Shoppers Drug Mart

Oh wow it's been awhile since I was followed around. When I confronted the staff member at the till for doing so, they stated that they were just doing their job. I asked why the lady didn't follow the other person in the same area. The staff member said it was because I have a purse and they have expensive items in the store. I was looking at 10 dollar face wash and had a basket of stuff. I understand they have to watch sometimes but at least come say hi and see if I need assistance if you want to follow me. Honestly I'm just disappointed because I shop at this store and get my prescriptions here.

Took my business elsewhere. Phone calls will come before a customer in the flesh. Poor customer service all around. Slow service and so incredibly disorganized they lost my prescription more than once.

Girl with coloured hair (dark, dyed, younger) was kind of abrupt with me as I waited behind some lady who wanted all her items scanned out of the register, telling me to go to makeup to check out instead of " asking, or using, please "
When I said I needed to get lotto, she said " then you will have to wait here ". Just snarky.
The young male at the till was awesome and polite, and apologized for the ridiculous wait, as there were 2 other employees circling around, but nobody went to the till to help out.
Lame service. Do better.

Super disappointed with pharmacy staff very disorganized and slow. I've never had such bad service at a shoppers.but the cashier was super nice and that's the only they got any stars.
