’t offer the offer that I receive from your company. Then she told me that “then you call the headoffice”. This is not the first time I have problems with this location, I suggest peoples work at the front cashier especially the supervisor (not the beauty section) need proper training and provide better customer services, also know your company policy instead of making your own policy.

To the owner, don’t be surprise if you don’t make money because your staffs being very rude and kicking your customers away.

Because of the customer services I received from this location, I rather drive an extra 10 mins to other location than coming back to the peoples don’t know what they are doing and being very rude and no customer services skills at all.

The staff here are wonderful. I have been using them to fill my anti-rejection transplant meds for years and before that, other medications. They have always been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. They are knowledgeable and I trust their advice 100%

We took our family for flu shots, and our seven-year old was horribly terrified. Two pharmacists worked with us for more than 30 minutes (luckily there was no one waiting) to make it successful, despite our son’s terror and crazy acting out. They were patient, skillful and kind. This store continues to be our go-to for our pharmacy needs.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Cashiers need people skills and general common sense. Appalling to say the least.

Mina is such an amazing pharmacist! The whole team at Magrath is super helpful and takes their time to help their clients. I really appreciate that they take the time to explain the prescriptions to me and my family, and take the time to follow up with us. Highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

This place is wonderful. I enjoyed coming here and I hope to come back soon. The prices here were decent, less expensive then some places I shop. Great business.

Would have given a Big zero but unfortunately there is no option.

Some of the commonly purchased household items are set with limits which is available everywhere else including other Shoppers Drug Mart stores without any limits and it’s not that the item is on sale and the price offered is a full regular price.

The answer from staff when questioned about the limit is that every shoppers is privately owned and the owner has the authority to set limits on the items which is very ironic as the common norm for any franchise is to follow the rules and guidelines provided by the corporate.

Go to other Shopper's Drug Mart stores where there are hardly any limits for common household items and they are always looking forward to your business.

Waste of the trip and time.
