Always something wrong with my meds. They forget, they run out, they send less, send the wrong ones you name it I've had the issue couple times a month. They are so slow too

I was at Shoppers Sunridge today, and a young woman in the store was going through a crisis. An employee working at Shoppers was very kind to her, offering options to help her. This neighborhood has a lot of people with challenges, and I was very impressed with the kindness and patience shown by the Shoppers employees. I hope you were able to guide her in the right direction.

Great service in store.less so on the phone. Nobody answers the phone for customer inquiries & when they do, they're often very rude.

Do not go here for PR renewal photos. They will insist they can do them and now I have to pay to get them retaken somewhere else and mailed back in. Delay in application.

The pharmacy never answers the phones. You can call dozens of times over the course of hours and still unable to get ahold of them.

The cashier that was there today sun Aug 20 at 7: 30pm at the outside entrance cash register.was very rude. I had few items and she asked if I'm paying cash I said not sure depends on how much cash I have she scanned so I didn't have enough cash and wanted to pay with a card.
Rather than letting me just pay she actually voided the whole transaction stood there crossing her arm doing nothing and asked me to go pay at self check out. I told her let me just pay with a card she refused and walked away.very rude.she should've at least continued with the transaction.she's standing around the cash walking around doing absolutely nothing.the least she could've done is cash people out.might as well just have strictly selfcheck out if the people working are not going to do their job.
Will definitely not be returning to this shoppers again

I bought recently two perfumes from this store and I did not get any samples of other perfumes, whenever I go to the shoppers at memorial drive I get samples

The experience was terrible. Ask the gentleman how long it would be, he said I will do my best. I asked again politely because it's not my regular pharmacy, he said rude again. "I will do my best". What happened to the personal service with respect. It's gone. I will never go there again.

Poor service! Came in to get 2 items and I was treated like a thief! I was being watched for no reason and it was a bad experience for me that I’m not going back to that shoppers. I don’t understand why I was followed and it was not by security. Never again going to that location.

Your filipina cashier is very rude. I mostly treated very well every time i go but just now i dont like that cashier she was rude.

They were going to help me at the pharmacy but ended up not needing them. Robin helped me she was very nice.

The pharmacy team here have worse listening skills then my dogs at the dog park. I called 4 days ago to request them to get a transfer and a refill from my doctor. Simple right? Wrong. I called today and the same ladie I spoke to days prior, failed to do her job and get medication I really need. Now I'm out a medication I rely on. Bring on the withdrawls! I called again a few minutes later to clearify something and a male with just as poor English answered, interuptd me before I even finished my sentence and then started telling me things that were unrelated to my situation he couldn't bother to let me tell him. I don't know how some people get degrees anymore.

Horrible staff extremely rude and unhelpful even when I called to complain the manager Gloria was extremely rude and dismissive

They have everything but very little things. So it's still perfect for makeup and beauty supplies but not groceries, snacks, pet stuff, gift baskets, Their best services are their pharmacy and Canada post.

If I could leave a zero I would. I've been a business Indigenous person going to this Shoppers at Sunridge Mall. Not only do they profile you while in the store but the pharmisist or pharmacist helper is the most rude individual. My doctor faxed and confirmed the receipt of my prescriptions and I showed it to them on my camera when I arrived and he said no.he would not fill them except one. I called my doctor and he said this is a huge red flag as my meds should have been filled. The security follow you around the store. I make a point of going in their with only my bank card and phone. Rude comments, I've now moved my account elsewhere.

Setinder gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. New her product and showed me more items I would like. I will be back again.

Terrible customer service from beauty and makeup department (where all the branded perfumes and beauty stuff located) dont deserve even 0 star went there two weeks ago the lady at the cash counter was so rude for no reason.we were the only one waiting for her to serve us she was doing something we understand and okay to wait even didnt say a single word after waiting 10 mins she said i have two more customer to help first which was in line before you guys.we were llike where are the customers.didn't want to argue with that lady to make my day bad.we swear there was nobody waiting infront of us even there was no lineup and than not just that she said ohhhh if you are in hurry you can go to another cash counter we were like no we are okay take yor time omg! Rude and mean 2 women work at the beauty section, shouted at my kids and acting rudely. I will Never go there again.

I went here yesterday and I was disappointed with the customer service, I bought a serum product from cross iron mills a day before but the pump isn’t working so i called them if possible to exchange the product to nearest shoppers location, I was advise to do so and went to sunridge location at first the lady trying to assist me and grab the product to inspect but when the old woman jump in and said if you bought it to cross iron it should be exchanged to cross iron, I asked why and she replied because of the covid, I said what is the point as the lady have the product in her hand already inspecting it, she just shut me up by saying go to cross iron to deal your problem she didn’t even look to the receipt i was trying to hand over.
The way she looked and talked was very rude, she never listen to customer’s concern. I was offended and very dissapointed because i have rosacea i needed to use the product so bad, i don’t want to just break the container as the product will dry quickly as it is so expensive.
I told to my friends my experience and avoid this location, advised them to go to near London drugs instead as they have cheaper products without barbaric staff.

Yesterday I went to buy my foundation which I was using from last 5 years, the same shade which I prefer. When I asked the beauty boutique's sales person about the shade I want, she take it out and pass me a comment that "Isn't it too light for you, because I use the same shade". She just looked my skin color and made a comment what I didn't ask for. She should update herself about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Prepare yourself for a terrible customer service when returning products at the Beauty Boutique. They don’t like it when you make the return since they’re losing their bonus I guess. Also, they don’t accept return with purchased from another store. If you made your purchase from another Shoppers location, you have to go back to the exact one for any return or exchange which does not make any sense lol.

The pharmacist manager Salem, is incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and with no sense of any manners. My interaction with him left me feeling utterly hurt and mistreated. Also as a witness to his mistreatment to other individuals as well.

Clean and comfortable shopping experience. I had some skin issues and the lady in the cosmetics section helped me. She recommended Neostrata line for my sensitive skin. I’ve been using the product just over two months now and it’s made a huge difference! Cheers to knowledgeable women who know what they are talking about! Thank you!

I go to this area quite often (a few in fact). But today I will not ever be going back there due to the undeserved, rude and terrible service I had received. I had bought some "sun block" only to find out later that the employee who gave me it gave me something completely different. So I had to go back there and by the time I got there the cosmetic area was closed. So I asked the available customer service available if they are able to assist me. This short old woman came to me and instead of helping me, she made my situation MUCH worse she treated me incredibly unfairly and I was shocked when she had told me that she was the MANAGER. I couldn't believe the way I've been treated by an manager no less and I ended up leaving the store upset and disappointed. I doubt I will ever be going to a place, run by people who can't give their customers some decent respect!

Very poor service i purchased hair curly machine there was a fault i went the next day for change and she said my manager is not available i can't change then i went 3rd day she said my manager is off today her name is gloria u can call online & ask is she available then yesterday she was same excuse i have no much time for.so irritating staff members

My goodness wish there was a zero rating for this shoppers drug mart. Worst one I’ve been to since shopping there. Long story short, I went in to buy a good lotion for my dry skin. The entire time I was there the staff there kept talking horribly about customers. Basically mocking them and throwing Jabs. This was enough for me to get the hell out but I wasn’t fast enough to do so. All of a sudden I felt that I’ve been watched by the staff as if I was about to steal something. Minding my business and ignoring them, all of a sudden this red head boyish kinda looking girl came right close to me pretending to stock products on the shelf but then decide to not do so and asked me abruptly what was I doing? I replied, what do you mean and told her I was just checking products to see what the consistency was like. She then told me that products are not suppose to be opened based on their policy, which was understandable. Mind you the lotion I was checking out had two lids on it so I don’t bother buying in since I wasn’t able to see what’s inside. I put it back in the shelf unopened. This sad excuse for human then decide to not leave me alone and stood their right beside me watching me with a box cutter on her hand as if she was about to use it on me or something. I got Irritated and said few words to her that I shouldn’t have said just for the fact, you can’t argue with stupid it leads to nowhere. She then called security on me and got me escorted out of the store saying I was been rude to her. Not only was I watched, I was frightened with someone holding a knife close to me, I was wrongly profiled by this being. Stay away from this location people and go to one with humans that have heart. Oh she’s a red hair girl, skinny looking with straight hair. She works morning shift. Watch out for her if you ever wanting to take a chance.

Not my favourite Shoppers. Staff to busy to help. Cashiers are often unfriendly to the point of rudeness. Difficult to find what you are looking for here.

Cashier was arguing with a customer about redeeming points in the lineup, the customer was asking the cashier why does she needs to pay if she’s trying to redeem her points and the cashier basically told the her to call customer services for her points or her points should will on her reciept once the transaction is finished. The customer even tried to tell her to cancel it but she said she can’t Honestly though, the cashier was kinda clueless and doesn’t know what’s she was saying or doing. And when the supervisor came she even tried to lie about the situation. Wow like really, kinda embarrassing, we wanted to say something but we didn’t want to get involved. You should train your cashier how to handle upset customer, by letting them speak first and not letting them listen to your non sense BS, asking your supervisor she should listen to your story first before the customer.

Was ignored when waiting at the prescription pickup counter because I was leaving a gap between me and the person ahead of me being helped. After the man was done with her he walked away and didn't acknowledge me and noone did until I walked up to the counter and a friendly girl helped me.
Also this is the first place that while picking up my prescription I wasn't given a run through with how to take it. Another girl gave me my antibiotics and just held the bag out to me without saying anything.

The cashier's are also very cold acting and I hate how they seem to hate their jobs and therefore hate me as well. Especially the ones near the entrance to the main mall.
