The store doesn’t deserve 1 star ratings actually. They don’t have facility for US passport photos. Also, third class maintenance I have ever seen.

i had several bad experiences with them

1- When you cal, they put you on hold for +25 minutes.
2- I had a prescription due on 19/10 i called 16/10 to pick it, but they said i couldn't until the due date and they confirmed that it is in stock with no issue.on 19/10 i called to pick it they said it is not available since 16/10 as they had 1 fill. So how come they confirmed there is no shortage issue and the lady said maybe the person who answered is new (is it my problem if you newly hired staff in unprofessional)
3- In another case, i went to pick up a certain drug and they gave me an alternative which will expire in 2 weeks.i refused to take and they gave me then the prescribed drug with an expiry date in 6 months (it's like they are trying to get rid of old stock). And the guy there excuse is the alternative is 2$ cheaper and he is doing me a favor by giving it to me (Really!)

This is becoming too commonplace, no cashiers on duty. Just self checkouts open. I waited 5 minutes for a cashier, nothing. Left my items on the counter, went to 7 -11, at least there you know you will have a cashier. And please don't tell us how self serve saves customers money, just gets Mr weston another vacation property, and costs another Canadian a job.

If you have issues with fragrance, be careful when buying their products. We bought ice cream and discovered it was coated in nauseating perfume. Washing it didn’t do anything because it soaked into the packaging. So gross because I don’t know what they did to it.

Also, I agree with others on the lack of professionalism in this location. A staff member who had a hand truck full of water bottles was chit chatting with a pharmacy assistant. I stood there for a while waiting for her to finish. When she finally realized she was blocking my way to the pharmacy, I was asked to move out of the way even though she had plenty of room to move the cart. Their staff needs to be reminded that customers are not their workmates.

Brutal pharmacy. Don't even bother. They've lied to us repeatedly that thenprescription is here and when ingot here they day they're out of the meds. How dishonest. I hate this place. Never go here.

I’ve been coming to this store for years and I love the cosmetic section girls. I always look out for Lauren she goes above and beyond and has helped me with more than just her area. These girls are the reason I’ll keep coming back.

Who hired these people at the cashier? Can we name one staff member that is not rude, nasty, and willing to help? I have been using Enfamil coupons which were given by my doctor at the other Shoppers' location or Superstore without a problem. One cashier at this store refused to take it, and the other cashier was manipulatively not giving me the maximum $20 off, unbelievable sick-minded

If it was possible I wouldn't even give this Shoppers a * & I'm sure most of the people who work here are doing great, but when it comes to people working at the post office, especially with someone who keeps snickering while looking at their phone & won't even bother to try call customer support to try help resolve an issue. So unprofessional. Even with other coworkers just laughing at you and making you look like a fool. If that's what you call great customer service I don't know what is.

The women working were very nice and helpful but the security guard working the night of April 11th was a total clown! Following me around staring at me. Even while the beauty girl is helping me pick foundation shades he was just standing 3 feet away staring! Very insulting seeing how I spent more money there than he probably makes in a night. He needs to get fired

The pharmacy here is the worst, they’re just lucky that COOP Beddington is closing but i would never come here willingly! I will still be on the lookout for a diff pharmacy to transfer to.long wait times and employees are always sitting and chatting away, no care for patients

Pharmacy here is garbage!

This is my second time having difficulty getting my prescription for my thyroid because they won’t send the request to the doctor. My doctor requires the pharmacy to send a request to her for her to fill the prescription, every time I request it from the pharmacy, it is a dead end and my doctor never sees it. Then I have to go into my doctor and have the doctor receptionist call FOR ME, then magically the pharmacy figures out how to use the fax machine! Ridiculous. I will be switching pharmacies to a non-Shoppers pharmacy, now that this has happened twice.

1.5 hours and still waiting to get a prescription filled.

I finally received the prescription, the lady at the counter did not like my response of "Not like I had a choice" when she said thanks for waiting, and then tried to blame it on their system being down. Looking at the reviews their system must be down a lot. Not only that, but the pharmacist only told me it would be an hour wait after taking the prescription. I could have gone somewhere else. Instead I have a wife recovering from major surgery, who now has to wait over 2 hours before I can get a prescription.

Expensive, despite being owned by Loblaws. For anything other than the pharmacy you might as well go to 711. I tried to cash in a few lotto tickets, less than 100.00, was told they didn't have the cash to do it. Will go somewhere that wants my business.

We came in with an appointment to get a COVID test for an upcoming flight. When we got the test back it was a rapid test and I knew that wasn't allowed for where we were going and raised my concerns. I was shut down with a "to my knowledge that's all you need" when I pushed further we had a seat and the pharmacy staff began bad mouthing us while we were still there. Unprofessional and rude service, of course we want to be sure the test is okay when we have plane tickets, hotel reservations and such on the line. If I'm being calm and respectful to the staff I would assume they would do the same. Would never come back to this location.

The staff in the pharmacy were awful. I've never had a bad experience like today. I asked about covid test for traveling few weeks ago and they said they do it so I booked appointment for today and they did to me wrong one, after that I noticed about that and told them then they said it's a right one and When I was searching on Japanese government website next to pharmacy 3 of staff were saying bad things about me loudly. I wasn't rude I didn't do anything wrong just I wanted bring correct paper for trip. I was disappointed those people working and even can't apologize in this beautiful country.

I've never come back this shoppers because if I couldn't take a airplane or couldn't go in Japan, No one can take responsibility for me.
I definitely don't recommend this pharmacy If you don't like rude, childish and don't have responsibility at work.
