Shoppers Drug Mart

I’m very impressed with this new walk in service they provide. This allows for people to get treatment they need for minor heath problems. This alleviates the pressure off of our walk in clinics and Emergency services. Making it better for the whole health care system.

Went in for a cleanser, and the whole time was not asked if i needed help. The young girl at the makeup counter with short hair and glasses was gossiping with someone about very inappropriate things rather loudly.
The things i heard i would not repeat for the privacy of the people gossiped about, but they were not safe for work.

The pharmacy here is a fail. Staff are rude, running around laughing and hanging out while people are lined up.
This is for the staff on June 24th afternoon shift. "I always hate having to deal with those people. " She knows exactly what I mean

Busy no matter what time of day I go. The pharmacy is always understaffed. They will tell me a time to pickup my prescription and it's NEVER ready by then I end up waiting every single time. Staff can be very rude sometimes and they are often short on medications. Very unfortunate.
