The older male pharmacist with glasses was pretty rude no me I was waiting for my pain medication for my tooth and he snapped at me. I have terrible anxiety I very rarely leave my house and now I'm in the car scared to go in and ask again if it's ready. I just don't like being outside of my house. Edit: had to get my dad to go and get them

Shoppers Stone Creek has the worst customer service ever. Whenever I shop there, I always always try to use self scan to avoid those unfriendly cashiers, but I couldn’t during Black Friday sale due to expensive electronic items that must be checked out by cashiers.
I spent over $600 and she literally refused to put my items in my shopping bags that nicely laid out for her just right next to that pathetic counter! (anyone shops there would know how small that counter is). She pretended she did not hear me to ask her to put items into bags just right next to her and pushed all my items on that tiny counter! Literally cannot even do her job nor offer any “be kind to others“! I don’t even ask for her to nicely arranged my items in the bags, I simply only want those items in the bag and yet she purposely left them on that tiny counter, letting them scattering & crowding that counter. Unbelievable!
Anyone wants to work as cashier and do less should apply to work there!
Absolutely ridiculous unkind workers in there.

Shoppers pharmacy service is terrible. Chris Smith is unbelievably rude and short with customers. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time.

Had to return an item purchased by mistake. There was no one as the check out cashier. After waiting a lady shows up and states I cannot take this back as it is seasonal. I asked her where in Shopper's it indicates an item is seasonal or cannot be returned. The lady just walked away stating it is not to be returned as it was on sale. Asked where I can share my poor expereince of this interaction, she replied contact SDM website and walked away. Poor customer service.

Absolutely horrible act of racism by the manager of this location. From what I see of the other reviews this is a common thing from her. How is this being allowed to continue? Horrible. A young man was verbally assaulted, embarrassed, and escorted out of the building by the manager claiming he was a thief just because he was a young man of colour. This young man has not shopped at this location in many years and could not possibly be the person he is accused of. Also, he is neither thief or trouble maker. When I questioned the manager about this I was told “I can kick anybody out for any reason I want to”. I guess she means she can kick people out just for the colour of their skin? Is that your policy shoppers? To make people uncomfortable, follow them, and kick them out of your stores because they are not white? Absolutely appalling! I will no longer support a business that allows that behaviour from their employees.

Great selection of items. This Shopper Drugs Mart is the best in town because the staff are friendly and most items are stocked. Plus, this Shoppers closes late which is a advantage. I would recommend to go to this Shoppers, because it has fantastic customer service! And you will find everything you need from here!

Very incompetent people work here. Medicine for my child was charged to someone else insurance and they dont even know how to fix the mistake or track how that happen. Skip those people at any cost.

Worst pharmacy ever, the pharmacists are so rude and talk down to you. Save your time, drive 5 more minutes and go to Thickwood or downtown.

Returning a PC product that was not acceptable or as advertised and purchased at this store. Lynn (we think that’s the name) store manager or front end manager was horrible. She argued with my husband, told him it was his opinion and refused to refund or exchange item. He was mortified because he never does a return but I insisted, because how does a company improve without feedback! Went to Independent and they did the exchange no question. Lynn, or maybe KAREN needs customer service training! We deal with Chris and pharmacy team regularly and always have excellent service now my husband wants to avoid this store.

If I had a way to rate this store -100 that would be the best. The managers are horrible, very inexperienced, rude and probably uneducated. I will never shop here.

Although the products were great and had many available options to pick from, me and two other friends felt really uncomfortable shopping at this location due to the fact that the old security lady guard kept following AND staring at us (we know she was following us because every aisle that we went to she would also pop out from the other side) and she never did that with the other people around, only us (maybe because we are younger and a person of colour) which is so unfair. As we were speaking to the salesperson and asking her about a product (guess the security lady couldn’t see what was going on she had to go near us and make sure we weren’t stealing) and only then left us alone as we were paying our items. WOULD NOT recommend this place, Shoppers downtown and Thickwood is much better. Get a better security guard from the looks of your other reviews this isn't the first time it happened.
