I bought my Versace bright crystal purfume from there and they didint give me the sample that was originally was supposed to come with it as well (Versace mini box), but I had just bought a couple of them from different locations (shoppers) and they gave me my sample of “Versace “ (mini lotion, shower gel, mini sample bottle of Versace) but when I asked they gave me these little ugly samples of purfume, so I no longer will be going to this location to get my sample pack the shoppers on 17 st gave and the one on 34 street but not this location will not be going to this location as it seemed like those two girls took one look at me and thought I was stupid, I shouldint have bought my Versace from there, never again

I never went inside but I am very much familiar with shoppers and the reputation they conquered till now. However, the manager or the person dealing with the assets of the building don’t seen the board which is more than 1 week blinking with H (of shoppers) consistently. As the daily customer, and they shopper’s include Canadian post and pharmacy, many will make fun but still visit for their needs.

Worst customer service by cashier Satvir. They had a bad attitude and wouldn't help me. I wanted to ask about something and she ignored us.

Really worst experience in the 24 st shopper's beauty section. They don't want to help out the customer's need. If we ask any questions they Simply says roam and search on the other side. Really worst customer service here.

So today I went to shoppers at 24st @8: 10
There was a girl at beauty section name (Sierra)
I went nice and asked for returning some products which didnt suit my skin and unfortunately i didnt had receipt

But I provided her my card number and PC optimum card to check the recepit in system
She found it, and returned me the amount in gift card
I asked her for some suggestions for suscreen she said I can go and look in last asile where all sunscreens are
I said ok
And found my self CLARINS SUNSCREEN, CLINIQUE SUNSCREEN AND MOISTURISER
and bought few other stuff
Asked her for complimentry stuff whuch is fine if I dont get those but
She said they dont have them
But right infront of me she gave complimentry products to other customer and she opened the drawer in front of me
Like seriously
If she is not happy with her job she can sit at home or can get some proper training
Rather than giving bad experience to customer and leaving bad experience with the store

I personally dont leave bad reviews but this felt me soo discriminating

Hope she doesnt do this with other customers from now on

The medicines are 100% expensive and if your are paying with insurance then 200% or more expensive, today I returned the medicine after I saw the bill (with insurance) it was 350% expensive

I’ve been with the franchise pharmacy for 20 plus years now I always dealt with them.

I moved my pharmacy to this one a couple yrs ago because I moved and it’s closer to my home.

Not only have they sent me someone else’s prescriptions home…

Without any concern of the private information I had of someone else.

When I call in my specific prescriptions that are due on a certain day they either argue with me about my insurance that a apparently does not cover it and leave me limbo for many days without catching up with me or returning my calls to let me know they in fact cover them up.

They are rude and impatient when I call to fill a prescription.

I have brought many issues up to the pharmacist, they will even hang up on me abruptly when I have questions.

My prescriptions are never filled on time, I realize I have many that need to be done but this is my health they’re playing with.

I ended up I. The hospital because of this pharmacy.

Please! Stay far away!

They really do not care about there people.

I’m trying to make record of everything to have them shut down or change their whole staff.

I called a few days ago to make sure that the meds I need were ready for pick up today she yelled at me and said “WELL WERE BUSY WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO”

But very quick to ask if I’d like my prescriptions faxed somewhere else when I ask why aren’t they ready?

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

I ended up in hospital because of this pharmacy!

Thank you for your response, but sorry doesn’t mean anything if nothing is done to change this.

I have heard them treat a couple other people the same so I will be making record and going to the college to file formal reports if nothing is done.

Once again my health was put on the back burner today with no response.

This is very unexplainable, I put my trust in the pharmacy so just so I can be told that it’s not their job it’s mine….

I’d like to see some major changes for all the patients safety or I will be taking further action.

And when I send my child to pick up my prescription they do not need to hear that I complained to the pharmacist and made my child feel very uncomfortable….

Such bad things going on there no confidential procedures.
