Customer service at the main til was super disappointing. I could tell they were able to help me with my concern but chose to act like they couldn't. For that, I wouldn't go back.
Horrible return policy. They don't mark season sale items as final sale and when you try and return the item, management refuses to return the unopened item because they didn't want the hassle
Was looking for a beauty item that this location indicated they had 4 in stock. Drove out of my way to purchase. The beauty consultant said she never heard of it and didn’t offer to help me find it. After wandering I found the brand myself but none of the specific item I needed. I asked her again for help and all she said was they don’t keep anything extra in the drawers and couldn’t offer an explanation why it was showing in stock or offer to help me looked around to see if I could be locatedd somewhere else in store. Zeroooo help at all.
This one girl was coming up to me 50 times and saying stuff that did not apply to me and then proceeded to kick me out I was in there for 40 minutes and she got mad I’m so upset about this she made me cry I think she should get fired
For the most part, the store is good, and the pharmacy itself is good. The texting service the pharmacy has comes in handy, and there’s many other convenient services the pharmacy does. But the lines for the pharmacy are almost always super long. There’s often no cashier at the till either so you either have to wave someone down or use the self checkout, which doesn’t accept cash, which can be inconvenient. Not a fan of self checkouts in general as they kill jobs.
This pharmacy is horrible. My doctors will send over prescriptions to the pharmacy and everytime the pharmacy says they never receive them. This has happened about 5 times now by 2 different doctors. As if 2 different doctors are that incompetent that they don't send over the prescriptions correctly that many times. It is the pharmacy that is run incorrectly. Then they give me attitude when I come in and ask to fill the prescription but they can't find it. There has also been a few times where I have brought in the actual prescription then when I need to get it filled they say it's not on file. I have moved all my prescriptions from the walden location to a different pharmacy, can't keep doing this. People need their prescriptions for a reason.

Love coming in here! Been coming here for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are amazing and they always have what I’m looking for. The ladies in the beauty boutique are the best and always provide me with the best product advice!
Such a great location for a Shoppers and just a great all around connivence store. You can top up your skin care and grab some yummy snacks while your at, I love Shoppers!
I Love shoppers, their products and the stuff whenever I come into this shoppers. However lately I have been experiencing very rude and unprofessional customer behaviour for asking questions and engaging with them in general. The lady in blonde hair and long eyelashes in the beauty boutique is the one that I am specifically talking about. The attitude for no reason and the constant eye rolling has to stopped towards the people that are interested in the product and the overall shop.
This team needs to be updated on NIHB coverage - as a First Nations person there are several medications that are covered (with prescription of course) and I don’t appreciate being told to buy myself off the shelf. Also my doctors office sends electronic Rx’s yet unless I ask specifically about it, they don’t seem to get them. It’s very frustrating. My doctors office said they sent my past Rx twice, then all of a sudden the tech found it, what’s with your system? I use the PCN as my doctors office.
I have the same experience with the negative reviews below. The pharmacy does not answer the phone at all! I been on hold twice.still no answer! Management needs to do something about this
