Shoppers Drug Mart

I understand most Security Guard (s) would think that they are only doing their job but there's a fine line between just doing your job and realizing that what you did to make a customer feel like a criminal without doing anything wrong each and every time the same customer goes to the same shoppers drug mart Location for years now.being watched like a hawk is distracting from actually shopping.

I called the post office to ask about my package being there and I was gonna ask a few more questions but person who answered the phone was rude and hung up the call after saying my package was there

Had a security guard keeping an eye on me throughout my visit, they were just hovering at the end of the isles peaking around to look at me. Never even said hello. I get that this location is on 118th and may not attract the best crowds but it made a very uncomfortable shopping experience.

They should change Post Office lady Mariline, disaster service, very rude, Shoppers drug mart loosing their customer due to her service

Sold me a faulty, expensive medication and would not do anything to make it right. Would not exchange for one that worked and would not refund me.

Worst store I have ever seen. The pharmacy staff is rude, racist and unprofessional. They treat customers and staff like trash. Store owner should be kicked out of his position because he has 0 ethics to deal with customers and staff. NEVER go to this store or else your human dignity will be compromised.

Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist refused to serve me. Very racist and rude. Went there with a real bad infection and a prescription from my doctor, they didn't have the cram I needed but still wanted to keep my prescription and gave me a copy they made. I said I wanted the original. He gave me.back my prescription and asked me to.leave I will not be going back there and will not recommend them.to anyone

As someone who worked at shoppers for years (the Canada post sector) I expect average customer service when at a location as I know it can be hectic! Today my partner and I went to the location to post something and the young girl with glasses and black hair was beyond arrogant! Treated us like we were an inconvenience and was honestly down right rude!

Pharmacy doesn't direct bill to NIHB and post office is unable to print out shipping labels
