I get it, they are unstaffed but you don't have to also be unpleasant. Standard of service in the pharmacy is comedic at best.

Always wondered why ive been having to pay out of pocket when they always confirmed they have my own and spouse's insurance in their system. Turns out theyve never actually submitted the claims in.

I think this Shoppers knows that people have to come to it because the Safeway next to it is closed for renovations, the prices are INSANE.
