Dropped off a prescription and was told to come back in an hour. I came back an hour and a half later and they had lost it. Have been waiting for over 20 minutes at this point for them to find it.

My wife came to get some medicine at 2: 40PM and said it will be ready after one hour. I am waiting for almost two hours but still asking wait five minutes more. I am writing this from my car, outside the pharmacy. A lady called Nancy was angry on my daughter because she asked for bubblegum flavored medicine. Nancy says, all flavors are fruity and you must like all of them. It is not correct way of talking to a child. Neither our time nor low ratings are important for you guys. I encourage everyone not to buy from you with pathetic management and customer support.

This location has probably the most incompetently run pharmacy in the city. Over an hour wait times for the most basic/trivial of prescriptions. Luckily there is a bar next door so I could day-drink my sorrows away while waiting for my tiny bottle of a dozen amoxicillin pills.

Pharmacy is slow, inexperienced, incompetent and I have been misinformed more then once. Once or twice is no issue but this has been ongoing for years unfortunately, I doubt its the staff's fault but the owners / management. Recommend anywhere else.

I am giving a one because it doesn’t allow me to give zero! They are so slow. Incredibly slow. They tell you 45 min be prepared for them to be late. Over and over multiple times - they say “oh we’re just really busy” that’s the excuse everyday and today there was 3 people in the entire store. Absolutely zero excuse. If you need emergency medicine do yourself a favour and do not go here!

Worst Pharmacy ever. So slowwwwwwwwwww. Hire proper workers rather then these uneducated Frankensteins.

The worst pharmacy and store experience! Bought a $50 behind the counter product based on pharmacist recommendation. Found out the product was contraindicated and tried to return unused & unopened. The system did not email me a receipt so I'm told there is nothing they can do. DO NOT trust your receipt will be emailed or that you will get appropriate advice here. I'm transferring out ALL my Rx and no more beauty boutique purchases here!

Racially profiling store, careful people with color. They ring their exit doors, even though your not doing anyhing. Numerous complains not found in reviews here. Skip this store

Terrible visit for me and my boyfriend. My boyfriend was being followed through every single isle by security while he was waiting for me to finish shopping. It was making us very uncomfortable, we shop at this location very often and have never stolen a single thing. My bf simply asked me why the man kept following him and the man overheard and gave him attitude saying “it’s my job, it’s my job” it’s your job to make customers feel uncomfortable and like they can’t shop in the store? And target people with no valid reason? He even followed us to the check out as I was paying (my boyfriend didn’t even buy anything might I add, he was going to purchase a cologne but chose not to because of the treatment we got). Me and my bf never steal from this shoppers and gave the security no reason to think we were going to. Extremely unprofessional.

My daughter and her friend told me how the security guard was following them around the whole store which is absolutely mad! They said as soon as they walked into the store the security guard followed them and my daughter said she was clearly holding her wallet in her hand and even pulled out money infront of him so he can understand they werent trying to take anything but he continued to follow. They felt so uncomfortable wherever they went they didnt even buy what they wanted because they felt pressured to leave. They said the guard kept following them and looking at them even when they went to go pay and he made it so obvious standing there and staring at them. They did not have a nice shopping experience. The guards need to stop following teenagers around and realize adults can shoplift also! Everywhere they went he was right behind them or just standing there looking at them which made them so uncomfortable. The description of the guard was he had a cap and was wearing it backwards. This store needs to stop judging teenagers based on there looks and stop making them uncomfy.im a local costumer at this shoppers but if my young daughter and her friend gets profiled again i will do something about it.

Terrible pharmacy experience every time. It's always a minimum 2 hours for any prescription. Taking our business elsewhere.

The staff are all friendly and warm. They always help me whenever i need to find something. This is my go-to store all the time.

Very poor customer service.
I left some of my items at a self check out, clearly error on my part. Called in to see if it is still there. Whoever answered said “we don’t have it here” and hung up (!). It did not feel right, as there is no way you could determine that so quickly. I decided to go in person and sure enough, my purchase was there, behind the counter.
Though I am grateful I was able to retrieve it, the whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. No customer likes to be dismissed or being hang up on when trying to get help. There is also a little more to the story… but I digress.
This location is one star for me -“No thank you”.

Was told 1 hour for cream prescription, came back after 1 hour, they hadn’t started on it. So ya don’t come here

This place closes its Doors early, they do not abide by their store hours. Very unprofessional for a drugstore to close early when people rely on them being open to obtain important medications.

I did manage to persuade my way into the store by talking to an employee through the locked door. I also obtained the store manager's name which is AJ, I intend on contacting him to advise him on the poor practices at this location.

I would highly recommend choosing a different chain as this chain does not care about their customers

Place is terrible. The Pharmcy is a joke. I was just there standing infront of 4 of them for 20 mintues. One lady said “one moment” and then didn’t help me. Some other lady came to help who wasn’t a Pharmasist… she didn’t know the answer to my question so she had to go get another Pharmasist. He was rude and not helpful.

Hi. I'm frustrated. Itried to call that branch repeatedly to refill my prescription. I was repeatedly put on hold with no reply

To the owner of this SDM Callingwood Branch:
Your CS staff extremely needs an intensive training on Customer Service. I and some friends and family members have seldom had a single pleasant shopping experience in your store. Most often than not, your staff are either indifferent or grumpy. However, yesterday was the worst of those days! For instance, your 2 Beauty staff lack any courtesy or the drive to help. On my latest attempt to buy my basic make up necessities and some new scents for presents (I was throwing a ladies' night party) yesterday, I was met with a rude and crisp "What are you looking for? " question followed by "We don't have that, you have to go to the mall". There goes my over $1000 sale from me. Probably not much but that's beside the point. How about "Would you like me to show you another brand? " No. They were busy chatting (in Tagalog) and could not be bothered. It felt like I was doing them a favor and my wanting to shop was disturbing their conversation. So never again! In addition to that, your cashier (Filipina, long-ish hair, Nica?) was chomping on a piece of gum while talking to the customers. How uncouth and disrespectful is that? I am sharing with you my experience although you might know it already as majority of the reviews show dissatisfaction as well because you might want to re-haul your CS practices. From a businesswoman to another, it is NECESSARY.

Slowest fn place ever and yet there’s like 8 people working at all times. There’s always more staff than customers but somehow you still wait 20 mins on average for service
