Shoppers Drug Mart

I went into this location on Jan 31 between 530-630pm. I went in with my daughter to buy some shampoo and conditioner. We had the items in our hand and had gone down the vitamin aisle, we passed an older lady who was working putting away chocolate bars. We didn't end up seeing the vitamins we wanted as they still had a bunch of totes that they were still working on. We decided to just get the shampoo and conditioner. We went to the 1st self serve, and my bad, I didn't notice that someone had previously started a transaction before I scanned my optimum card. My daughter noticed so I stopped and went to another self serve. We paid for our items, and then I went and checked our lottery tickets. I didn't want to leave until I knew that the first self serve till I scanned my card on was voided. The same lady who was putting away product was at the till ringing people through the whole time this happened. The self serve is right in front of the till. I had pressed the help tab so when she was finished she could come and void the transaction before I left. She started talking to me while she was putting her customers through. I quickly mentioned to her that I had already purchased my items, but didn't realize the 1st till was already in use when I scanned my card. I was waiting until she was free to void the transaction so no one could use my points. (I didn't know if that person was going to come back) She told me while she was ringing her customers through that she would ring my items through. I had again told her that they were purchased, I was waiting for her to void this transaction. She then continued to engage in a conversation with me while she was helping other customers. She told me that that customer who was at that till already paid. She finally came over, and figured out how to void the transaction. She then told me that she would help me at the main till. I told her yet again that they were already purchased. My daughter said to her, do you want to see the receipt? She replies with a yes, I do. We show her the receipt. She nods her head.
Are you kidding me?
If I was going to steal the cheap shampoo and conditioner, I wouldn't have been waiting around for her to cancel the transaction.
Unreal.not good customer service at all.

Very small store at westhills, which is not well stocked.
I wanted to purchase oral b toothbrush heads. They had the empty boxes for purchase, but there were 3 boxes on display and none of them matched the stock they had behind the counter.
It was a challenge to buy them as staff were kind, but had no clue where things were or how systems implemented seemed to work.
It took me half an hour to make this simple purchase.
They only had one staff member at checkout, one at the beauty counter.
It must also be stressful for the staff. My empathy to them.

Patrick Erukaye is a horrible pharmacist not willing to help and never smiles. He gave me the worst experience as a patient and never understanding that patient means someone needs a help from a pharmacist. He should stay home if he has any problems not to affect patients health.

Ridiculous! Me and my friend are both under the age of 18 and in our teens, we are both well aware about the problem of teens stealing however. We were perfectly respectful. We weren’t touching much or acting suspicious regardless us employees will follow us around the first employee at the make up till greeted us as we were walking in, and then followed us to the makeup which we were in and probably after around five minutes she left, and then one employee with curly hair and had a Russian accent (specifying, so that other customers are aware) started falling is wrong continuously we were turned a corner and she would be right there and she would use a very condescending tone talking to us. She talk to us on around three occasions. First, she asked if we needed any help and what we were looking for, and we said once again, like we said to the first employee that we were just browsing and then she asked a second time we turned the corner to see if any employee would follow us and she actually confronted my friend about having a tote bag. She said that a lot of Steelers come in and use tote bags to conceal the fact that they’ve stolen something and my friend vocalized her that she could search the bag if she would like, and that we were innocent, after that we left to avoid any conflicts, since we are minors and without parents with us but absolutely ridiculous. And as we were leaving, she yelled, come back another time. This is absolutely ridiculous and we shouldn’t be targeted for simply browsing.

Shelby at the cosmetics here was so amazing and helpful! She helped me find exactly what I need and was so nice doing it! She is a great asset to this store!

Elena & Lorna are the sweetest and nicest ladies in the world! They made my whole day!
