This shopper always try to sell thing you don’t need with a rude staff. I dropped a prescription with one item and every time they they will go over your file and try to sell you other medication you don’t need and every time it’s the same thing. I ask the guy that was taking the prescription how long was the wait he said 1h they I ask him to cancel and went to fill it up at the save on food which filled up for less than 15mins. And when I sent someone to refill a prescription they charge him with one of the prescription that I asked to cancel and every time it’s the same issue with this place

The SDM on 117 & Jasper Av.is my favourite store. The staff is always helpful and friendly in all departments. The superb selection of foods for seniors. Pleasantly surprised with clean bathroom facilities.
Highly recommend this particular SDM.
Thank you sales associates for making my shopping experience memorable!

Very busy store with staff that manages as well as can be expected. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I think they work hard, don't get many breaks. The time they take is appreciated. Our Healthcare system is strained and I appreciate the pharmacy being available to do vaccinations along with my medications.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at the pharmacy this evening on November 12th, 2023, at 7: 30pm.

After waiting 15 minutes in line, my prescription was too difficult for you (female worker) to handle and you pushed me to the next window so you could help other customers for 15 more minutes and when you finally did come back and help me you told me that the line was more important. You continued to be stressed about your line size than you did, providing me the life-saving medication my fiance requires.

What makes matters even worse is I didn't even get to leave with all the insulin supplies my fiance needed for her pump. Making her unable to use her pump for the evening.

Totally unacceptable and will consider moving to a new location. I originally was at London drugs and by far the customer service was superb

This drugstore appears to be unorganized, particularly at night. And the lady who appears to be a manager does not help her staff members, despite the fact that they are overwhelmed by the volume of customers.

The lady working at the pharmacy (the one who was going on about Egyptian food) is shockingly unprofessional and completely indifferent towards customers. It's almost as if she takes pride in her lack of care. Twice now, I sought assistance for medication, and both times she couldn't be bothered to walk me to the medication area, leaving me to wander aimlessly. To top it off, during my second encounter with her, she engaged in a conversation with her colleague that appeared to be openly ridiculing me. It's beyond me how someone with such an appalling attitude managed to secure a customer-facing role. Whatever the reason, her behavior has guaranteed that I'll be avoiding that pharmacy at all costs.

Called for a hair developer, the lady helping me over the phone was willing to search for it. Came back to me with the product and even set it aside for me. Great service and a very welcoming tone. Thank you Debby. (4 stars because wait time)

While picking up my prescription the pharmacist asked what caused my condition. Do you ask people why they have cancer or diabetes? I genuinely want you to know what type of answer you're looking for? Bad genes? Luck of the draw? Questioning someone about why they have their condition is not only insulting and incredibly offensive, but it is hurtful and upsetting to those who may not have all the answers yet.

Worst customer service! Bought a product, yes please email me the receipt, no receipt was emailed. Tried to return the product and nope! Not unless you show a receipt. It's a behind the counter product so I obviously didn't steal it. Such a scam. Product never opened! Hope that was worth losing all my prescription refills and business forever

Pharmacy employees are not organized and I had to come multiple times because my medication is not ready or they don't have it and they forgot to call me. This happened more than one time and I wasted a lot of personal time.

Usually when you walk into a Shoppers your greeted with a Hello. Not at this one…I go in once a week and have not been told hello by the beauty department at all, they even look at me and just keep doing what their doing. It’s rude and uninviting. I love 5he post office they are cheerful and helpful, but the front end and beauty are not.

The staff at the beauty/fragrance department here are soooooo nice; I enjoy every visit. A while ago there was a pretty big problem with my Optimum points, and they were really helpful and understanding. This was so refreshing at a time when the norm has become not to expect this kind of service anymore. The last time I got this level of genuine friendliness from retail employees was back when I lived in Korea! Anyways, big thanks to Alicia, Michele, and Alana (the manager is great, too), who make every visit to Hamptons Shoppers worth it.

Moved to the neighbourhood recently so decided to try this Shoppers to drop off my prescription. I got a text saying my prescription was ready and then the next day I phoned to double check and make sure it was ready if I come pick it up. I talked to a guy at the pharmacy and he said “yep, come pick it up. ” So I go in the next day and my prescription is no where to be found and they said “idk what happened there. ” They didn’t even have the medication at their store. So a girl told me to come back tomorrow? What a waste of my time. Waited in the line for 10 minutes also. Bringing my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

I want to say thank you to one of the employee. Joan. Who helped my wife take the passport photo in a busy rush hour. She’s so patient and kind to her and she felt very happy with Joan’s help in getting it done in a quick professionally manner.

This is for the entire pharmacy team. I have been using this pharmacy for 5+ years, and while there was a transition phase when management changed, I felt the new team is just as wonderful. Specifically, Pharmacist Chris has made the effort to check up on me every so often as I have quite complex neurological needs. He takes the time to not only point out some of his concerns, but then he will go beyond and ensure my entire med profile is accurate. I had a similar positive experience with a female Pharmacist, I wish I caught her name. Overall very happy with the entire team. Thank you to you all.

The cashier is great. The price check guy is terrible. It's twice now that I tried to buy protein bars when they're on sale and I get refused the sales price because I am buying 12 (case) worth. It makes no sense. Why advertise a sale or price freeze. There isn't even a limit to how many you can buy.it makes no sense. A waste of gas and time.

This pharmacy is a joke. I got Amoxicillin prescribed to my 15 month old son for his ear infection and they never flavoured his medication.my son refused to take it and gags over it. I tasted it and it taste like poison. I phoned them and asked for them to flavour it for us if I bring it in and they said they wouldn’t because it will alter the compound which is bs because they typically flavour it after it’s made. So I called shoppers in Terra Losa and the pharmacy has no issues Flavouring it for us with strawberry or cherry flavour. I’ll never go to shoppers in the Hamptons again!

I called shoppers drug mart Hamptons market for lactose Intolerance compound and they wanted $75, I called Hawthorne pharmacy they were at $55. Finally I called Lynwood pharmasave and they were at $19.99 for the same product. I wonder how much these drug stores are making. Call around before you buy your medication. Five stars to pharamasave. The pharmacist who helped was very pleasant and great customer service.

The lady working in the post office has the personality of a wet dish rag. She huffed when I walked in with a parcel and after 2 attempts at making conversation, I gave up. She does not have the right personality for this position.
Will go somewhere else next time I need mail services. It's bad enough you get charged 54$ to mail out a package but to have a nasty worker helping you, makes it even worse.

Not sure what has happened to customer service in general the last decade. Website had 6 units in stock. You would like think in 2023 their inventory management would be quite accurate. Well they had none. Took staff forever to even locate a UPC for the product, said they had none in stock and were not able to see other stores inventory. No apology no nothing.

Now i worked at Sportchek 2005-2008 and we had the ability to see other stores stock and at the very least would offer to call if one had in. No such offer made to me. At the very least if you offer something as "in stock" and it is not, you phone around for the customer.

Brutal, but appears i am not the only one with issues. I will take my concerns above store management.

Untrustworthy which makes accepting medication from them unacceptable to me. I had major oral surgery on Monday. I have massive facial bruising, open wounds in my mouth and massive facial swelling which causes me to not sleep, I can’t turn my head or swallow with out mass pain. I came in to the pharmacy Tuesday to get my 3 new prescriptions for healing. As they were all unfamiliar to me I requested a consultation with the pharmacist on duty at the time. I understand we are all human and humans make mistakes. But she incorrectly told me how to take my medication. I was told to take my pills once a day when it should have been four times. My pain and healing was prolonged by this mistake. I noticed on the bottle a 4 times a day so I called for clarification and had the displeasure of speaking to the owner Kelly Laforge (not spelt right but I don’t care) all she did was try to blame the prescribing dentist. He wrote the prescription right. The pharmacist on duty gave me the wrong instructions. Having the owner of the store take no responsibility was upsetting. But when I expressed this to Kelly on the phone and how dangerous that could be in a different circumstance she dubbed me “rude” and hung up on me. So I went to the store where Kelly had the nerve to say she was trying to help, when all she did was try and skirt blame, I tell it like it is and I said, that’s not true, all you did was blame the dentist and hang up on me and then walk off on me, brush off an uncomfortable situation. We are supposed to trust the people giving us our medicine to give us the right information along with it. The dentist did nothing wrong. They prescribed it right. The pharmacist on duty gave me the wrong information, which could be extremely dangerous. And the owner couldn’t just say, you know what let me look into this and help you. We messed up. Let’s get this fixed. She just went and hid behind her little counter and refused to help or acknowledge the mistake of her employee. I’m around 5 and 6 year olds daily that take better responsibility for their actions then the owner, grown woman running a business that has people’s health and well-being in their hands and she can’t even recognize the consequences that mistake could of caused.

Natalie the manager is brutal. Don’t shop here - I purchased something online and the receipt clearly stated I could return in store. Natalie refused the return and said this store has the right to refuse returns as they wish, with no other explanation given as to why the return could not be accepted. An absolute joke right around Christmas time, thanks for helping your customers Natalie. There is no signage anywhere in the store that speaks to this so called policy Natalie was enforcing. This shoppers is 30 seconds away from where I live, but I’ll be going to a further Shoppers just so I don’t support this one.

Edit: I went to Shoppers on 170th in Terra Losa and they had no issue returning the item. Please go to the Terra Losa location instead.

Worst pharmacy to deal with. They tell you it will be a wait for your prescription (understandable) but
You end up waiting at home for 2 hours in pain, just to call the pharmacy yourself and find out they don’t carry the medication specified on your rx and you have to go to a different pharmacy. They should be checking this right away. Hubby wasted 2 hours sitting at
Home patiently waiting. In pain.
