The pharmacy staff here has always been really good to me helpful friendly caring and patient and is by far the best shopper’s pharmacy staff I have ever encountered in my life! I’d like to take this opportunity to not only say thankyou all for everything you’ve all done to help me but also to apologize for my horrible actions/words! I don’t know her name but I’m very sorry you did not deserve that! I’m truly sorry

Save yourself the time and do not go to this location. The man on cash should never ever be on cash. He's so slow. And shows no need to try and work faster and help ppl. Took him over 15 min to wait on one person. And no it's not a one off. Cause it took him just as Long with the next customer. Worst experience in along time in a shoppers. Won't ever set foot in this location again. I did address my concerns on the speed to someone and was told oh well.

Go here regularly. Get my meds, and other things here. Can be really busy. Really clean and staff is usually really helpful and friendly.

Very large store... So, I understand that staff would have many things to do. When I entered on a Saturday afternoon in September shortly after 4p.m. The cashier was standing away from her counter having a long talk with another young lady. I was pushing a cart, and had just stood up from taking a newspaper. I needed a dollar coin, but only had quarters (for a machine outside) and, after waiting, interrupted their chat to ask for a loonie. “Oh, we can’t do that”. And, the clerk turns back to her conversation. So, there’s many rules in stores these days that I just don’t get. Proceed with my shopping and end up with the same cashier to ‘ring up’ my purchases. Had to ask, “ why can’t you trade a loonie”? “ We have to make sure that you’ll buy something. “ I’ll leave it to you reader: service at Shoppers - no, no service.

Martina, the pharmacy owner, is beyond amazing, as well as more than majority of the staff she has employed there (every business has one or two staff members that can't be helped but even they are okay to deal with at this location - especially compared to some staff at other pharmacies I've had to deal with in the past). I owe what's good in my life to Martina and her team for they've gone above and beyond their job descriptions to help me with my opioid drug treatment recovery program. In fact I live right beside a pharmacy and I will walk the 20km to this Shopper's before I support another pharmacy.

If I could give this pharmacist a zero I would. They gave me the wrong medication and it cost me well over $250 out of pocket. They refused to return the medication that they gave me in error, and refused to acknowledge their mistake. Now I have to go a month with out my medication because I can’t afford to pay for it twice!

This pharmacy needs to add roles. Needs a rotation. It’s not fair for someone to just hug one station for like 8 hours! Others want to learn too.

Truly not a good pharmacy. They are extremely slow, they do not answer phone calls, and they get upset if you require any medication to be split if you don't own your own pill splitter. Avoid if you can.

Went to the Pharmacy today, customer service was great so nothing to complain about there. When I was finished I was picking up some Advil and throat lozenges and went to the self checkout. I noticed next to me at the other self checkout there was a black man checking out. There was also the cashier standing right next to him and I thought that was odd. When he left I was still checking out my stuff and the cashier came up to me, her face got very close to mine… I was wearing a mask because I was sick so that made me uncomfortable to begin with and she said “I thought he was going to steal… that’s why I was standing there, I was watching him”. She continued on about how he was on his phone for to long blah blah blah. Going on the whole time as I am trying to check out in peace. When I was finished I called her out for racial profiling because that is exactly what it was. I didn’t see her hovering over my shoulder (I am white). What she did was not right and in my opinion she should not be working there anymore. Also, who complains about other customers to customers? !?

Pharmacist took my prescription. No one else in the store. She answered the phone constantly and was not efficient or caring that I was there before her long list of phone calls. Really bad customer service

I went to the "minor illness prescription clinic" today as a have a really bad bladder infection. Igor was a great pharmacist to deal with. Was very helpful and gave me a prescription to help me get relief. Thank you Igor for your help today. I appreciate your knowledge, advice and the prescription you gave me!

I love the Shoppers at the Mall in Spruce Grove.staff is so much more helpful and friendlier than at the one at Century Crossing. A good attitude makes a big difference

The front end cashier Susan is so rude and ignorant with customers. I dont understand how she hasn’t been fired. I have had a run in with her on a few different occasions, now i avoid going to that store all together, your loss.

Bought $110 worth of product, checked myself out at the self check out and used one of the bags provided, as I go to leave the cashier barks at me “did you pay for that bag? ”

Why didn’t she say that before I finished my transaction? Shouldn’t she have been watching? There is no sign. Also, I just bought $110 worth of stuff and had to do your job and you’re going to BARK at me about a bag that probably cost two cents.talk about zero customer service.

Also you might want to tell your employees that it isn’t professional to complain about their jobs out loud to other employees while customers are right next to them, so unprofessional.

I will think twice before coming here again.

Had to drop of a parcel recently, the ladies working behind the desk were extremely patient with myself as I was extremely ill prepared. Would come back again!

Pharmacy staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They humiliated my wife loudly in front of other customers. We will never use this pharmacy again.

Post office says open to 5 get there just before 4. Lady said it’s closed at 4. Still wasn’t 4 yet and was told to bad.

I always call in my prescriptions and everyone is very friendly. Today I spoke with Igor who was beyond helpful. He wanted to ensure my medications were working well for me. Thank you, Igor, you are a wonderful gentleman and a great pharmacist. Have a wonderful and safe Holiday Season.

Will not be returning to this pharmacy.after my mom, sister and myself getting our prescriptions filled here for more than a couple years now, i have decided to move pharmacies. Had nothing but great experiences with the staff at this pharmacy, specifically igor, he has been so helpful for me these past couple years, goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and you are taken care of.on the other hand, i’ve not had a great experience with the older bald gentleman pharmacist.he was rude, very arrogant and didn’t seem to care about me or my medication needs.tried to explain to him my situation and basically told me there was nothing he could do after i told him my situation.although i have had great experiences, lately i have not.leading me to switch pharmacies.i feel terrible leaving a pharmacy who has done nothing but good for my family these past couple years.but due to recent staff members and new experiences, and the disrespect i have been getting, i will not be returning.
