Very disrespectful service. I was made to wait a while. I waited 30 minutes. The pharmacist said she would be there soon, she was walking slowly and looking for something. I was ignored and I came for advice. I was forced to take the medicine myself.not being sure.very bad pharmacy.

I picked up my inhalers at the pharmacy and was helped by their current student pharmacist, Mostafa (I hope I spelt that right!) and he was incredibly helpful, reassuring and informed! I have been incredibly unsure and anxious about managing my asthma and he brought me a lot of relief and certainty that I will be able to control my symptoms and even went to lengths to explain everything very succinctly and ensure I was happy with everything. A very great experience!

Good selection of grocery products available. Dairy, fruit and veggies, crackers, cookies, cleaning supplies, candy chips, cereal, and others. Lottery license. Full selection of makeup, first aid supplies. Beauty products. Passport photos taken. Pharmacy and post office on site.

No problems with getting it items here that I need! Great having a convenient in store Post Office! The staff at the pharmacy are very knowledgeable in any prescription needs. The store is notably clean! Overall, a great place to get those items you need!

I don’t know why I even gave this pharmacy a second chance after having them accuse me of lying about a prescription being picked up, insinuating I was an addict trying to get a second script but here we are. Set up delivery for a daily medication they refilled for me that I had run out of. It never came. Only now, at 10: 40 pm have I finally got someone to answer the phone to ask what happened. “Oh your delivery must have been missed”

Just all around bad experiences with this pharmacy.

I was in your store the other evening, I am always at a loss when looking for cosmetics and whats trending or what I need specifically.
Jayne in the cosmetics department was Absolutely Fantastic!
She was so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
She showed me so many things I didn't even know, I am grateful for the time she took with me, I feel valued!
This Shoppers is now my absolute number one!
Also a very nice man working in the grocery isle, I couldnt find something and he offered to check in the back for me and he found what I was seeking, he saved me a trip to another store, I am very busy so that was very much appreciated, thank you.

Walked in for passport photo and was told they are short staff and have to wait an hour for the staff to come in for photo. Went to another shoppers on whyte and had it done right away.

Amazing pharmacist was able to fill my prescription 20 minutes before closing. Love how she was so helpful and quick. Best experience ever.

Standard shoppers drug mart. Couldn't find a regular flat of bottled water here though which seemed, strange. Found everything else i needed and the workers are friendly here. Lots of parking and easy to get back to the main roads from here.

Terrible Costomer service by the lady on the front (Feb 25 Saturday at 8pm - she won’t tell me her name). I hate to say this but these people charge you a deposit when you buy Canadian springs water and then refuse to return the deposit back - and when you ask them why, instead of helping you or telling you where to go instead - they tell you to leave the store! It’s okay if shoppers doesn’t participate in this service but there’s a proper way to talk to Costomer instead of telling them to leave

Terrible management and long wait times for a cashier. Pharmacy staff are very rude to customers and over-charge for medications found cheaper elsewhere.

They typed my provider coverage wrong never processed till they figured that out
Now I had to wait for them to fill the prescription rather then let me take to another or my regular IDA pharmacy

I would like to report a racist and rude pharmacist January 16,2023 at 3.40pm. I wish the company could check the camera and the recordings and investigate this issue. This is brutal and harmful to the public.

A lady refused to let me check the medicine before i make the payment because she thinks i will steal it. I make a decent amount of money as a Realtor and the shop has camera everywhere, so how could i do it? She was very polite and kind to other colored individuals in front of the line. This is absolutely racist and i suggest immediately termination of employment.

I have been told several times information from the pharmacy, directions in taking a certain medication, 3 times, 3 different staff were wrong, I had to argue with them and if I followed there instructions I would be in serious risk for emergency. The manager there is wonderful, he's understanding, calm, and non judgemental.

Bobby the manager is the worst to talk to in the store. I bought a couple of the “Deals” on perfumes they have and it turned out its not the original fragrance. Just a SCAM shoppers have and they ask you not to open it. I went to return it back and they told me its non refundable. They said they knew its not the original fragrance but they don’t have enough space to write it on their shelves! What a lame excuse! Just say it loud and clear that its a rip off!

Don’t deal with their cosmetic section! Go to another reputable and reliable store
