Good luck getting through to the pharmacy over the phone. Have called twice and been on hold both times. Going on close to a half hour now

Terrible customer service for the Asian lady working in the post section. I went to ship an international package and she was expecting me to know every single detail of their policy and do her job as well. Just said what's wrong and won't help me fix it or even explain their policy in an acceptable attitude

Its just for the blonde white lady, get life you mean girl! Its just a question i was there at 10: 00 exactly you closed i know it, it will cost you zero$ to answer

The entire staff is generally pleasant, except for the white lady in charge of passport photos. I kindly requested the digital version and she rudely refused and acted like she has never heard or done it before.
There is a banner in front of the store showing there is a digital version. Also, the fee is 27$ which is way higher than London Drug ($18).

Love this store! Great atmosphere! Staff are awesome, Joanne in Pharmacy knows my medical issues and all my medications, Kris knows his product and is extremely helpful. Rest of staff are very helpful and friendly.

Love this Shoppers Drug Mart. It is my go to when I'm in town visiting my best friend. Such a well managed store, with wonderful, knowledgeable staff!

I went to mail an envelope today and received the Best Customer service from Nathan in the post office dept. His knowledgeable and helpful assistance and great attitude was very much appreciated. He demonstrated excellent above and beyond service from giving me the options available to following through with more help to make sure my mail arrives at its destination and clear directions on how to do it. He answered all my many questions about whats wheres n whens. Thank you for all that you do. The world needs more people like Nathan.

This Shoppers Drug Mart is the absolute best. The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond for their staff. Chris, the store manager, is the nicest guy ever. He embodies every trait a successful manager should have. I am blown away by his professionalism. He is so welcoming and personable. I went to pick up my prescription and had the most pleasant interaction with the pharmacy assistant, Gail. She is such a sweet woman and truly has a heart of gold. She pays so much attention to detail and thoroughly goes through each prescription and explains it to you. She always has the sweetest most welcoming smile and a radiating positive energy. These two alone are the main reasons why we my family and I only come to this Shoppers Drug Mart! Keep up the great work!

Beware of this location. As advertised in a Shoppers flyer Maxwell House coffee was on sale at $7.99. At the till it rings up at $8.99, asked the cashier and got "We are a smaller location and don't honor some prices". Well she showed me a flyer that was behind the counter ALL THE DOOR CRASHERS were x'd out. So Shoppers is putting out a flyer to bait in customers and charging more, what a dishonest company!

Shoppers drug mart Namao on 165 ave is such an amazing neighbourhood drug store. Our family and friends have been using this this store for many years. Joanne is the pharmacist in charge and Chris is the store manager.we have asked them for special requests and orders many times and they have always come through for us. The staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Having a post office managed by Evelyn in this store makes it so handy for mailing and receiving packages all year round. We love shopping here, thanks everyone for making us feel welcome and safe. Bart Ainley

Fantastic staff and management team at this location! Great product selection and pricing. I always choose to visit this location when I visit Edmonton. Kris seems to lead by example and provide incredible customer service! Highly recommend.

Professional and super friendly. Kirk was apologetic to make me wait only a couple extra seconds while he was tending another customer. I love this shoppers drug mart!

This is a great store, I love coming here. I always find what I'm looking for and they always have what I need. Cosmetics is always great in finding what I need whether it be in cosmetics or not, specifically Brielle, she is always so knowledgable and her product suggestions are always great!
