Finally gave up and moved my file to Pharmasave, where you can always speak to someone when you call the pharmacy. The pharmacy here is always understaffed and they will let the phone ring and ring and ring and eventually they will hang up on you. I do like some of the pharmacy staff, but sadly, after years of exclusively using them I moved my file over to another pharmacy, which offers much better service.

I recently relocated back to Airdrie and went here to fill a prescription due to it being close to my home. This is the 3rd time the pharmacy staff told me it would take a certain amount of time (this time one hour) and then 30 minutes after the time I was told I go to ask what the status is and they immediately start running around realizing they hadn’t done anything. This time it was 1 1/2 hrs waiting before they looked and I finally told them if it’s too complicated for them to read the drug name and quantity then put the in a container, I’ll find somewhere else to go. Never returning. The pharmacy at my doctor’s office filled the same script in 10 minutes.

Good place. Although staff seem annoyed at customers. Overall, still a nice place for essentials.

There is a homeless guy loitering and acting predatory towards everyone that tries to enter. He practically got in between us and the door and wouldn’t let us go through unless we gave him something. Were gonna avoid this location for the time being.

Was in a bit of a panic as my wife has pretty bad asthma. Their phone system was down and I had to get a refill for her. I went to their website and there was an email to send a request to. These days you never know how often they monitor that account. Eric emailed me back within minutes got everything set. Couldn’t believe how smooth this went. He messaged back acknowledging their phone system was down. Eric being the owner and knowing their situation at the store and being there to help just shows how invested he is in his company. It’s good to see this. A huge thank you Eric!

One of the worst Canada Post outlets I’ve dealt with. Lazy workers and attitude. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

This store is the worst! If you're trying to use a reputable brand coupon and it's printed, it is apparently this stores policy that they don't accept them. They make a call to the "Manager" who says no without looking at the vendor coupon themselves.
Never an issue at the other Airdrie Shoppers stores.
