Shoppers Drug Mart

I like to shop at shoppers, but on my last visit at this location, the cashier manager was extremely rude and arrogant. When she was ringing my stuff through till, I noticed price discrepancy (9.99 instead of 5.59), and I immediately informed her, but she told me we did the whole store price set this morning, so you must picked up the wrong product, when I told her again that price was at shelf was 5.59 then she send someone to check the price and person who checked price told her 5.99 (which was different product price) and I still paid wrong price and she did not believe me. On top of that, I was not rewarded point that they advertised. When I asked about that, she told me she couldn't do anything and you had to follow up with the pc point through the app.
I went back to my car, and I noticed another wrong charge on my receipt, i went back to inform her, and she told me that I have go back again and bring all my stuff which I bought to make it right. This time, I took a picture of the price tag and showed her, and she told me you know how many times the superstore charge her different price than advertised etc.

When she redone all the things, I lost my 26000 points. I am still waiting to hear back from the pc point about my points.

I understand human error can happen, but being arrogant and rude when you know you are wrong is not the good thing.

Excellent and very helpful! Shoppers and pharmacy is open late tonight in comparison to 90% pharmacies in Medicine Hat who are already closed or closed by 6: 00 p.m. I needed a silicone bandage urgently and was super happy to be able to get it quickly at Shoppers due to their long hours. I am very thankful and Shoppers saved me today:) Bonus was the points that I earned during my visit. Thank you so much:)

No complaints here, went there to pickup my mail from Canada Post, wasn't busy, nice employee&Quick.

If you want to experience what a harrassment and discrimination are just come to this place for your medication.disgusting people with no education in how to treat customers.very sick narcissistic staff members (Nazism)

It is unbelievable to see any one star review of the Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy at the Mall. They always get voted Best Pharmacy in Medicine Hat, and for good reason: I have always gotten my prescriptions on time or earlier than expected, the staff have always been polite & professional, former owner/pharmacist Leanne herself even did work on my behalf without me having to ask (such as confirm dosages and such with my doctor), and they have gone waaaayy out of their way to resolve even the most minor issues. Things are no different with new owner/pharmacist Charity; the quality of service under her leadership remains the same: the best in the city.

I have also seen them continuously deal with unbelievably rude customers who brazenly demand of them things that are both impossible (or illegal). Then when the staff politely refuse they get yelled at. But the staff deal with it all professionally and effectively.

Thankfully you don't have to take my word for any of this. Just go to SDM and Do business with Charity and her staff. They will easily demonstrate how wrong these negative reviews are, and you'll get great service.

Useless! Used the phone app for refill and the prescription was not ready. They told me it would be ready the next day but it wasn't. 2 days later they phone me and tell me it's ready for pickup-they said they would deliver it as I had already made 2 trips for the prescription. This is the second time I've picked up from them and the other prescription was not done on time either. That time resulted in a 2 hour wait. Why would I go back.just to reward incompetence and make myself even more annoyed.think twice about using these guys

Been waiting on a prescription for 2 weeks now. Last time went up they said it would be delivered to my door but not once mentioned there would be a charge. Well I dont have the money as of right now. I DID HAVE IT when I put my prescription in but had no idea it was not covered by my insurance. So now I have to wait another week to get my prescription.
I think this is ridiculous. Also I do believe that your delivery driver needs to keep his mouth shut as he walks away from someone's door who has every right for being upset having to deal with such unprofessionalism that is taking place in the pharmacy.

Woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude, and irritable, snarky responses to simple questions. Pharmacist was no better and incredibly unhelpful. Have had the same issues in person as on the phone. Very unprofessional.

This Shoppers just got renovated but I actually prefer the old layout better. The electronics area is now behind their tills. Kind of annoying to stand behind people paying to see what kind of things they have. The older layout is 100x better. Def can take your time deciding what to get and see the full selection.

Lots of people in here who are willing to help. Manager is kind and is super helpful/understanding. Reason for a 3 star is theres one lady who works there and idk what I did but she has an issue with me to the point its uncomfortable when I see her, she also refuses to check you out at the till unless you have cash. Multiple other workers are willing to help at the tills however. The post office ladies are very nice as well:)
