Shoppers Drug Mart

I have always been a near daily shopper at London Drugs and will do a lot of shopping at shoppers here at cobblestone as it can be more convenient at times, but after today's experience I will never step foot in that store again. I had the worst customer service by a snotty, extremely miserable staff member at the pharmacy. It's rather mindboggling to see a grown adult talk like a 13 year old with zero vocabulary or manners.
After I finished speaking to the owner about their under qualified employee, and how incredibly rude she was, as I was leaving, she gave a dirty look and I swear she stuck her tongue out like a 3 year lol. I felt as though I was in the twilight zone.
What a mess this store is in.
I will continue my shopping at London Drugs where they hire respectful employees who are kind and polite to their customers who are the ones who actually keep their doors open. Never in my life have I witnessed anything this BIZARRE in a place of business. Does not even deserve a 1 Star.

I went to this location to redeem & cash in 12 Lottomax tickets that I folded up in my hand. The tickets were already signed and confirmed winners with the Lottospot! Application on my phone, while waiting in the line the cashier told me that I would have to scan my tickets on the lotto self-checker as it would take a lot of time for her to scan each one, even though no one was behind me. She would need to scan them anyway because they were all winners and I had already waited in line waiting for other people buying tickets in front of me. I informed her that they were all winners, but she looked unhappy/unimpressed and seemed reluctant to help. I understand if there was a huge line behind me and I didnt have the tickets signed/non winners. I was not impressed and decided to leave the store because she didn’t have/want to take the time to help or assist me and was unapologetic. I have purchased tech and electronics here in the past in addition to regular pleasantries as it's on my way home, but will not be anymore. Why even bother selling lotto tickets, if it inconveniences your staff and they can’t be bothered to redeem winners?

I went to this SDM to buy some ribbon and birthdays cards. The card section was fine and I found what I wanted. The wrapping is pretty much non existent. At the end of on of the card aisles was a small display. A few bags, two curly ribbon bows. No ribbon at all and no wrapping paper. Wow. So disappointed. Also took me about 5 minutes of looking around to find an employee to ask where the wrapping supplies were. And then you want me to run through a self checkout? Nope.

I use shoppers to fill my medications, I do some shopping as well. I like staff here as they are super friendly and helpful. Clean, organized, fast service, much items on sale all the time.

Such a great pharmacy team! I have a lot of questions and they answer them thoroughly and quite quickly.

Purchased a transit pass which was not loaded. After talking to them agreed to exxhange it, went there same evening refused to do what promised. Won't do anything. Asked me to go the city hall for this issue. Ended up paying for the bus for three days because of the long weekend. Evening managers don't know what they are doing.

I went there this evening “TRIED TO BUY “ some lotions, but out of NOWHERE this middle age LADY with black hair.approached me with attitude. Then she said “ i have to leave the lotion on the counter, im not allow to carry those around. I was like what? Ive been coming to this place to buy stuffs and most of them are perfume. I always carry them around whenever I shopped there before i pay, i dont have any problems or come one told me like that. Then she grabbed it out of my hands like a child stealing other child toys. After that she came back to the counter and have a small talk with co-worker. When i walked by all ive heard was “ cheap Asian”. Wow I can’t that we live in 2022 almost 2023 and still some people being racist like that.

I’ve been trying to reach post office for almost 2hrs since 4: 30pm till 6: 30pm still no one answered. I need clarification for my order coz it was in canada post it’s says in the tracking they’ll delivered 2dys ago but still not received. And tried customer service to connect me in there but she only hang me for 40mins. Whattttaaaah service

Carlie the pharmacist is amazing, she can prescribe some medication and been able to help me out really quickly. Highly recommended

Got my 4th co-vid shot, awesome, in and out in 15 minutes, plus done a little shopping while there, a win win, happy days!
