The post office worker here is the worst. I visited the post office to mail my child's passport application. The post office worker called Melanie told me that if there is anything I need to get back, I should buy an envelope and send it together. But they didn't use my envelope. So I inquired at the post office about the one I bought. However, I didn't hear from managers for five days. I was very disappointed with their service. She'll be responsible for the envelope I bought.

The staff in this pharmacy are a disgrace. Rude and unprofessional, especially the Asian glass-wearing pharmacist called Vincent. He constantly belittles customers and talks bad about them behind their backs. I overheard him making fun of a homeless man who was begging outside. Very sad and unbecoming of a so-called "health care professional". I will be reporting him to the appropriate authorities.

The pharmacists here are a joke. Don't believe them when they tell you it's a 30 minute wait. IT'S NEVER - I REPEAT NEVER 30 MINUTES!

Use to be one of the best pharmacies in Edmonton. Since all the good staff have left it has just went to the most unreliable, uneducated and no basic common customer service in the new staff. Nick needs to do a review on his staff!

I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years, all the staff have been so helpful to me and my family.

The 2 favorite pharmacists have left and the pharmacy is not as efficient and on point with the schedules and call backs they used to do.

Very unprofessional person at the pharmacy. I picked up at prescription on Dec. 23 at 1: 45 PM and the black woman that gave me my prescription told me to pay for it at the front. I asked why can't I pay for it right now and she proceeded to tell me that the pharmacy was busy so I have to pay for it somewhere else.um.ok. In the time she told me to pay for it somewhere else, she could have scanned it and I could have tapped to pay for it. I've never had someone tell me to go somewhere else to pay for my prescription. I used to work at Shopper's and I've never refused to provide service to a customer.
Quite the nasty attitude. Does she think she's too good to work the till? I'll be transferring my all my prescriptions as well as my families' to another Shopper's Drug Mart because of her to one that is not owned by the same pharmacist.

I understand there's always hiccups with changes, and some days are busier than others so when I wait in line for 16 minutes, it happens.oh well, the previous couple ahead of me were having issues and the wife tutned to me and said, "be patient, I don't know what the heck is going on since they moved" eeeek. I called yesterday for my prescription and so when I arrived today and Rebecca said it was only half ready, -no biggie- I asked how long the wait would be and Rebecca said at least another half hour or so cause it was busy and there were many people ahead of me. I asked if they were waiting since yesterday and she scoffed and said no "well it was the person yesterday's fault". Why not try to correct it? Another lady offered to help when she heard the conversation so thank you (she even said to Rebecca it was quick to put on what they had forgotten) but the interaction really bothered me, I drive out of the way cause I've been coming here a long time. All she needed to do was be kind. Rebecca dismissiveness was unnecessary. Really makes me think about transferring my stuff closer.
