Shoppers Drug Mart

I’ve been using the services at more than one Shoppers DrugMart in the Calgary region and have never been disappointed with their services no matter which department, from the pharmacy, postal department and all other departments. I’ve never been treated except with respect and very helpful from all staff no matter what department. I’ve been getting my medications from shoppers DrugMart in Millrise. They’ve treated me with such respect that I could never ask for any better service than at this location. They go out of their way to help me with delivering my medication‘s and anything else that I need. I’ve been using Millrise’s services for the past 12 years.

The staff here are amazing! I was having troubles with my asthma due to several days of really bad smoke in the air. I had run out of my ventolin and the walking clinic was really busy. They gave me some ventolin right away and were able to process a prescription within 10 minutes. They were all so kind, caring and professional. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

This has got to be one of the slowest Shopper's in the Canada. You will likely end up waiting here longer than at the adjoining clinic. Everything and everyone seems to move in slow motion here but actual time. Going on an hour now, waiting for a single prescription. Worse than Walmart pharmacies, lol!

It's just an awfully designed Pharmacy as well, there is really nowhere to wait that doesn't feel awkward or where you don't feel like you're in someone's way.

Rude staff. Don’t acknowledge you. Always super slow. My prescription was sent in 2hrs before I arrived and still had to wait 15 minutes. For some reason I was given 5mg tablets of Prednisone and instructed to take 12 at once, you don’t have 20mg tablets? I would’ve loved to know this beforehand, would’ve gone elsewhere. It’s not fun throwing 12 tiny tablets of Prednisone in your mouth at once. Won’t make the mistake of going here again.

Exceptional customer service from a staff member who very patiently explained the wide variety of compression stockings available. I brought my choice to the lovely young cashier who had us signed up for the Optimum card so that we could also benefit from the senior 20% discount. This was our first visit to this location…we’ll be certain to return.

The little hobbit woman with the dirty mullet at the till was rude and impatient with customers and her cowowkers, do better.

Worst customer service over the phone. Called about a simple question and was berated for trying to get an answer on a long weekend… pharmacy is open… so this isn’t unreasonable to ask a question when it’s open. NEVER go here. Woman was rude as hell.
