The staff are always amazing and go the extra mile to help their customers. I used the self check out and Susan the clerk happened to notice I paid for 7 bags. She refunded the money. She saved me $7.00. Always a pleasure to go there.
Be careful getting your prescriptions delivered from this shoppers. They don’t require signatures upon delivery. Just had someone else’s prescriptions delivered to my house and left in my mail box with all her information. You shouldn’t be allowed to deliver such items without a signature. It could be narcotics and run into the wrong hands.
I recently had the most appalling encounter at the pharmacy. Upon reviewing the feedback, I observed that the individuals who had "positive experiences" were of Caucasian descent. This observation speaks volumes about the possible underlying reasons why we can't seem to receive adequate customer service or even basic human decency.
Overstock items kept in a raw and one of the staff lady was very rude in talking. When I asked who is the manager to log complaint she hers3lf first went to the manager. Even manager on duty was not ev3n happy to listen complaint. It's a kind of racialism this shop staff is delivering attutude
Horrible service. They have consistantly lost my prescription, requiring me to rebook appointments with my doctor, and their security racially profiles customers of colour. Avoid at all costs or waste your time and money.
Don’t go to this location, I been going here for year but today I left with the sour taste in my mouth, the security guard male and the beauty cashier are really unprofessional where both of them were talking about and making fun of the people walking into the store making snarky comments among one another. Secondly all the of prices for things in the store are not correct, having to tell the cashier that this isn’t the right price please go check seems like I made working at shoppers worse for them. We come in for friendly customer care and service the staff should be careful with there comments and actions and how they talk
Pretty upsetting having to run your pregnant wife to shoppers only to find out they lock the doors 15 minutes before they’re supposed to close. Watched 3 other customers attempts to get in. Lost business and poor business practice
I had a bad experience in this store today the cashier a black boy told the security to follow me throughout the store, the security stood behind me while I was paying I was with my little baby in the stroller and I went to that store in search of the formula for my baby and some purchases for my home is not the first time it has happened but today was worse than other days, I feel horrible I felt a lot of harassment from them just because they have decided to judge me by my appearance and they have decided to call me a thief I have never stolen anything from anyone I go to that pharmacy because it is the closest to my house and I think that if I really stole I would not go anymore since there are cameras in the store, please be careful with your staff because they are Highly racist and they treat me that way because I am Latina and today they made me feel too harassed and belittled
Worst ever branch, this is my 3 rd visit to get what i wanted and i always found out of stock, even this last visit i wanted to get a cough syrup for my kids but the aisle was completely empty and no one among the staff members bothered to replace the stock and i have to get back empty handed, will try to avoid visiting this branch in future!
After a huge transfer problem with another location, the pharmacy team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as soon as possible. Very apologetic for the other locations mistakes and extremely understanding of me feeling like complete garbage and being in a rush to get home. Cannot thank you enough (I apologize for not getting your name) you’ve made a huge positive impact.
What is going on here? Almost every review on this store is very poor. Please put your staff through a retail training program to teach them how to interact with customers. Customer service is not difficult!
