Worst location in Calgary. These guys won't take or respond to customers call and also keep you waiting for more than 30 mins. Longer queues. Please avoid this location. Also photos are very expensive.

Senior day.asked for help getting a cart, as you now have to pay, beauty people, we can't help. Went through the till.rude ethnic lady, took my card, scanned and tossed it back at me on the counter.not a thank you nothing.not a word. Rude. Don't recommend!

One of the worst customer service in town. Also one of the worst pharmacies in Calgary. The staff is rude and not cooperative.
I can't give less than one star otherwise rating should be -1.prescription transfer within branches is not easy.
I will say never use them unless you have no other opinions.

I can't believe no one is picking up my calls. Called the pharmacy 3 days in a row. No one ever picked up my calls. I guess I have to move to a different pharmacy.

After getting prescriptions filled from this Shoppers for the past six months and reading through the other complaints I can firmly tell you this pharmacy is experiencing untenable disfunction do not go here

After having two awful experiences trying to get prescriptions filled the easy way via a Dr Office fax/email and their NPC-like front end employees at the pharmacy blaming my Dr (after never having zero issues before at other pharmacies) I decided to hand deliver the prescription in person to see if that would work

I checked over the paper to ensure I would receive all necessary medications I had discussed with my Dr before handing it over, just to be extra sure since the customer is always blamed

Again today they tell me they never received the prescription even though I hand delivered it

The last time this happened the Shoppers screwed it up so bad I ran out of extremely important medication

We live nearby so we shop there often. The store is clean and organized and the staff is very friendly. The beauty department is well stocked. The pharmacy employee is always helpful. My son also works at the store post office and he really likes it there. He's trying to save up for his university expenses and his boss, Jocelyn, is very kind and has been extremely helpful and understandable with his school and sport practice schedules. Thank you!

Bad customer service ever, the lady who works in beauty section was so rude I think her name FATIMA, for sure will not come again to this location

This location pharmacy never gets things ready. I ran to the store three times before I can get my prescription filled. Always long wait time. I guess they are just too busy and receive too many requests at the same time?

Customer service is trash here. “Tren” at the crowfoot shoppers location rolled her eyes straight in my face when I asked her if there was a public washroom I could use

The Pharmacist here was so exceptional! He was amazing tonight. He helped me when no one else could. He also consulted on an over the counter medication so that I would have the correct dosing for my daughters weight. He was so kind. Truly excellent health care and excellent service at the pharmacy tonight!

I luv used to enjoy shopping here but the cosmetics section should be avoided due to the attitude problems in the staff including the manager. During covid I purchased shampoo but noticed it was conditioner when I got to the car as someone had put it in the wrong row. When I went to return it it has been three minutes since I bought it and they refused to take it back told me to come back in two or three months.lol I thought fine it’s covid & things are weird but I got the feeling they were enjoying what they were doing to me. Recently I bought some eyeliner ***on the cosmetic persons advice***because she said I could bring it back anytime even if I had tried it, or if the color didn’t suit me or I was allergic to it. I spent $170 on makeup including three brands of eyeliner so I didn’t use that item right away and when I did use it it was so soft that it melted and broke off which is a defective product. A defective product should be taken back anytime but they refused to take it back even with my receipt because I was five days over the 30 days when they could clearly see I bought three eyeliners and the defective one was $35. This was my first return in the makeup section and it was a bad experience. The downtown shoppers takes back make up even if you have a bad reaction to it two months after you buy it as you don’t always use it right away. I know each shoppers has a different owner so maybe this one needs to be more into customer service as I now spend my hundreds at a store where they smile, are helpful and take back a broken lipstick too. It’s not very busy at Crowfoot cosmetics and I can see why. I watched them with other shoppers & they weren’t nice to anyone. After I left they were talking about me to another sales person and pointing at me. They were very rude. I would avoid Isabella S and the manager: Claudia L. Neither are very pleasant, respectful or helpful. (I asked for their cards & they did not want to give them to me til I told them I’d get a pen and write down their names)

This location NEVER has prescriptions ready! Had a doc fax in a prescription and after several hours went to pick up. Was told that they are “busy with several prescriptions” and I would need to wait 4hrs before the prescription was ready. This is not this first time and I’m sure won’t be the last. Even with established prescriptions, I call in to have my child’s prescription refilled and it is never done when they say it will be even though the automated system tells me 48 hrs later. I often have to stand there for 20-30 minutes before ready. This pharmacy is COMPLETELY disorganized and I will never recommend it to anyone. Shoppers northland closed and this was the shoppers I was pushed to. I will be requesting to go to another location asap.

The staff at the pharmacy are terrible. They will just let people stand at the counter and not even look at them, let alone ask them if they need anything

Terrible experience with a women named Trena. My husband needed a passport photo for his PR and she was nothing but rude and short with him. DO NOT waste your money and business at this location.

My second horrible experience at this location. First I had to wait for over hour and everytime they said additional 10 min. Second time pharmacy refused to give generic drugs and forced upsell name brand drugs for much more that my insurance wouldn't cover. I left pharmacy without drugs or prescription because I didn't want to spend additional$35 on their drug. Go to different pharmacy. I will never go back.

Should just be a pharmacy with DIY shopping for other items. The staff who work there are totally uninterested in actually helping you find stuff. Just get the impression they have no interest in any customer interaction. When you approach anyone you get the vibe like they totally DO NOT want to talk to you at all. Are these staff just hired to do till and stock the shelves and clean the floors? Seems like it. The store was was practically empty when I went there so it is not a case of being busy and not having the time for customers. I will remind myself that I only go there for the pharmacy, and Canada Post and Lottery. All of which are basically different businesses from Shoppers Drug Mart. I actually do go to this store every week and seen many occasions where customers are poorly looked after if they ask for help finding stuff while I lined up to get my lottery. Today it was my turn. Appalling. At least you guys are consistently bad that way.

Was in the store yesterday and needed to ask a few questions while I paid so I opted for the cashier instead the self checkout. When I went to the till I had to wait for the cashier to come back to cash to be served but they told me "the self checkouts are open". Just seemed like some lazy customer service. I know shoppers has merchandisers so I don't get why the cashier was also doing that, and what is the point of having a cashier if they're just going to push you to the self checkout? Disappointed.

Very funny managers. They do not ask their employees and simply fire them because of some stupid customer complaints.

Seems like their target market is only old people who don’t mind hanging around while they do, whatever they do.

My mother and I love to shop at Shoppers and have been dedicated long term customers. Unfortunately this morning when my mother and I went shopping at the Crowfoot Shoppers, we had a terrible interaction with a worker there. (Her name is Trina) I believe she was also a Front Manager of the store which is disappointing. We were blown away and shocked by her reaction to us as she rang us through the till. She asked if we wanted a bag, we said yes, then realized we had so few things we didn't need one, didn't want to waste one and be charged for one. When we declined, she stood there for a second, scoffed, laughed and whispered something under her breath. We were taken aback as we've never been treated like that before from any employee. The entire rest of the interaction with her was extremely awkward and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. At the end she just walked away and didn't say thank you or have a good day. We wonder if she was having a bad day.but that is in no way how she should be acting on the floor when dealing with customers. If this is not just a one-off and this is her usual attitude at work, It's not the best example for other employees working there.

I had a great experience at this location. Katrina, who works in the beauty area, helped me immensely as I was trying to find my men’s health care cream. I found out that it was being discontinued. She was so awesome. She gave me a few samples she still had and showed me several new products that I could try in the future. What a great experience. Thanks.

When I go to the pharmacy I see one guy not wearing a mask. He has it but it is down on his chin. He is always laughing and talking. I don’t think this is professional or hygienic. The other staff are polite and professional.

Pharmacists working evening of October 19,2020 were very courteous, polite, and informative. Provided great service.

I walk in with my friends after school and right away the lady was treating us as if we were going to steal. Yes kids do steal but you cant accuse every teenager that walks in to be a shop lifter. As we walked out she accused us of stealing for no reason right after we paid for items. Will not return and do not recommend.

I came here looking for makeup, as I’m a huge drugstore makeup enthusiast. They have Pixi and Catrice which are always sold out in my regular stores. It might’ve been rush hour when I came in because I was ignored by staff and I felt like other customers were blocking displays with their carts, so that they could look but nobody else. Obviously, customer to customer interactions don’t reflect on the store but I do wish it could’ve been avoided. I might recommend this location, just as long as it’s not rush hour. It was clean and the shelves were stocked, bit of a squeaky door though.

Have been getting my meds here for a couple years, they do a great job now, was a bit confusing to begin with.

Great place, however there should be someone there to help while choosing makeup that is not sold at the high end counter, no one wants to help, and its borderline rudeness.

Pharmacists are rude and useless, I will recommend some customer service training, they really need it.

Convenient place with a good selection of merchandise that can sometimes be pricier than say Walmart or even superstore even though they're both Loblaws owned. But you can expect that for the price of convenience which is what this place is. Store is always clean and well stocked. Cashiers are friendly and fast and usually it's easy to find what you're looking for within a few minutes. My only complaint is that the Brisk, Peace Tea, Arizona type drinks that are usually 99 cents are about $2.30 and that I think the markup is a little ridiculous since Walmart has them for 99 cents.

Wasn't acknowledged by the pharmacy, quite unprofessional. The general staff are good, but avoid the pharmacy.

Horrible, pushy service at the beauty counter. I simply went in to buy a specific product and was followed by the bleach blonde beauty counter service person, who asked me repeatedly what she could help me with. I politely explained that I did not require assistance 3 times before finally telling her she was very pushy as she continued to hover over me. I am an independent shopper and prefer to find products on my own. This woman was so irritating and made me feel so uncomfortable that I simply left the store. I will not be returning to this store!

My checkout process was very unpleasant and drawn out for no good reason other than staff members being incompetent.
The initial cashier was obviously frustrated when being presented with manufacturers' coupons, verbally asking me "Really? "
She then proceeded to shake her head when I was trying to pay with a Shoppers Drug Mart Gift Card, and needed to call for the supervisor's assistance.
It got better when the supervisor also had no idea on how to deal with the transaction, she ended up calling Norma for help.

Special shout out to "merchandiser" Norma.
Thank you for being competent, knowing what you are doing, pleasant and polite.

Took Norma less than half a minute to manually input the gift card and I was on my way.

Ill-mannered, tactless pharmacists at this location. Not coming back here again. They let me wait for 10 minutes standing there infront of them just wanting to ask a quick question (about an over the counter medication) that won't even take 10 seconds to ask when there's not even a single customer in line and them not even busy. Talk about power trip.

This Shoppers Drug Mart is my favorite in the city. Always a great collection of stuff, and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

Don’t ever try to return something here or they will literally shame you loudly and embarrass you in front of all the people shopping there.
So unbelievably rude. Will shame you saying you know this is just going to go in the garbage right. Didn’t catch her name. But the lady with short hair working in cosmetics you’re absolutely rude. Will never be coming back to this location again.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went in for a flu shot on a Monday afternoon. Have been waiting 45 mins and still not in. I called first and couldn’t schedule a time. Frustrating.
