It's good for seniors on Thrusday because there is 20% off on every item instead not on sale.

Takes 1.30 hrs to fill a single simple medication. Worst service standard and attitude. No customer service.

Do not fill prescriptions here. They do not process them correctly, even after multiple visits where I ask them to please not make the same mistake again. I am tired of having to argue with them each time I try to get my prescription filled. I will never return.

Definitely will not be returning to this location. We’ve dealt with this Shoppers Drug Mart for several years, and the service has always varied from OK service to downright rude and condescending.

Most recently my wife dropped off a required prescription for her father. Upon returning to pick up these, she was told they’d been picked up. She had to go back to confirm with her father that they’d not been picked up, upon returning, she was then advised the prescriptions had been sent to another location. She was advised at that location she had to GO BACK to this location because they only had ONE of the prescribed medications.

Instead of apologizing upon her arrival, she was told by the pharmacy receptionist “Now settle down Ma’am.

The pharmacist (women) i will not recommend that person at all! The way she answered me was wrong and rude! I really need to find another pharmacist. One that will care.

Incompetent pharmacy service. They're slow, get refills wrong, and aren't willing to admit they screwed up. I haven't had a worse pharmacy in my life.

On duty staff male person behaves too rude. I noticed that 3 times I don't know why he behaved like that.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been in, it’s the second time the male-staff didn’t behave properly, not worth visiting. Personally, would never recommend this place.

Went there for Passport photo. After waiting for few mins the guy told me that its very busy today.it can’t be done today.
Why u guys have signage for passport photo there or better you guys should advertise as
“Get your photo clicked only if we are not busy or go somewhere else”
We are also working and I managed my time to visit your store for the photo.

Really Terrible experience of service today.
We gave our prescription yesterday in morning, today when we been there to pick our medicine, they prepared medicines only for month not for three month, and half of medicine was missing. The lady said we only prepaid one, you can take at 8 Pm other one and when we talked to other guys that it’s only one month tablets, and where is our other medicine, he said for other medicines, if they need then they will contact to their supplier. And he did prepare only one to save our money. Then I canceled my prescription and hopefully will get from other pharmacy. Will try to avoid this one. Wish you good luck owner with staff. Hopefully you will mind it. But family health is more important than nearest location.

The cashiers made me wait 45 minutes for just a picture to be taken, passed on misinformation about the price of the photo and also gave me an “EMPTY” USB drive which had no photo in it. They don’t know their prices or the stuff that needs to be done on the computers! Totally bad service!

Being a PC visa card holder, I come to shop to this shoppers all the way from Windermere because the staff is always so helpful; especially Beauty boutique staff. We always buy Fragrances from this store as staff is knowledgeable and takes time to understand your liking and suggests accordingly.
Last week we were at the store and Evelyn helped us getting 2 new perfumes

Always a huge delay in getting a prescriptions filled. Never quick & easy like the other shoppers I have used for many years. My prescription is now on day 4 to get filled. I will be switching to another pharmacist.
One of the pharmacy team members is a very nice guy, the others have a tendency to be rude. Shop else where if you can.

Late night closing suits many late goers like me, great staff, and nice stock up of everyday stuff.

Assistant store manager the old lady was so rude, I don’t know how she became manager, last month I was there to get passport size photos they wasted our 3 hours and we had to go there two times for just 2 photos, she was behaving like why are you here? Just go out from the store,
supervisor white lady was same attitude, we were waiting at the counter and instead of helping the customers they prefer to talk to each other? Ridiculous customer service.
STORE MANAGER must take care of these ladies I never had that bad experience from shoppers drug mart.

Even after we booked for an appointment for a vaccine when we took our 10 year old there to get his vaccine the pharmacist says that they will not give him a vaccine unless they get enough bookings for them to be able to open the case

Why would you book an appointment when you are not gonna open the case to serve the vaccine

Melanie you are the star. I feel like u shuld be giving lessons to other employees working at shoppers how to deal with customers and how to make them smile. This was the first time me and my wife had a chance to have conversations with her and she went above and beyond to help us out and make sure that we are satisfied with our purchase.

I moved and wanted them to transfer my file to another shoppers location. The new location told me they were waiting on this location to fax over the prescription and file. When I called they had me on hold for 20 minutes and came back on the phone and said “ we did send it” when I asked when the lady said “ ummm.like 5 or 10 mins ago” so they obviously sent it when they placed me on hold. It took them 5 hours and 5 phone calls between me and the other pharmacy for them to actually fax over the information. After I came off the phone the new pharmacy called me and told me it was ready for pick up. This pharmacy has the worst service!

I have been customer of this pharmacy from last 7-8 years. Pharmacists at this pharmacy always went a step ahead to take care Rx's of mine and my family. I want to appreciate all the pharmacy staff who have worked very hard especially during this pandemic and serve our community.

Honestly it would be worth the drive to a different Shoppers. There is always a huge wait and even trying to get someone on the phone can take forever.
I've gone here lots since its by my house but I will no longer go here.

Staff at the post office is really friendly and always happy to help. Always had good experience at Shoppers and at Post office:)

This location is a smaller shoppers drug mart. Convently open every day until midnight. They have a canada post in the back as well which has the nicest employees ever. Their clearance section is located rught by the Canada post.

They do not have a large selection of grocery items. Parking is easy to find since there is a McDonalds and Sobeys (and other stores) in the same parking lot but it is super busy.

I go to the pharmacy daily at this location, and all the staff are friendly and helpful every time. Each and every pharmacist there are very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly and are particularly efficient with whatever it is you need. I would recommend this location to anyone!
The pharmacist that I see majority of the time, Abdur, is absolutely one of the best pharmacists I've ever dealt with in my life. It's always a delight to obtain service from him, especially! I am grateful for the team they have working there and will continue shopping, and being a client, at this location because of this.:)

My Family has used the pharmacy for a long time and the staff is alway helpful and very friendly. They always ask how I am by name as well as my son. I would recommend them hands down.

I like this shoppers better than few others i have visited for many reasons. Some of them are: 1.limit of milk bottles that you can take is six. 2. More Indian grocery items than any other shoppers drug Mart In this area. 3. The pharmacists are great, got a vaccination shot from here and she was great. Got 2 doses administered Of same vaccination from a calgary Costco location and I had a lot of discomfort. But not here. Also this pharmacy had that vaccination, which Was not available in Costco South location and I waited for one whole month. They still never got it, so I had to get my file transferred to this pharmacy.
4. Staff is super friendly and nice.

Only one thing bothers me - some of the cashiers make mistakes and both times ladies with Asian looks. Different ladies though. You can fix that, just be more attentive. I promise I’ll make it a five star then.

I was impressed last week that they actually had a very professional young lady working at the cash register who was fluent in English and understood me. I gave them a 3 rating because of this exceptional young lady. They really need to hire more ladies like this that provide excellent customer service The postal workers are not very communicative and rather unprofessional. Shoppers prices are very expensive when it comes to cosmetics and general items, that being said I rarely go here to shop. Parking at this location is not great as the stalls do not at all accommodate the amount of people using this strip mall for shopping.
