Phoned to check on a product came back with a different product detail not what Incas asked for then kept me on hold for another 10 mins so hung up

The pharmacy staff at this Shoppers located off Wye Road, across from London Drugs, are professional, caring and supportive. They take the time to listen and help. You’re treated with respect and never rushed. Everything is explained.
I experienced terrible treatment at the Shoppers in the Sherwood Park Mall every time I visited. The pharmacy staff there are super rude and off-putting. You will be so happy to switch to the above mentioned Shoppers.
Let’s face it, when you’re sick, you absolutely should be treated with kindness and courtesy above all.

Went to Pharmacy last sunday evening to buy medicine. This is the best pharmacy I have been here in Sherwood park. I have a bad experience im shoppers pharmacy at the mall because the lady there was very rude. I am so grateful for Kevin Deol, this is the kind of pharmacist we need. He helped us above and beyond and gave us instruction how to treat oral thrush and mouth sore for my baby. Though he is very busy as he is alone. The smile and respectful manner is still there. Kudos to you Kevin keep up the good work!

If you're diabetic, their pharmacists know a LOT about it. They have been a great help to me.

Alexis the cosmetics manager is THEE best! I don't live in this area but I travel to see her. She educates me every time I'm in and really takes her time.

Worst locatio I've ever been to. I continued to try giving them the benefit of trying to show decent customer service. But sadly they couldnt deliver in the minimum of 6 times i tried.
I've been forced to pay at other tils after standing in line, because i had some cosmetic items in my purchase, ive been refused a price check when i asked to double check a sale price.
They didn't carry a generic prescription my i insurance covered, rather than ordering it in for me the guy said no so i was forced to buy the name brand and pay out of pocket.

This is honestly the best pharmacy in all of Sherwood Park, the pharmacists are so incredibly sweet and very helpful. They are all so knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you out. This shoppers is very family friendly also very welcoming. Staff are kind and helpful as well. I been to a few pharmacies and out of the few, this ones awesome. I’m so happy I can turn to Shoppers respectful pharmacists who care about their patients/customers. I super recommend Shoppers on Wye
