Booked an appt to see the pharmacist as I wasn’t able to see my family doctor. One of pharmacist was able to prescribe me antibiotics and she also followed up with me the next day. Thanks for your help!

We have dealt with the Beaumont Shoppers Pharmacy for several years, through several ongoing & complex medical issues. We have had nothing but friendly, professional & knowledgeable service from Lucy & her entire Pharmacy team! Even though they are very busy, they will take the time to answer questions & make us feel confident about our meds. My husband appreciates their medication review service, where the Pharmacists will review all his many meds from the various specialists he sees, to consider interactions & minimizing side effects. These folks are the experts - and they do their jobs well! We’ve dealt with Akshita, Sukhman & Raman too - all lovely people!

We highly recommend Beaumont Shoppers Pharmacy. We won’t go anywhere else for ur Pharmacy needs!

Thankyou to cadine in the perfume section for taking the time to show me all the black opium scents all the whole handling customers in the store. Great experience and ended up buying 2 perfumes instead of 1.

It’s pretty obvious why this shoppers has such low ratings. If I had the option to put zero stars I would. This is single handedly the worst experience I’ve ever had in such a short time span going in and out of any store. The staff were the opposite of helpful I could not even believe it at all.

I used to patronize Shoppers quite frequently, but due to them insisting that you have to use self checkout, I will no longer be shopping there. The staff preferred to walk me to a self checkout, past the checkout, were condescending when I asked why I had to use it vs.being rung through a regular checkout. That's not customer service in my opinion. Your prices go up and your service is less. No thanks.

Shoppers Drugmart Beaumont is amazing.
I do not have a car, so I take a taxi.
I had to pick up someone from Cosmetics, house cleaning, food stuff, and health care items, and I got it all in one stop.
The staff is amazing.
They ran through a very big order for me with accuracy and amazing speed.
Not one word of complaint.
They took the time to go look for an item I couldn't find.
It was just such a popular item.
They will get more.
It is something I don't need right away
While I was waiting for a taxi, they kept checking to see if I was okay.
I am a senior, so I appreciate their TLC

AMAZING STAFF! They dont make you feel like your being hovered over and feeling the need to always buy something.

Rude staff. Annoyance was apparent when we had trouble at the self checkout. When the "ask for help" notice was activated we could hear her verbal annoyed responce. She showed her irritation punching the buttons on the machine. Some training on customer service much needed here.

Very bad behaviour, they even not help in finding anything just said don’t disturb us go and find by yourself

I can't count how many times the system has been "down, or slow"resulting in hours of wasted time. When asked about it, staff is defensive and unpleasant. It's as if the customers time is not important or considered at all. Def the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with.
