Shoppers Drug Mart

I went to go look at fragrances with my friend and after like 2 minutes of looking at colognes the cosmetics lady rudely told us not to test on skin, so we respected her demands but then when we tested it on paper she said that we can’t test unless we buy. We kindly disagreed because all other places let us test without buying but not only that, she said I couldn’t try some cologne because of my “GENARATION” and then I had enough and then left. This is the worst shopper I have ever been to, and was a waste of time.

They need to hire more delivery drivers if they cannot deliver the prescriptions when they said they were going to deliver. This is prescribed medication, and people rely on these services. Very unprofessional. Not impressed. Do better Shoppers, hire more people to get the job done. Expand the delivery hours too.

When I called to see where my delivery was, all I got was sorry, and some chuckles, about being super busy because of the long weekend and my prescription was forgotten, "thrown in the drawer" along with more chuckles. Like I was missing a food delivery or something else trivial. That was not appreciated.

After this experience, I think I'm going to switch to a pharmacy that has reliable delivery.

I've been coming to this pharmacy frequently for quite a few years now, and I've got say that the customer service at this location is lacking. I've never had a prescription filled here in less than an hour and a half. Usually it's a minimum 2 hour wait, if you're lucky. If you're dropping off a prescription, expect to pick it up the next day. Any other drugstore I go to for the same prescriptions usually has them filled within 20 minutes.

Bought a blood pressure machine here 4 days ago for $89.99. Didn’t like it. Tried to return it. Was told there was a no return policy on items where the box was open. I was actually surprised and told lady that is why I usually shop at Costco & Amazon and will continue to do so- they have excellent return policies. I often hear small businesses complain big box stores and online shopping are killing them. I wonder why……. So note to self, I will never buy anything here again. Safeway is next door, i will simply go there.

Great location. I always buy nail polish from here. The selection of the products is amazing and staff are very kind.

The "ENTIRE" staff team at this Shoppers Drug Mart are absolutely amazing! The Pharmacists, the Post Office Workers, the Beauty Consultants, and the Cashiers, are all so extremely Knowledgeable, Professional, and Helpful. As well as being very kind, caring and patient people. It is always a pleasure picking up my prescriptions, shopping or mailing a package at this location. I have always have a great experience when I go here. I have been going to this location for my prescriptions for over 12 years now. I moved away from this location about 2 years ago and I currently live directly across the street from another Shopper's Drug Mart and I really did give that location a chance for over 3 months, but the kept messing up my prescriptions. So even though I now live over a 15 min drive away from This Shoppers Drug Mart (located in Riverbend Square) I ended up going back to them and I still go there to this day. Because like I said Above This Shoppers Drug Mart has by far the best employees in the city. They are hands down the best Shoppers Drug Mart team in all of Edmonton and surrounding area, by a landslide! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOPPERS DRUG MART TO ANYONE.

Treated poorly. Poor selection. Staff was too busy being judgy and sneaky. Food products were old and stale.
