Good luck getting through to talk to anyone! Called and no one answered for 5 minutes and then they just hung up. Called back immediately and was put on hold for another 10 minutes. This has happened multiple times with this location.

Worst experience ever. Standing in obvious line to pick up my prescription. Guy in line behind me sneaks around and cuts inline ahead of me in plain view of pharmacy staff. I said, hey, I am next in line here. The staff said just a sec sir and proceeded to help the guy who butted in in plain view of her. If they cannot respect a line up, then I cannot respect continuing to be a customer.

Every single time I go here, which is pretty often because I have a prescription I have to pick up every month. I get followed around by security. Security is full of racists.

This place has terrible workers and security. I went there with my 11 year old child and this lady followed her around crazy all because she thought she was stealing! My daughter was just going around the aisles to find this lipstick and nail polish she wanted. Then all of a sudden this woman working there started following her and approached her rudely and accused her of stealing, no matter how many times she told her she did not steal she did not leave her alone. She felt very uncomfortable around the staff here. Never going back here ever again. 0/10

Hate this location. Used to be fun to go to with friends and now all the workers think your shoplifting. Even the security guards follow you around with no proof.

I visited this shoppers tonight and am in complete disbelief at how I was treated. The employee from the beauty section followed me around everywhere and treated me as if I was shop lifting when I was just trying to browse. She rudely approached me and told me not to smell an already opened perfume, which I apologized for and explained that it had already been opened and was out of the box, to which she then rolled her eyes. This same employee and the “security guard” continuously stared me down while talking to each other in a very obvious and blatantly disrespectful manner. I felt extremely uncomfortable and found it really sad to see people treat a customer this way. Very poor customer service, will not shop here again.

It's a shrug store. That's it. Two of the pharmacists are helpful. Product selection is limited. Product quantity is also limited.

It’s hard to believe you have a supervisor named Melissa working at the Post Office-when asked what the cost of expediting a piece of mail she randomly popped off a number without even looking into it-she was rude and thought talking to her coworkers was more important …. For the amount of money the government pays postal workers your employees should be more professional and actually offer customer service!

I went to the Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy at Westmount last night and was greeted by Shravya who is an absolutely wonderful person. To be honest, it was a very stressful day, and I can’t say how much her kind, thoughtful, and helpful service mean’t to me. I frequent this location often, and the team members are excellent. Thanks so much for being exceptional at what you do!:)

Got a very bad customer service experience from the post office Manager HYA and she act like she owns Canada post, This is second time this lady is treating me bad which is not acceptable. I went there for getting so many things and because of her rude service I changed my mind and left the store n I will never visit this store anymore. Hats off to HYA for ruining my customer/shopping experience and there by losing a customer/customers

This is a review for Carol at the Canada Post desk. She went above and beyond to help me! A package got delivered to my old address by accident then ended up at the post office. I asked if It could be sent to the post office in the town where I live. She asked her manager, got the information and relayed it to me. She even set my package aside for me because it was set to return to the sender if I didn’t pick it up right away. She told me what I had to do to get my package picked up by a third party on my behalf. My package was picked up today. So happy, thank you Carol!

Mostly all the staffs are always smiling, not all, which in itself is fine, but nevertheless their always helpful. Great choices in odor perfume.

I have to say last few times I visited Shopper's westmount it has been a big disappointment. They dont have the stock I am looking for. The produce doesnt seem to get checked, almost stuck my finger thru the oranges. Also, having 3 self checkouts not good. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I moved to the neighborhood two years ago and frequently use this location for convenience. I stopped there yesterday to ask if I could get an Epipen without a RX (I'd had a very serious reaction to a bee sting a few days ago and knew I wouldn't be able to see my Dr.until after the long weekend and wanted to feel safe working in my yard until then). First person in the pharmacy said "No, I couldn't get one without a RX". Then I asked to speak to a pharmacist, I was told "yes technically, I could get one without a RX. " BUT! I had to pay the $100 even though I have coverage. So covered with a RX but not covered without one. This makes no sense to me. I called a friend who is a pharmacist who said absolutely I could get one without a RX from a prescribing pharmacist. I've used this pharmacy several times. So not a new patient. There's a Safeway pharmacy and a Rexall near by I will be checking out thoroughly.

Seriously the worst postal service ever. Melissa is always so rude and unhappy. She makes you feel dumb for not knowing certain things about shipping. She gives you attitude back whenever you ask a question. Although this location is convenient, I would not be returning here. If you want to use their postal service, just know she is usually working and will make you feel awful when you leave.

This business is really bad at taking your money. Even during a pandemic they are happy to have one cashier open and let you stand there forever. The last time I was visited this location there were three employees behind the counter but only one person taking people’s money. One of them appeared to be a manager and couldn’t care less that there was six people in line and the lineup was not moving. Today same thing someone comes in and wants to return some stuff and the cashier looks at everybody in line and tells them to go to the beauty department to pay for their purchases. I don’t understand why businesses don’t prioritize taking people’s money isn’t that the whole reason that you’re open? Wouldn’t it make sense to try to take peoples money as quickly and efficiently as possible? So after waiting in line and then being told to go and stand in line in the beauty department I just popped the items I wanted to buy on the counter and walked out. Maybe you guys should just throw the other cash registers in the garbage if you’re never going to use them? Is it good business sense to have three or four people stocking shelves and only one person actually selling the merchandise? This seems to be consistent behavior at this westmount location so I am just not going to shop here anymore. It’s all I can do to choose where to spend my money. Just like they didn’t care that I was standing in line they probably won’t even care about these comments.

Had the most amazing experience today as I just had a new born and was desperately looking for an Infrared Childerns Thermometer and Derek said he would order me one as all the other stores are either price hiking or give no path for purchase. If decide to purchase all my pharmacy products from this store. We need to support good people and stores that don't hike prices during this pandemic.

If you are like me and unsure of what the future holds for our economy or employment and want to save a few extra hundred dollars at the end of the year! Go to this store 5 out 5 stars service and sales!

My only issue with this store is I can’t take shopping cart to my car! Any other shoppers location I can! I avoid the west mount store for this reason. The shopping carts lock up at the door.

Honestly, I never have an issue with anything at this store. From the cashiers to the pharmacists, everyone treats you well and takes your time seriously.

The store itself is always clean and product is front faced. I'm always comfortable coming here, and I will continue to do so.

Me and my girlfriend went to this shoppers and got stalked by the security gaurd like we were the only ones in the store and we ended up spending over 100 dollars. Never going to this shoppers again after this experience. Very bad security guard.

Bad customer service, Canada post office employees aren’t forth coming, don’t go to this location. Gave me the run around and still kept my package. Had to call Canada post to Re send to a different location Manager Lee. Dishonest staff

Worst pharmacy experiences we have ever had. Even our insurer recommended we take my prescriptions elsewhere when we had to call to troubleshoot a problem and the pharmacy refused to speak to our insurer on our phone AND refused to call them via the number in our insurance app (which connects us to them immediately). Instead, they called their own number and waited on hold 20 minutes, twice. The pharmacy staff are the most miserable people I've ever seen in such a setting. Communication between the staff is very obviously tenuous. I insisted we try them one more time today, despite my husband saying he didn't want to deal with them again, and we ended up waiting 90 minutes due to a pharmacy typo. Do yourself a favour, take your prescriptions to Safeway next door.

*This is purely reflective of the pharmacy staff. The store staff have always been lovely, and I still recommend this location for all things aside from pharmacy.

The level of harassment that I received today from the security gaurd was truly unacceptable. I am definitely not going back to shop there and encourage others who have children with them not to as well hence the security guard will follow you around till you get to the cash register. I proceeded to call the manager by phone and explain the event and express my feelings and the manager did not apoligize for behavior or the treatment that i recieved and did not help to detensify the situation at all. He then proceeded to tell me that it is normal for that to happen and has happend to him as well. Meaning i am not to act concerned for childs safety while someone who works as security gaurd is following us around the store and we have not done anything wrong but shop for essientials. Just a heads up for people who have families or children whom they shop with. If i could rate zero on todays event dated june 16 @ 3: 30pm i would.

Wow, am I ever incredibly disappointed in the service I received today. Blown away actually. This is my closest shoppers drug mart so I thought I was making a good decision about having my prescriptions transferred over. The original gentleman pharmacist that helped me was very kind and helpful and any time he has served me there it’s been quick and positive. They are receiving a one star from me today because when I went to refill my prescription again as I need to do every month the girls made it IMPOSSIBLE for me and tried to tell me they knew more about my situation than I do and despite the fact that I have been taking this medication which I require on a day to day basis for OVER A YEAR that I need to see my doctor since I was just prescribed two refills last year? False, and I hadn’t needed to go to her every single time for it because any other pharmacist could see that the medication which is used to regulate the acidity in my stomach and MUST be taken twice a day as I am on the highest dose was no big deal to be refilling. It’s not even a medication that can be taken to get high or otherwise it literally makes my stomach work properly. When I told her I hadn’t had any issues with pharmacists in the past she proceeded to get angry, threaten me and then refuse to fill my prescription and hung up on me for trying to understand why all of a sudden after over a year I am being denied a prescription that I literally NEED. Not only did she threaten me I can guarantee if I were to go there she would not have refilled the 7 days she had said she could refill before seeing my doctor. What a joke.thank you for wasting my time when this has literally NEVER ONCE been a problem for me in the past. I hope that it made her feel fantastic over nothing. Really looking forward to going completely without my medication now, hope I don’t get sick or my stomach doesn’t eat itself up! She could obviously have cared less. Not the customer care I would have hoped for or expected from shoppers and definitely considering switching my pharmacies back now.

Aside from that, the gentleman pharmacist who helped me and the couple others who know me there and are always helpful are fantastic. Seems like I’m not the only one who notices the differences in customer care depending on whether you end up chatting with the judgy female as opposed to the kind darker gentleman working the pharmacy. Makes me wonder why he doesn’t just run the show and why she even still works there.

RACIAL PROFILING AT ITS BEST. I do not know if it is a shoppers policy or the policy of the manager of this branch, but they are very keen to racially profile. I am black and go often to this branch I always get followed by a worker or the security guard they had at one time, sometimes they even randomly come on the aisle I am at, faking to stamp products and leave the aisle as soon as I move. This is very uncomfortable and feels like harassment. I will post videos on the social media and send it to a mainstream media next time this happens.
