I don't understand how the pharmacy is this bad. Constant line-ups, quickest they will do a prescription is 30 min, usually 2 hrs. Just now they missed one of the two I had. Instead of grabbing it right away they told me it's 30 min. Just go to erlton ida. Drop off your prescription, and out the door with it in 5 min.

Bhaunik and Brenda are so caring at the pharmacy, they make it worth the wait times. Sydney has a loud voice and will let the whole store know your prescription. This has happened more than once and is uncomfortable for me and probably those at the front when I’m in line.

The pharmacist Bhaunik is fantastic, I can't say enough good things about him! I was feeling under the weather and specifically my throat was hurting, I went into the pharmacy and Bhaunik took his time with me asking questions and was able to test me right there for stept throat which came back positive. Even though it was unfortunate to have stept, I was so happy to have saved 5 plus hours in a hospital and be able to be prescribed medication right there (total time 30 min in and out). On another occasion, I had been experiencing a rash on my face for several months that wouldn't go away, Bhanik asked me a serious of questions and was able to prescribe medication that has treated the rash in a matter of a few days. Bhanik is extremely knowledgable, kind, and patient as I had my two children in there to watch at the same time. I have since been into the store for other things and Bhanik has gone out of his way to check in on my to see how my rash is a going as well as remembered treating me for strep. Highly recommend looking into the list of things that pharmacist are able to treat now as it can save so much time waiting in a hospital or to see your family doctor, and Bhanik is amazing!

Big shout out to the pharmacist B. Ruparel. He was so good with children. He spoke to them and made them feel comfortable before getting an injection. He said he didn’t want their experience to be traumatizing and actually took the time to explain everything and even told a riddle to help calm them down. Thank you.

Very poor customer service at pharmacy. Not one of the 4 staff members lifted their heads to acknowledge anyone waiting. We were told to come back in an hour, we came back in 75 minutes and told they still needed another 15 minutes. I told them we couldn't wait as we would miss our bus, they said they would do it right away but still took 14 minutes. Quite disorganized and unprofessional.

I was in this store, and a security guard called 911 just because another customer was just browsing and hadn't bought anything yet. He wasn't being violent. He wasn't stealing anything. He wasn't inappropriately exposing himself. Window shopping isn't a crime.

I would give this 10 stars if possible. This is for the Pharmacist Naveen, who even at 11 PM at night when I desperately needed antibiotics took the time to set up all my health information as I'm not from Alberta, filled my prescription, and went so above and beyond for me even on a random Tuesday night. You sir deserve all the good karma in the world, and I will be doing all my shopping at this Shopper's from now on.

I literally come to this store almost everyday…I must appear homeless because I’m constantly followed in the store. When I asked why are you standing behind me during my cash out and the security says she can stand wherever she wants. I asked for a manager and the security guard says that there is no manager and I said that’s totally fine I’ll wait… Then the lady tells me that she is a manager and says the only reason why she’s standing there is because she has to close the till. EVERYDAY I come here is the same treatment. The staff is completely disrespectful and the security guards need better training and how to deal with people. Simply Disgusting.

Pharmacist Rangda helped my husband and I do our Covid tests at this location when they could’ve turned us away. They were nice and so helpful!

What can I say about shoppers…it’s consistent in it’s inventory and well stocked shelves. I’ve never had an issue finding what I need. They have an excellent selection. When you can find staff they are friendly and usually helpful. Love the cashiers. Hate self checkout. I go to so many locations I can’t actually remember how much self checkout is at this store. Either way stop it with the self checkout.

Every time I’ve called ahead and booked a pickup for a crucial prescription, it’s either not ready or wrong completely. This is my third time using their pharmacy and 3/3 has been negative.

Customer service is atrocious.

On my most recent visit, I arrived with an armful of parcels and was ushered to a self-serve pay station, where the attendant observed me struggle with my bags and stood behind me, watching me over my shoulder while I paid for my purchases.

This isn't the first time I've been told to utilise the self-serve section after being refused assistance at the cash register. I will not shop in this store again.

Staff are bullies. I have a disability and I have been bullied by three staff there. I am in the process of lodging a human rights complaints against the owner of Mission Shopper's Drug Mart.

I have a huge amount of respect for the cashiers. Theyre polite, friendly and as helpful as they can be.
If it werent for them, I would not shop here for my random needs.

Lately Ive been patrolled from isle to isle, by two female security guards while doing my day to day shopping. I shop here frequently when stopping through, and it is becoming extremely uncomfortable for me to do so.

The security greets me at the front entrance, then shortly after - they're shark circling my isle I'm shopping in for me and my son. Each time theyre walking with their arms crossed behind their back - constantly making eye contact when I see them coming around the corner.

I took my theft and prevention course, and these rookies couldnt be more obvious on approaching the suspicion of thieves. I'm almost done coming here. I don't steal, nor do I feel like an appreciated customer by them constantly prowling me as I shop.

Got a few personal care items I needed in the store but did see a long line up near the Pharmacy with some evidently unhappy customers. They may want to consider new or more staffing

I was assisted by Agnes, and had a super easy and friendly experience filling my prescriptions.

I have so much appreciation for the pharmacy team at Mission commercial! I always feel like Bhaumik (pharmacist) has my back and is looking out for me with any new medications; he is patient and kind and never makes you feel like you are wasting his time. Thank you Bhaumik!

I went to this location for my booster shot and I have to give a shout out to one the pharmacists - Bhaumik is the best! I’m a big baby when it comes to needles and I fainted after the first two shots, but this time he did such a good job I didn't even notice it. If you have a tough time with needles, he’s your guy.

The Pharmacy accepted my wife and I with open arms. Very impressed with the pharmacist B Ruparel, he went above and beyond to make my wife, son and I comfortable. He was a wealth of information and showed my son a fun and engaging magic trick.

Called ahead about a product, was assured it was in stock, got there 15 minutes later, wasn’t there. Asked the tils, hadn’t just sold.

Worst customer service ever! Cashiers, supervisors and store manager make you feel you're doing a favor to buy at SDM! An indian short lady with a very rude attitude and the old blond lady behind the till made my experience terrible, I just wanna run away from there. Me, my wife and my friends will never stop by this store again, EVER!

I had a horrible experience here yesterday Feb 17th. I came in to the store to shop with my 2yr old and my baby. She suddenly needed and URGENT diaper change (parents out there would understand a blowout.) I asked the manager if I could use the washroom just to change her. He told me "No, due to covid washrooms are unavailable". I understand covid I am a front line worker.however, when a baby is in need he couldn't even offer me a place. His tone was very rude and demeaning and I felt belittled by him. I then started tearing up and the nice lady at the makeup counter helped me. I ended up changing her on the floor. I felt soo belittled and small. Safeway, Walmart AND even other Shoppers let customers use the washroom. They just sanitize after. We are ALL in this together.where is the compassion? Overall, I feel bad for the staff who have to work with such a 'man'.

The pharmacy is pretty disorganized. It's a miracle if the pharmacy staff answer the phone when you call and there's a 50% chance that your prescription won't be ready when it's supposed to be.

I've been getting my prescriptions from here for about 1.5 years and the last two times I've gone to pick up my prescriptions they have not been ready and I'm left having to wait 20-40 minutes for them to be processed (there's not that much to do in a Shopper's Drug Mart).

This most recent time, I called the night before to see if the pharmacy could refill a prescription instead of my doctor and I was told that it would be no problem and my prescriptions would be ready the following morning. I showed up the next day and was told that not only were my prescriptions not ready, but there was no record from whoever I spoke to the night before. The time before that, I used their online prescription portal, and a prescription that was set up for autorefill was marked as ready for pickup and SUPRISE - it wasn't!

If this location wasn't so close to my house, I would be looking for another pharmacy.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Pharmacy is unorganized unfortunately and orders never accurate in my personal experience.
Huge beauty department, always stocked shelves and also has a Canada Post within the store location.

SDM constantly reminds me why I need to stop considering a beauty bar and junk food stop as a last resort for prescriptions

Generally an alright place to go, I live in the neighborhood and I see some of the staff regularly, they are sweet.
The security team has a weird vibe there though, sometimes I feel like I'm being surveiled when I'm not doing anything wrong at all.
In addition to this alot of the time there sale prices don't match up to what's displayed on the till, which has been a CONSTANT issue.
My mom doesn't go there anymore because of that.
They definetly need an upgrade in the price change department.

Worst shoppers I’ve been too and terrible customer service. I am 7 months pregnant needing to use a washroom after purchasing merchandise at the store and the cashier very rudely said you can’t use the washroom even if you are pregnant, we make no exceptions including you. Not only that, I am also a high risk pregnancy and they couldn’t allow me to use the washroom.

Great store. It’s not my usual store, I came here with some friends to buy some beauty products and the boutique staff were amazing and helped me find what I was looking for! Thank you!

Always have to wait a couple more days after package “Delivered” date. Sometimes the Canada Post guy wouldn’t even care to check.
Came in to pick up a package today and one of our packages had a hole.

You should make it more convenient for people wanting to print photos. Spent 20 mins trying to figure out the stupid machine, only to find out later that the option I need to print my photos isn't even working.like maybe someone could have helped me.but I had to chase around the counter attendant to even ask her.
