Shoppers Drug Mart

We're very nice for many years. Some of the pharmacists are very nice. Some are horrible. After going there quite a few years I quit and am now with a better pharmacy where everyone is nice. I have no idea what happened to this store but theyre sure not what they used to be.

I think he is probably the beauty boutique supervisor/manager is very rude I feel very disappointed for his reaction and response to me, unprofessional guy.

If looking to get advise from a pharmacist. Go to another location. No help provided here

The Pharmacy team at this shoppers do a very good job BUT these 5 stars are for Allyce Simpson, the head pharmacy assistant, she is such a gem, she makes picking up my medication a painless experience. She greets everyone that comes to the counter, she always remembers my name and my medication. No matter how busy she may be, she always finds the time to assist her co-workers as well as the walk in customers and even the customers on the phone. Whenever I go to pick up my medication and she's at work, I never worry about a thing, I have complete faith in her. She is the one of the main reasons why I still go to that shoppers.
