Terrible customer service. Something rang it at the wrong price that was supposed to be on sale (an expensive item) and when I went back to have it fixed they told me I was out of luck. They would not accept the return or price adjust and told me it was a new rule. I had to drive to a different location. Not impressed.

This white employee is racist.

She is at the height of impoliteness and bullying.
I went to take pictures of my mother-in-law's Canadian passport photo, and she is veiled, and we are Muslims.
When I asked this how much time it's needed, she said 20 minutes, and I told her no problem, and when she started taking the picture, she started taking in a provocative and nervous way, and when I tried to translate for my mother-in-law what she was saying to her, she shouted at her and said, “Don’t listen to him, listen to me. (I let it go)
And when she wanted to show us the picture with the camera and approached the camera screen, she said, “Don’t come close. I have other people other than you. ” And when I asked her, “What do you have? ” she did not answer. After I looked at the picture, I asked her to zoom in because it was very far away. She screamed, “Get away from my face. I don’t like people who get their faces close to my face and talk, and of course I was just close to The camera means the side of her hands, not her face, and here I could no longer bear it and asked her to call the manager, and in fact the manager apologized because she was close and she heard everything and she helped me and I asked for another employee who is also visible in the picture and she helped me.she took the pictures and cuts them. She was extremely polite and very helpful.
What is strange about the matter is that she printed and delivered the pictures to us within 5 minutes, not 20 minutes like what i was told from the other employee, even the manager was surprised by that after I told her.
What I mean is that her bullying and racism started against us from the moment she saw us only because we are Muslims.
I don't know how long we will continue to suffer from this racist and sick ideology. These examples of racism should not be the front of respectable stores.
I thank the manager who helped us and the other employee as well, service filled with respect.

I went to Shoppers to buy perfumes and I feel lucky to have Katie at the front. Katie helped me a lot. She is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and has a positive attitude. I wanted to buy floral fragrances and she suggested me the right products considering the specifications I mentioned. Shine on Katie.

My friend was misidentified as the wrong person and told to leave the store. No staff or manager has apologized, not even a “Sorry”. When we asked the manager Garfield why my friend was banned, he refused to tell us and said they don’t need a reason, and have every right to refuse anyone. Of course, you can refuse shoplifters or criminals. But also any innocent customer? Later, they realized it was a mistake and my friend was cleared. But they never said sorry and their attitude was still strong and defensive. What happened to my friend was unfair and horrible, but a genuine apology from the store could have made the experience less bitter. I really don’t expect the store to have excellent customer service standards, but at least do NOT accuse innocent paying customers! Disgusting. We’re not coming back.

This pharmacy is the SLOWEST pharmacy in Edmonton. Every time I go to pick up my meds I have to wait well over an hour, even if my doctors office faxed it to them days in advance.

I know they’re slow so I waited a day to pick up my meds, even called in the morning to check that they were ready. Yet when I came to pick them up they had me wait again for over an hour.

There was even a time where my bottle had refills left but the person at the counter said they couldn’t refill it until they spoke to the doctors office and confirmed the refill, which they were closed so they would be unable to do. Once I asked to speak to the head pharmacist, they suddenly were able to fill the prescription that day.

Every time I come to get my prescription filled here, I leave frustrated. Just save yourself the hassle

This is kinda sad I have to rate 3 stars. I've been going here to the pharmacy for years and never had problem even know some of the pharmacist by first name. I was astonished at the tone and the wording of the newer blonde working there and this is not the first time that she has a bad tone. I really don't think she likes working there. I was waiting beside a few gentlemen, waiting for their prescription and she snarked " are you here for a prescription or something" I was just waiting and looking at my phone waiting for my turn in line. All I ask is maybe a good morning or a hello how can I help you. I'll be moving providers as I work in retail and I would of been pulled aside for speaking that way to a customer. Thank you for the long run of great service and good luck to the future

The pharmacist (Megan I think her name was) that helped me over the phone and filled my prescription yesterday is easily the most pleasant pharmacy employee I've ever encountered in Edmonton. Quick in and out trip, she even remembered my name from my voice.

Horrible customer service, they make you wait so long. And they never pick up the phone, even manager does not pick up the phone.

I came here to get my COVID vaccine, and Nadeem Ashraf was fantastic! I really appreciate his professionalism and eagerness to help. We need more pharmacists who are as kind and courteous as he is. Thank you for all your help, Nadeem!
