Shoppers Drug Mart

Terrible pharmacy! Was told 1 hr for my 2 prescriptions, came back an hour later and was told the one was ready but needed to be verified and the other hadn't been started. Told them i live out of town and needed the back up and to call me when they're ready which would be another 40 -60 min. After a hr i walked in and my prescription was still not ready! Waited 20 more min and it was only 1 prescription, the one that needed verification 1.5 hrs earlier. I lost it. I had been so ill i hadn't ate or drank all day, asked for my other prescription back since i won't be returning and paid without them running my insurance. This was a Monday afternoon with close to 10 people behind the counter. 2.5 hr to fill half my 1/2 prescriptions is bad. They should be ashamed, any other job would fire you for being that useless.

The pharmacy seems very disorganized and 1 staff member in the pharmacy was very rude on the phone.

Watched the manager accuse a girl of stealing and made her dump her bag out on the FLOOR in the middle of the store.customer showed a $80 receipt but it wasn’t good enough for employee, made her lift her hoodie up and check all her pockets. Only then was the employee satisfied and let her go but she totally humiliated that girl in front of the whole store. I felt so bad for her! She just assumed she stole, didn’t see it on cameras or anything. Poor girl left embarrassed but she should’ve returned everything she bought and filed a complaint to corporate. Will be doing that for her. Unacceptable behaviour from this stores employee and illegal?

Management made a girl drop her entire belongings on the floor and lift her hoodie. Disgusting behaviour

Watched Leah’s video, it’s scary now a days to shop at shoppers drug mart, I guess your managers can accuse anyone for stealing and do a body search randomly…

Always slow to fill prescriptions. I shouldn't have to wait 1.5 -2 hours! I live out of town and am always having to wait around. Will no longer go to shoppers nor recommend to anyone. They use to give me a pager to say when my prescription was ready. At that time no more than 20 min!

Always so helpful and polite. The sales are always good and store is always the same so there is no looking for something every time I go. Thank you Shoppers.

Waited an hour for a prescription that was sent in days ago! 6 staff working and no other customers. RIDICULOUS!
