Shoppers Drug Mart

I was a client at the pharmacy for over 1 year. I met 2 friendly helpful people out of all the staff. This pharmacy is like a pill farm. All about money. No interest in customer service. I felt they were incompetent in many ways. Unacceptable in their handling of situations. I gave one star for senior's day. If you like customer care this is not your place.

I am grateful for the people who work @ Shoppers in Londonderry Mall, Edmonton. They are inclusive and have helped me when I could not hear. Many thanks to all. A+

5 self check outs and no one uses them. 20 ppl lined up refusing to use them. Maybe you should have kept thos 2 other tills instead of firing and removing it. Shoppers only cares about profit not ppl.

This is the worst location the BB lady her name is Taylor Mahl was very bad I was asking her a question then when I left the store I heard her saying let her deal with it herself that is the Max of disrespect that any one can experience I will never come back she doesn’t even know her products I have to correct her. Very disappointed ️

This Shoppers Drug Mart has too be the worst in the city. Always long lineups mostly seniors shopping there that don’t wanna use self checkouts. I asked lady working why don’t u open the second cashier too get this line going shes like it’s not working. So the next day i went there and ofcourse they were using the not working cashier. Listen nobody likes using the self checkouts because there’s always some sort of problem that’s why u always have 1 or 2 people there helping whoever is using them. Some of the staff there should get some sort of training on customer service honestly couldn’t hurt.

Racist District manager, made me feel like hell working at this place, toxic work culture judged me as if he has to write my autobiography

Vry rude behaviour of the staff.
Unprofessional atmosphere. The old lady in the beauty boutique section is vry arrogant.
I will never visit this location again.
Had a vry bad experience.

This shoppers need to shut down. Really unorganised location and even the staff is so unhelpful. Thought of complaining to the manager but he doesn’t seem to be bothered. Just ruining Shoppers image. Never visiting again
