Shoppers Drug Mart

Since being taken over by a new owner, this store has become a money grabbing outfit with no concept of professionalism or customer service or PATIENT CARE. They refill prescriptiosn that don't need refills while missing one that do need refills. They even tried filling an aspirin prescription and charge me dispensing fees. First time in over 6 years this has happened. It's a shame that the previous owner, Alica, didn't stay.
The only person worth working with is Aaron (pharmacist). Most knowledgable, professional and personable pharmacist I've ever met.
