I stopped by the other day to pick up my medication at the pharmacy. The pharmacy looked very organized and clean. Hany, the pharmacist, was able to answer my questions in regards to my prescription and I also had time to look around the store. There were a variety of options from beverages, drinks, Over-the-counter products, hygiene products, etc, which I find very convenient. Almost like a one stop store. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Worst pharmacy of its kind. They don’t seem to be helpful to people who are on the other side of the phone, asking for a prescription refill! I wonder what their mission is! Pathetic.

Was looking for prada cologne. She took out a sample bottle that was the correct one then points at a totally different brand and cologne and sells it to me.

Racist and prejudice teller, they accused me of stealing and found out I didnt and there solution was 25 dollar gift card. Shoppers should shut this place down till they find the right people

Can't even answer the phone. You'll be on hold for 20+ minutes with no indication you will ever be answered.

Pharmacy is trash. Slow, could care less about doing things well or quickly. Can tell everyone is miserable. Never going again

Brian is great, but the only way to get half decent service is by walking in. Insane how every department of the store can’t answer a phone. I find it hard to believe that out of customer service, cosmetics & pharmacy, no one will pick up the phone. I’m currently on hold as I’m writing this. Not the first occurrence.

Having been a customer at this location for nearly 15 years I've had it with the poor service, my experiences have included being given my dad's medication for parkinson's we have the same name so I can understand the human error there, I had a slip sent in for a shingles shot each time I asked about getting it despite no one waiting was told cant do it without an appointment, although it was claimed through my benefits, everytime I put a prescription in like today at noon on the button was told come back in an hour, I came back three hours later not ready yet really busy can you wait 20 mins enough is enough Brian is a super nice guy but my patience has hit it toll, his staff are run off their feet something is wrong there and it would seem the owners don't care.

The lady at the canada post here needs to be re-trained! Stopped in today to pick up my package, wasn't sure if it here yet. She said it's not here. Lady needed I'd.also asked me if I have slip that you receive when shipping package, how am I suppose to have it! If I'm the recipient? When I told her that, she gave funny laugh that I'm at fault. Also started arguing with me that I'm gonna need the address proof, when I come back for pick up! All these questions made me feel like she didn't even check if my package is here, and why all the questions if my package is not here?

The point is: - she does not wanna give the package even if you're the authorized person!

Although Brian is amazing, most of his staff are ok, but if you ever have a problem all further transactions are effected. 3 months in a row my biologics required a fight to get. Last straw was, after receiving 3 texts to pick up my script I went to get it. Was told it wasn't ready because my approval expired. I was at my doctor 9 days earlier and saw the approval. Explained this wasn't the first time this happened, what I have gone through to this point, trying to get this med. She assured me if I gave her a few minutes she would straighten it out. This effected me to the point of butterflies everytime I had to fill it. After 10 minutes, I asked again, it was ready. I have to wonder how long they would of let me wait. However, my frustration set off another customer who started yelling at me in store. Why send pickup texts only to torture customers when they come to pickup. I am quite sure my business will not be missed at this store. I will never set foot in that store, EVER again.
UPDATE: Anyone who used Biologics should go elsewhere. I was led to believe getting them was not a problem. It was obviously an issue. No problems at my new pharmacy. I asked specifically about biologics, they did not even flinch!
